This is my favorite Pho place in the area! Incredibly spacious inside with lots of seating and delicious pho. I ordered one of the brisket phos and the regular size was the perfect amount of food for me. The broth is flavorful and they give a decent portion of meat! The food came out quickly and they were able to accommodate for slight changes in the toppings. I picked this place at random because it was on my way home from Denton. I called in and the girl who answered was so nice and helpful. I ordered the large pho with extra beef. She told me it would take about ten minutes till ready. When I arrived my food was ready and waiting. My total came to about $11. That's about average. The container looked a little small compared to most places but I decided to wait till I got home to really judge it. When I got home the container wasn't as small as I expected. The noodles however were skimped on and the meat was lacking so I was glad I ordered double meat. Overall the flavor was great. I loved the broth and the meat is exactly the thin cut that I like. I've been to many pho places in the Plano area, but I like this one most. One major reason is that this place is clean. The tables and chairs are shinny clean and free of grease. I'm not saying other places are not clean, but they are just not as clean. I like to put my elbows on the table when I eat, so I don't want to get greasy on them or my sleeves. In this visit, we ordered two items: the fried flat noodles and the signature beef soup noodles. They put a promotional picture of the fried noodles on the door window. It looked so visually appealing. So we decided to give it try. We were not disappointed. The noodles were nicely fried. When it landed on the table, the aroma activated my appetite right away. The noodles were as tasty as they should be. One thing I liked about it was the amount of vegetables they put in with the chicken. There were mushrooms, carrots, green onions, broccoli, etc. One complaint I have about Vietnamese noodle restaurants is that they don't have vegetable dishes. You can't order a plate of vegetables, for example. But they do have bean sprouts that come with any noodle soup you order. And we always ask for an extra plate! We also liked the beef soup noodles. The soup was very delicious, and the portion of the rice noodles was quite generous. We also enjoyed their service. Sometimes, the owner/manager (I think) would come out and take orders. And he always wears a friendly smile. This is not common for an Asian restaurant, let me tell you. Go check it out, and you'll like it. read more

SO FREAKING GOOD!!! My boyfriend and I stopped by this place unintentionally but before we did we checked google reviews lol someone said "best pho I've ever had" and let me tell you... BEST PHO I'VE EVER HAD TOO! Lol We started off with Vietnamese Egg Rolls (so delish) and then two orders of chicken pho. Consistency of quality and taste is easily noticed. I like this location too. No frills and straight to the point. Convenient to work so thought I would give it a try. The menu is good sized but not overwhelming, the price is right, and the portions are large. The service and turnover seems to be pretty quick and they have seating for most parties, though it was a little crowded when we walked in. Did the trio appetizer so I could try an egg roll, a spring rolll, and their meatballs. The egg rolls are the MVP , mostly meat and have a great texture (very close to bistro b). The spring rolls are average: the sauce is good, I would order them again just because I like spring rolls, but wouldn't try to impress with them. The meatballs were ok: really I think the other 2 items overshadowed them as they had decent flavor and weren't dry or anything. I would have preferred to see crab ragoons or something as the third item, but the trio is not bad as it stands if you can't decide on something. The broth didn't blow my mind, but The large bowl comes with so much meat that they include some of it in a side bowl with more broth. I almost asked for more noodles. The include all the basic stuff you need to doctor your pho, so if you do that anyway then this is great. The rice dishes I saw looked fantastic, and I was reasonably happy with everything I ordered. This location recently opened a few weeks ago, and it is by far the standout of these Vietnamese bistros (and a standout amongst the surrounding restaurants.) The restaurant is clean and features a plasma tv like the other locations. We have tried many of their menu selections, including grilled pork vermicelli, pad thai chicken, basil beef flat noodle, and the grilled chicken fried rice. We have been impressed with the knock out flavors, the freshness of the ingredients, and the overall consistency in the food. The grilled meat choices are some of my favorites, the meat is nicely marinated and grilled to perfection--no dried out/over-charred meat here! I really encourage everyone to come out and try this restaurant. Definitely the McDonalds of pho restaurants. They are on every other few corners. For a long time, this franchise have been my go-to for pho because it's everywhere. One afternoon, the boyfriend and I came for lunch. I asked for some chili oil and they didn't have any. That's pretty interesting. What Vietnamese restaurants doesn't have chili oil? It makes me wonder how they make some spicy dishes. Anyways, the pho isn't that great. Portion is not that great. It's plain and simple. I most likely wouldn't come back. I tried telling them the name once and they had no idea which dish I was referring to. They give you about 30 secs to a minute to decide what you want. Normally that wouldn't be enough time, but if you come often then it's just right. They're usually pretty crowded right around 12pm on weekdays. I am excited to make Que Huong my first review & it has become my favorite choice in this West Plano dining area. The restaurant is bright and has lots of comfy booths to enjoy your meal. The menu features many Vietnamese selections from banh mi sandwiches to pho (noodle soups) to flat noodles. My favorite dish hands down has to be the Vermicelli Bowl with Grilled Pork and an egg roll--the veggies are fresh and the pork is perfectly grilled. I branched out and recently tried the soup bowls--the curry chicken rice noodle soup bowl was so delicious and had just the right amount of a spicy kick. Yup, I haven't had pho in 10 years or so. However, my friend recommended us to do lunch here. I am open for new foods, and always a lunch with her. So, this place is in a great location and a great option for a nice rainy day. The service, as my friend stated is typical for an Asian restaurant. She grew up with pho and Asian cuisine, so I trust her judgement. To me, the service is not personable at all and it is very much basic/bare minimal. The food itself is pretty darn awesome, I tried the curry chicken pho, which has plenty of spice to me. Canadian vs spice is not really a fair fight, but the flavor really made up for the burning sensation in my lips. My friend and I ordered the special combo bowl. In terms of the soup, it was just your average bowl of pho. What was nice is there was a lot more meat than I was expecting. The bowl itself was smaller than I expected and there was less noodles than I was used to, but the meat portions were great. The basil/cilantro/bean sprouts/lime that comes with it was less than I'd like, but I'm sure they would bring out more if you ask. This location is the best Pho Que Huong hands down and also my favorite bowl of pho in the entirety of DFW. Broth has a very deep beefy flavor, the thin cuts of meats are always fresh, and my god the tendons... I actually never liked tendons until I had them here.
