    The inside

The place in the inside is very nice and aesthetic! Our waitress was very friendly and quick to serve us. I got the beef pho-- the noodles were good and soft, the broth was ok, but I didn't enjoy the meat. My husband got the chicken pho-- broth wasn't too good but everything else was.

This is a great place for Pho and Spring Rolls in Arlington. The food was very fresh and delicious you could tell they care about the food quality here. I would recommend the Pho Tai and Goi Coun with peanut sauce was very tasty. The place is clean and welcoming with comfortable seating. The Service was quick and efficient will go back next time I'm needing Pho in the area!

This location looks unassuming on the outside but the remodel on the inside definitely has a clean aga modern look! Plenty of parking in the shopping center so no worries if it's busy. Service was quick! We sat down, waitress came by quickly for our order and our food came out shortly afterwards - granted we both ordered phở so I'm sure they had the broth already ready for the day. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes as well. Love coming to these staple locations in the area if I'm craving phở. They also have other dishes and provide catering options.

When we used to live in Arlington this is where we would go if we were feeling a little under the weather. This is still our spot for pho. It's cute atmosphere in there. They've remodeled slightly over the years. I always try the chicken pho and my husband tried something new that he can't remember the name of but it said it was spicy. Service is good. They are good at making sure your water chills are filled which I appreciate. I did ask for chicken pho with the chicken on the side but I think the lady didn't understand me but it's ok I just fish them out. The combination rice was a little on the greasy side. Which everyone their own on that opinion but the flavor was still there. His pho was supposed to be spicy but he said that he didn't feel like it was that spicy but it was still good. We still will continue to come here because I love their pho.

The portions here are huge and the food is super yummy. I got the bun thit nuong cha gio and the nuoc mam was perfect.

My daughter took me here as a first-timer to try out pho. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was younger and not so patient, so when asked for suggestions, she quickly pointed out a few things and left us to figure it out. My daughter ordered #45 and I got the #50. Prior, to our meal coming out, the server brought out the accompanying sides for our specific entrees. For my dish, a generous serving of bean sprouts which were delicious and my daughter, shredded cabbage. We didn't wait long for the food to come out and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients and seasoned very well. The only issue we had was as the dinner rush picked up and folks were coming in/out, there was an influx of flies, which was annoying, but the food was great. We also had smoothies with boba (first time for me), which I didn't really like, but just a personal preference.

I've been coming to this establishment since they opened and tbh I always gatekeep it and bring my friends from time to time lol pho palace deserves to be recognized. Service is fast and to the point, there's no placating for tips. It's been newly renovated with sustainably contemporary interior which was nice to see. I usually get the Hu Tieu Mi Dai or the Vit Goi with a side of broth and bamboo as the main entree. Yesterday I got the Mi Bo Kho, and it's never a miss, always on point.

Place was clean. Service was good. Thuy had the "pan fried flat noodle with seafood.' I forget the name on the menu. I had pho pho with meatballs (my go to pho). Both dishes were good. Thuy's comment on the pho was that it was a little on the sweet side, which is how Sothern Vietnamese like it. To my lounge it did not seem sweet, just tasty. Bottom line: Not a bad option at all in the area.

V17 : Bun bo hue chay

Broth was done perfectly. There was heavy rush so the service was a little bit slow but it's alright as long as they are sincere. To get a comfortable environment, I will go during weekdays next time.

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Arlington. I eat there at least once a week. The Banh mi sandwich is the best.

This place didn't pass that test and it may be the only time in history where it proved me so wrong. When we were served the karage chicken with what appeared to be plain mayo I was seriously doubting my choice. It all changed when the ramen came out. This place is legit. They took the time to master their craft and they pay respect to what a proper bowl of ramen is. We both went for the spicy black garlic tonkatsu with differing spice levels; mild and reaper (+$1). Let's start with that -- typically all you pay for is a glob of chill oil that may or may not be spicy. This was not the case here, it added serious heat without altering the flavor. The black garlic was not burnt. The ramen had depth and umami, but could have been a but more seasoned. Eggs were cooked well and still jammy. If im ever in the area i'd be back.

I had the straight noodles instead of the curly/thicker noodles and honestly if I even come back to this restaurant I'll have to try the curly since I don't think Kintaro does their straight noodles well. Too soft and too "spaghetti" like. Hands down, the only place that does the straight noodles right is Jinya Ramen. But even so, I wasn't too fond of the broth or texture of the chashu here. Overall, the atmosphere is great. You have the option to self-order and the portions are large. Staff was friendly and nonetheless my friend and I had a great time. But unless I'm coming back here with someone who wants to eat here, I don't see myself actively choosing to be back at this spot over other ramen places anytime soon.

That was 3 years ago though, and as of recent I came back to this place after a friend suggested we could give it another shot. I must say, while expectations are low, I was far more impressed than I thought. This place is a bit bigger than neighboring ramen spots, and our server was so interactive, funny and friendly. I like that she actually holds a conversation between me and my friend, in terms of sake recommendations, and being honest on what type of noodles she prefers (I asked her if their straight noodles are good or if I should go for the curly, and she gave me her honest opinion on both, so I went for curly.) She was able to also assist my friend in choosing a better appetizer. I love the bigger variety of drink options, from alcohol to boba milk teas. The curly noodles in the Tonkotsu Ramen was awesome, and the meat's so soft and delicious. My only qualm is that the broth to noodles ratio is a little off; too much broth and it's more watery than other broths I've tasted. Nonetheless, my experience back here went well, and I can definitely see myself coming back here with friends.

They both gave great recommendations for food and drinks. We got Nepali Reaper Momos, Sichuan momos, chicken chow mein, mango habanero tofu, an old fashion and a strawberry margarita. Everything was flavorful, but my favorites were the Nepali-style fries, the sichuan momos, and the chicken chow mein. The reaper momos were good but they were pretty spicy (coming from people who ordered most of the spicy things on the menu haha). The interior was ornate and beautiful but again, the service is what couldn't be beat.
