This is our favorite Vietnamese spot around! From pho, to a rice plate, to the appetizers. Everything is delicious.

This place used to be great, but now they are horrible! We decided to have a late lunch around 2pm. We had to wait 15 mins for a menu after we sat down. We ordered (2) pho soups and (1) egg roll and it took almost 40 mins to get our food. I had to ask our server twice for a soup spoon. The egg rolls are not your traditional Vietnamese egg rolls and did not taste good. They never refilled our water. They now over charge for pho soup and the service is horrible. One of the workers was asking another employee for help to clean 1 table. Wow! She couldn't clean 1 table all by herself. Someone brought back their take out food because it was wrong and instead of fixing the order, the Manager was harassing the gentleman because he didn't have a receipt. The man told the manager that they need never gave him a receipt but she kept arguing with him. They are a hot mess! We are never going back! read more

Took 40 minutes to get one order of shrimp spring rolls, when talking to the owner about it, she just kept interrupting me, wouldn't let me finish my sentences, constantly told me that the pick up time was 7:28 (At the time of the conversation it was 7:33 which was 5 minutes over the allotted pick up time), instead of apologizing or giving me an update for the food, she kept telling me I came too early and that regardless of being late to give me the food, its not a big deal, and I never once got an apology. When I tried to confront her she just walked away and didn't listen to me, so I had to relay my complaints to a poor server who had nothing to do with it, but as a business owner you should know how to deal with these kinds of situations without making the customer feel like its their fault. I waited 25 minutes before I even asked where my food was, yet I felt ignored and pushed aside when I was doing a simple food pickup order. I ordered this as a to-go order, and I'm actually giving this place 0/5. This used to be my go-to place for pho, but today's experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered Cha Gio (Vietnamese fried egg rolls), but what I received tasted more like a Jack in the Box egg roll. It seemed like it had simply been refried. I know the difference because I regularly eat the egg rolls from Jack in the Box. This did not taste or feel like an authentic Vietnamese egg roll at all. It was very disappointing to see what used to be a favorite restaurant cutting corners like this. I also ordered the brisket pho with extra rice noodles. Unfortunately, the broth was bland and lacked the depth of flavor I expect from a good bowl of Vietnamese pho. The rice noodles were also broken and fell apart while I was eating them, which made me question how fresh they were. I used to recommend this place, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be coming back. It feels like a waste of money when I'm specifically looking for authentic Vietnamese food. My family and i eat here all the time because it is close to the house. They have a varied menu of Vietnamese food. We usually have a pho with meat and veggies for my wife and I and plan for my daughter. The soup cubed with a garnish of bean sprouts, jalapeños, Thai basil and lime. Tonight I had the wontons with egg noodles. Very tasty and lots of meat in the wonton (although this dish took a bit longer than my family's). Overall the dining experience was pleasant. read more

So sad. This used to be our favorite pho. So convenient after work stop on our way home. They recently changed management and increased the prices. Worst part they delivered my chicken pho in beef broth. Asked them to remake it and it didn't even taste like broth at all. Horrible. I brought it up to the wait staff and he just told me, "yeah, new cook, new management." Paid my $50 for 2 pho dinner. I left a tip because I believe in karma. But we wont be back. We arrived at opening and the first ones at the restaurant. First off, any regular pho cost $20. I also ordered a grilled chicken plate. The food came out 51 minutes later. The pho was small, 5 small chopped up pieces of meatball. The chicken has NO flavor, as bland as it comes and a very thin cut. The spring roll was good and that's about it. I'm still hungry walking out of there. Have to resort to Burger King next door. Worse experience in a long time. I feel like I'm at an Asian restaurant in the middle of nowhere where it's overpriced and it tastes like crap. You can taste how much they don't care. read more

We arrived around 7:30 pm and there was one table of 2 chatting it up with one server and one table who looked to have finished up. There were three people working but it took about 5 minutes for someone to seat us. Another table of 4 showed up after us. We somehow could not order for about 10 minutes and we thought we were about to order when the server went to another table. We gave up and decided to leave without ever ordering. If this place was busy, I could understand but it seems like the three people working don't get it and are just unorganized. We got a "the other table was here before you", which was not true and the person who said that had said they would be back to take our order, but then went to clear dishes and handle a to go order but then just disappeared. Tried this place recently and it's not bad. Was seated right away and the waiter gave water. They have a good amount of items on their menu but ended up ordering brisket pho, vermicelli noodles w/ grilled pork and egg rolls, and spring rolls. The food came pretty fast. The brisket on the pho were thicker than other places but they give a good amount. There's barely any fat on there and I prefer that! The vermicelli noodles were delish. And the spring rolls were also good, the peanut sauce wasn't watery. The waiter ensured to check up but also didn't rush when we were done eating. Oh yeah They play good music too! I went today at 5pm I was seated by the dark haired waitress she was a horrible horrible waitress. She seated me and left and I never saw her again. Literally nobody helped do sh** I sat there I had to keep finding ppl to help me give me a spoon, give me water it was ridiculous. I asked hello where is my waitress and they said oh she left on her break and nobody helped me. I finally asked for the bill it was $19.20 and I gave him $20 cash Guess what he didn't give me the change at all. No receipt NOTHING! Disgusting service and kept my change without asking!!!!! Service is quick and friendly. The flavor of their broth is really good and balanced. I typically get their rare steak and beef ball. So a few years ago, we had made plans to go to Pho Saigon 8 on Silverado Ranch, but we accidentally stumbled inside The Golden Pot directly next door instead. While The Golden Pot was excellent, we finally decided to try out Pho Saigon 8. I try to dine in at restaurants as much as possible, but Kyle doesn't like going out and being social, so he would rather do takeout and eat food in front of the TV instead of dining in. We placed an order through DoorDash to have it picked up as soon as possible, with them located just down the street from his house. When we got there, our food was ready in a matter of minutes. Our food choices were the Pho Tom Noodles for me, the Bun Ga Nong Chicken for Kyle, and a thing of potstickers for us to share. My entree came with a cup of soup that was served separately, in which I put my noodles inside of. I ended up pouring the soup in a large bowl when we got back, but I poured it too quickly and some of it spilled on my hands. Luckily for me, the soup was not scalding hot! Served with my noodles were shrimp and chopped onions and scallions as toppings. Kyle's toppings also consisted of chopped scallions and egg rolls. The noodles were excellent but it took a while for me to break them up in the soup. The shrimp that came with it was also delicious, too. Kyle said that he enjoyed his chicken and egg rolls. We ordered pick up here last night ordered 4 pho tai the meat was so weird and very chewy the broth was tasteless, very bland. The eggrolls were cold and stale. They gave us zero sauce for the eggrolls (who does that) lol I called to let them know and the manager had a crap attitude and asked me what I would like her to do about it. Don't do anything about it. You'll just lose business. We go here ever now and then, they have a noodle soup I have yet to find anywhere. The udon, with pork and crab. Well this time I wanted to try their salt and pepper shrimp, to keep it light. After we ordered, it wasn't that long of wait for everything. I guess I'm hoping for Chinese or Laos style of salt and pepper shrimp. Because these were just okay, hardly tasted any of the salt and pepper. The batter was extra crispy, where it was somewhat tough. Went there with a few of my friends, and our server was rude from the start. We had drinks from the store next door, and she told us we couldn't bring it inside. We all then sat and watched 2 other groups of people come in with their coffees from next door. Seems like it was kind of targeted towards us specifically, mind you we're all black people. We initially came in thinking the reviews were being really dramatic about the broth but genuinely it is the most bland broth we had ever had at a pho place (we got the chicken broth). They thankfully have sauces on the table to help with the flavor but it honestly doesn't do as much. The egg rolls, sauces, and service was great. This was my go to pho shop in Las Vegas for the price and quality for many years, but that is no longer the case. They have new ownership since I last visited. The prices are too high and quantity is much less. The pho soup was not hot rather lukewarm and the taste was lackluster. The noodles were soggy and peppers were not hot. Definitely not the fresh ingredients that they advertise about. The spring rolls were meh not freshly made that's for sure most likely pre-made. Worst yet they require tip for zero service. They don't check in and you need signal to them to order otherwise they won't come to you. It is no longer affordable and I left with a stomach ache. Late post but needed to be said because this place irritates me every time I pass by it now. About 3 weeks ago. I ordered food to go. Got the #16 and #10 I believe. Placed my order and sat there for a good minute. A table that came into dine about 10/15 minutes after I placed my order got their food first before I was even acknowledged that my food was taking a while. How's that possible a table sits, waits 5 minutes to get their order in. Get their food before someone that places a to go order 20 minutes before them? When I finally received my order probably about 35 or so minutes later. The cook who took my order acknowledged, said sorry for the wait which I appreciate but what I didn't appreciate is the female server there told him "don't be sorry. It's ok" like what? Yall made me wait and I don't deserve an apology for inconvenience? Took the food home and I live on Starr and LV Blvd. About 3.5 miles, 6 minute drive. Put the meat in the broth. No steam. No hot temp. Luke warm. Meat can't even cook. Checked my fresh spring rolls with pork. Room temp. Tells me my food has been sitting there the whole time while I was waiting. I paid $35 to heat up my pho in the microwave just so I can someone get the broth to cook the ribeye but at that point. Noodles were mush because of that. Called them to complain and what did that same server tell me? "Oh I'll let the manager know. We'll call you back with a resolution and I should have your info on your ticket" no call, no resolution. Just a bad taste in my mouth whenever I pass by this once used to be gem but now complete sh*t hole. That's my take. That's my experience. Hopefully nobody else has to deal with that. read more

We waited 45 minutes for a take out order. We've asked several times about our order and the guy up front kept saying it was coming up. Until I noticed the two couple that came ten minutes after us were almost finished with their food. So we complained. The guy who took our ordered asked the back where our order was and that we were waiting for 45 minutes, he should have been attentive his job up front was seating people and the one taking the orders up front. Our most recent visit here was very disappointing and dissatisfying. It really put a bad taste in mine and my partners mouth for being treated poorly for bringing outside drinks from somewhere else (boba). I didn't think it would be an issue because they've never told us anything before. We came in and it was also two unfamiliar/ new servers that treated us this way.
