I've been coming here off and on since the original owners. Thought originally prices were high but food was above average. The new owners have inherited a beautiful place. Food is above average still. Vermicelli noodles was very good with excellent bbq flavors on the shrimp. Pork and egg roll. Pho before was a small potion and good but I don't come here for the pho. My favorite is oxtail but I don't think you get a large hearty oxtail dish here like you would get in Westminster or even lake forest. read more

We placed bets on how quickly our food would come out. We were shocked when the food came out in 5 minutes. None of us got it on the dot but I won with 7 minutes and 45 seconds. The waiters were also very kind and laughed at my jokes that were only kind of funny. New management. The inside was noticeably clean and well kept. I had the P9 pho, it was perfection. The broth was so flavorful. My friend also really enjoyed her chow fun. So they're super stingy with their food/beverage portions. Even with their teas they don't fill the cup all the way I'm assuming to save cost but yet their prices are expensive with their food quality being so low. It's unfortunate this place isn't good. I'm surprised it has any good reviews. Seems like the owner only cares about making money and not actually providing quality food for the price. We read all of the 5-star reviews and were very excited to try the Pho with veggies and tofu. When we got our order home, we poured the broth over the noodles and there wasn't enough to make a soup. We needed twice as much. Plus, the broth had no flavor whatsoever. We added spices and some soy and chili sauce, and still no flavor. We ordered vegetarian egg rolls--but they gave us got chicken, so we couldn't eat them as we're vegetarian. We did enjoy the tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce and the veggie fried rice was average. Overall, for $50+ dollars, we were highly disappointed and still hungry. Plus, I was fighting a cold and really looking forward to hot, rejuvenating Pho, but it was cold and flavorless. read more

Went here for the first time last weekend for lunch, the restaurant is very clean and stylish (even the bathrooms ), the service exceptional. I had the rare beef and brisket pho, the broth was very tasty and I thought the beef portions were generous. I'm not a big eater so next time I might get the child portion, as I couldn't finish the regular size. My husband had the vermicelli with pork and shrimp that was very good as well. They have a large patio as well, and the indoors is very spacious. I'm not sure if they have boba, I should have asked when ordering my Thai ice tea. Under new management and the food is improved. Very good Pho and ox tail. We had Pho Tai and Pho Tai-filet mignon, as well as the ox tail. Broth was very tasty and meat was very tender. Prices were in line with other similar, nearby places. We typically go to Thanh Bin on Lake Forest, but this will be our go-to pho place going forward. read more

I really wanted to give this place a second chance since I heard the ownership changed. My wife and I had came here during the previous ownership and the food was terrible and service nonexistent. So when I heard they changed owner, I decided to give it a second chance and ordered the house special pho to-go. The pho was bland and the noodles were overcooked. My new local pho spot. I came here after originally going out for some ramen. Went to the I20 in Aliso Viejo and requested to be seated outside. Apparently the Gen Z workers were too lazy to wipe the water off the tables from the little sprinkle earlier in the day. They said the patio area was "closed", but the gate was clearly very much open. We left immediately. Called as we were walking away to report this to their manager, kid on the phone said they didn't know who the manager was. Really? You don't know who your boss is kid? Then they played phone tag and handed the call to their co-worker and that individual also "didn't know" who the manager was. Probably just didn't want to give up their name. Super disappointing. Anyway, came to PSG after and it was a complete 180 from what I just went through at I20. Very courteous staff. I asked to be seated outside and they came and dried and cleaned the table right away. The egg rolls were super crispy and the shrimp fried rice was flavorful without being greasy or salty. My wife had the chicken pho and was pleased with their broth and flavor. I'd definitely recommend giving them a try. For sure I'll be back next time I'm in the mood for pho or Vietnamese cuisine without having to drive to the other side of Orange County. read more

Super clean restaurant and great staff / management! Tried this place for the first time the other night and was extremely impressed.
