Arlington's best pho place! Great pho and spring rolls. Just a heads up, they get super busy on Sunday's!

I decided to try a different Pho place than the one I normally go to, so I decided to give Pho Palace a try. The food was good overall but the service was absolutely awful! Once they took my order, they never came back to check to see if I needed a refill or anything and I had asked for extra cilantro which was never brought out. Then before I was ready to leave, they took away all of the napkins and condiments and to my disbelief, they asked me if I would mind moving to another table!! The lady said something that they had to change out the table cloth!!! Seriously?!?! That couldn't have waited until I left? I have never experienced anything quite like that and I told them as I was leaving. Needless to say, I won't be returning!! I am giving them two stars as the food wasn't bad, it is unfortunate however that the service was!! read more

I am kinda disappointed after being back here in a long time. They upgraded the restaurant look very nice inside. But the food is changed and overpriced for smaller portion. I used to come here for lunch with friends when I still went to UTA. The food was cheaper, better and bigger. read more

This place is a lot nicer then you might imagine for a run down strip mall in Arlington! It's super clean and the service is good. Their bun rieu is excellent with tasty fresh ingredients such as tofu, crab omelette and pork; and bun bo hue is just the right level of spiciness with your choice of small or large bowls (unlike other places). Consistently good pho and Vietnamese dishes. Can get very crowded by the local patrons. Get the Nem Nuong as an appetizer; it comes out already wrapped in the rice paper and is the best I've tasted. read more

Great Pho, great spring rolls, and a great choice of food on the menu. We didn't try everything but everything we tried was great. Very quick and attentive service. The place is very busy for lunch but there are lots of tables so you should be well taken care of. read more

Pho Palace is a nice clean restaurant. I ordered the well done beef brisket pho noodle soup. Surprisingly it was very flavorful. I didn't care for the fatty pieces of meat. They were too chewy. But there were more than enough lean pieces without fat to make up for it. The serving size was generous at a great price. I also tried the grilled chicken spring roll. It was so good! This place has the first spring rolls I actually like. The chicken was bursting with flavor. My boyfriend had the combination soup, which was very tasty as well. Every time we are in a mood for pho we have a particular place we go to for the past few years. Until yesterday... Pho Palace was recommended by someone who heard me talking about getting pho for my boys. Well I was not disappointed at all. The shrimp and pork rolls were amazing. Usually we love the pork rolls but the shrimp took first place this time. Hot and full of flavor was how our pho arrived. The service was always there never had to look up and get help since everything that we needed was to arms reach. Restroom clean and so was the whole restaurant. We even had a chance to met the owner Kevin who by the way was great. Can't wait to try the Mansfield location soon. read more

my favorite viet go to place for vermicelli & avocado smoothies & pho & beef stew. been here 10 + times and counting. staff is very polite and friendly, most speak decent english. food always comes out in a timely manner. you don't have to fight with the crowds at pho pasteur. so clean and presentable inside you can even bring your white friends here read more

Finally, after much searching, I've found an adequate place to go eat Vietnamese food. It's clean and the food is good. Is that really too much to ask for? I usually get a rice plate, and the girlfriend usually gets the vermicelli. I can't speak for the pho because I've never gotten it (nothing really is ever as good as mom's, right?). I understand Vietnamese place is not known for service but boy did this place got first place for the worst service. We just went here and order for 7 people and they forgot two of our orders. They gave us the excuse they were busy and cook lost the order form... hmm... if that was true ... how come they brought our other order? Yum. We ordered cha gio and it was good I just wish it had more accompaniments. I like to wrap in lettuce before dipping in the sauce and there was not enough lettuce to do that with. I also wish there were more picked vegetables and an herb of some kind. I've even been to restaurants where they serve glass noodles with the cha gio to make wraps with in the lettuce around the egg roll part and I like that. came here for lunch with a friend and it was kind of hard to find. the food was good i didnt get the pho as my friend told me it was gross. so that was a let down since it has pho in its name. i had a rice dish and it was really good. the grilled pork. i use that as a template at all asian places to test the skill level. along with pho. so it was good compared to some others. service was fast and normal. which means no service was given haha which is fine i dont care that is to be expected. didnt need it anyway. read more

Pho Palace is in my rotation of places to eat whenever I'm in school at UTA. I found everything here to be good and haven't had a bad experience yet. Most of the time I order either Pho or a rice with grilled pork dish. read more

Always fast, fresh, and cheap! What more can you ask for! I've gotten pho with brisket and eye round steak which is number 11 but I've had 21 which is also good too. I always get the small and I can never finish it since there is so much food. I think I'm addicted... read more

Excellent Pho Tai and the shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce are excellent. Staff and management are very friendly and professional, the bathroom is immaculately clean. The salads with rice noodles are superb as is their bubble tea. I've been going there for several years on a regular basis and have yet to have an unpleasant experience. Casual atmosphere with many families, especially on Sundays after church services. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I have discovered the quality of the broth seems to vary depending on what time of day or evening, and on several occasions the pho noodles were definitely not al dente, a sign they were either old or had been over-cooked. read more

Service here is pretty decent. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and it was a little too greasy and the noodles were overcooked.

One of my go to Vietnamese restaurants in the Arlington area. The place looks nice on the inside even though the strip it's on is a little sketchy and can be easily overlooked. All of your typical viet dishes here tastes like they should and is a safe bet. I recall the food being better before but I was told they changed chefs or something so they quality went down a bit. This time I got the rice dish com ga nuong and it was pretty good and comes with a little bowl of soup. As for my friends that went with me one of their pho bowls had a bug in it..definitely a red flag even though it has never happened to me, so make sure you check what you're eating! read more
