Really disappointed I have to give this place a 2 star. The pho was good. I enjoyed the flavorful broth. And unlike other places they still give you tripe. The spring rolls were great. The sauce is great. I didn't eat the lemongrass chicken but was told it was great. But unfortunately that was the only good thing about it, the rest of the experience was extremely frustrating. --- First. This is a restaurant that has been in business for many many years with atleast one other restaurant sharing the name. Why in 2026 do you not have a website or even utilize an easier online ordering system? The only options are things like DoorDash and grubhub which has an upcharge. It lists $20 for a medium. A joke. So instead of that. I called in for a pick up order. There's no menu so I used yelp photos and just said what I wanted. The person taking the order misheard me 3x. I asked to read back my order 3x. They were wrong each time. I had a pretty big order. 7 special pho. 2 pork and shrimp spring roll. 1 lemongrass chicken. He initially thought I said one of each. Then thought I said just pho. Then thought I said 3 pho. When we finally got the order right. He gave me an order number and hung up. I get there. I go to the counter. Give them the number I had. The cashier says few minutes. That's fine. Big order I expect wait time. He leaves. An older gentleman comes up. He presses the menu really fast and skips through the screen that shows what I order. He rings the total and says this is your total. No confirmation of what Im being charged for. I asked to go back to the prior screen to confirm my order. And he says "he already told you on phone" I asked nicely to go back to the last screen. He does a big humph and blows air like he's upset. I considered walking out cause this is some total crap. It is not that hard to click the back button and go to the last screen. It's not pulling teeth. He reluctantly did and let me view to confirm. I got my food and went home. Will I come back? Terrible service. I've been here a couple times because it's close to my house. I've felt a weird energy and I didn't want to assume it was because I was black. I just figured certain people don't have the best customer service. I know that when I go inside though I don't get acknowledged. I have to get someone's attention and my food takes much longer sometimes. Today I came in and ordered my food as soon as I sat down. About 15 minutes later a Vietnamese family walked in to eat. I'm delayed in posting this review because I wanted to make sure that it wasn't just a few off days this Restaurant was having. I always loved their combination special pho and their bun wasn't too bad. I really love that. They had the roll your own fresh spring rolls that I think they call Angel rolls for some reason. I have to say that it was a good run even when they were being closed down for cockroaches and other violations I would go right after they're closed because I know they're clean at that time but now I really cannot recommend eating here and I have no desire to return because of the fact that soup that pho soup base seems to have changed and prices have really gone up. I really wanted to love this place because the food is actually good. The pho is flavorful and everything we ordered tasted great. Unfortunately, the service completely ruins the experience. This was our second time coming back because we wanted to give them another chance and see if things had improved, but sadly, it was the same situation.
