Phenomenal food the only reason I took away a star is for the following: - We had a reservation for 5:45pm and arrived a few minutes before our reservation time. It took us 10 mins to get seated and we were stressed about missing Happy Hour which ends at 6pm. Thankfully we just ordered the moment we sat down but I don't expect that much of a wait when we have a reservation - We came in for my husband's birthday and the server even asked what we were celebrating. I said it's his birthday, plus I put birthday under the reservation and they never came out with any dessert and candle to make the birthday celebrant feel special. We were not even asked if we wanted to order dessert. I think the server forgot but given the longer turn around to get our check we awkwardly waited there thinking something was coming that never did. Bummer. To be honest Charles is the reason I'm giving it a 5! He was wonderful at the bar handling both making all of the drinks and making sure my friend and I were given great service as we enjoyed the happy hour deals. Well, it wasn't as good as I expected. The ambiance was nice. It was a bit crowded in regards to space and the amount of table. It was a little uncomfortable because it was very tight where we were sitting. However, it seemed as though everyone was a having a great time. The service was impeccable. As soon as we walked in we were greeting by the friendly hostess who showed us to our table. Then shortly after our waiter came. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He kindly explained the menu as it was our first time at that restaurant and he gave us some time to decide on our entree. He had great recommendations for food and drinks. The food was good. I unfortunately was not blown away by what I chose. I originally wanted the classic all you can eat seafood however, everyone at the table has to order that so that was a no go. So I ordered the grilled salmon with white rice and broccoli. I felt as though the portions were extremely small. However, the salmon was flavorful. What a delicious dinner we had yesterday! The "POCKET PAIR" meal we got was supposed to serves for 2 people, but we could use another person to help us eat the rest of the food we left in the pot. Snow Crab (2 clusters), Shrimp (1 lb), Andouille Sausage (¼ lb), Garlic Noodles, Corn on the cob, and Potatoes were in this pot. I liked the garlic noodles a lot. It's actually their in-house specialty, and went very well with the seafood items. The spices they used for it bought out the savory taste to the dish. What I enjoyed the most was the combined Cajun-garlic sauce that was used to cook the seafood. Because of the blended sauce, the entire boil was brought to new height of flavors. The ambiance of sitting outside and listening to the traffic wasn't too bad and not too loud either. We were able to have nice conversations and enjoyed the fine weather here. I prepaid for the Classic All-You-Can-Eat dining experience, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Making reservations through OpenTable was quick and easy. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out surprisingly fast. Portions were generous, so I would recommend ordering just one or two entrée options along with a couple of sides for the first round. Everything is shareable, and it's easy to over-order. Another nice perk is that fountain drinks, lemonade, and tea are included with the all-you-can-eat experience. Parking is also validated by the restaurant--just be sure to have your license plate number handy. Visited Chasin' Tails for a birthday celebration. We ordered the Three-Of-A-Kind Royal Feast. It came with snow crab, shrimp, green lipped mussels, corn, and potatoes. We substituted the garlic noodles for rice and got everything in their signature "Oh Dang!" sauce. The sauce was definitely the highlight for us. It was rich, flavorful, and perfect with the seafood. Everything tasted really good and our favorite items were probably the mussels and the corn since they soaked up so much flavor from the sauce. The only downside was that our andouille sausage was missing from the order. I didn't realize it until midway through the meal because I assumed it was sitting at the bottom of the pot. I didn't end up mentioning it because I didn't feel the need to complain. Also, it was plenty of food for two people. The food itself was yummy but it is definitely on the expensive side. This was our first time here, and we had a great experience. Our server, Wasi (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly), was an absolute pleasure--attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcomed. We started with the oysters--OMG, amazing! We also ordered a side of eggs with the sauce on the side, and that was a 10/10. Then we got the "Whole Dang Thang," which came with fried shrimp, gator, fish, calamari, and fries--solid 9/10. The garlic noodles were a 7.5/10, and the Brussels sprouts were an 8.5/10. I had a great experience here for my mom's birthday. She got complimentary beignets and they were delicious! It is a bit pricey here but I definitely think the portion sizes make it worth it. Every-time I've come here the food slaps. Never had a bad experience with anybody, the servers were always on watch to give us extra napkins, gloves, and refills. We were stuffed and had lots of leftovers. The garlic noodles and the Mac & cheese are a must for any meal. We tried the mumbo sauce but no one in the group was a fan. The oh dang was delicious with the perfect hint of spice!! The service was okay. We didn't make reservations so we had to wait for a table. I came with my boyfriend to try their AYCE Shrimp special from Restaurant Week. It was just shrimp and it came quickly! I thought the sauces were quite a bit too fatty for my liking, which makes it easy to feel queasy when eating shrimp. Weirdly enough the shrimp got quite bitter, so it was a bit hard to consume. The honey sriracha was quite sweet and mild spicy isn't very spicy at all! Would get medium or hotter next time. The tacos were also pretty good especially with the Cole slaw within the taco. I would skip on the crispy shrimp as it was too fatty against a very lean protein. The beignets came hot with a strawberry sauce. Should have ordered a scoop of ice cream with it! Good way to end the meal. One thing to note is that they apply a 20% fee on all orders, and this is clearly marked at the front, which I appreciate. We came on Tuesday for happy hour, mainly for their oyster happy hour (Mondays and Tuesdays only from 4-6pm at the bar). The bar has very limited seating and it does get busy for their oyster happy hour. The oysters are huge, and fresh (no fishy/ocean taste). Well worth the price. Their drinks were also delicious. My partner and I have been here two times. Each time, we got the AYCE Royalty Level. That's the top level that includes whole lobster, lobster tail, king crab legs and other things. I have to say - the food and service are fantastic. (Tonight, our server Kenny, made us feel very welcome and took great care of us, including keeping the water glasses full and clearing away plates.) There are a variety of sauces available for the seafood pots. Tonight, we got the lemon garlic, both mild and medium. Both were delicious. We asked if we could get the sauce on the side and we got a large bowl that was great for dipping the lobster and other seafood. Really good sauce. As I said, all the food we had was delicious, including the gator bites and fried catfish appetizers, and the outstanding Brussels sprouts. The seafood was flavorful and the meats we tried (lamb chops and waygu) were well prepared and delicious. We wanted just to try the lamb chops and move on, but they were so good and well seasoned that we got a second order. I'm surprised by other Yelp comments about the lamb chops being bland. We both thought these were some of the best we've ever had. My partner commented "these don't need mint jelly" which is quite a compliment coming from them! Places with time limits (this one is 90 minutes for AYCE) can be problematic if the service and kitchen are not efficient. But that is absolutely not an issue here. The server routinely came by to fill water glasses and to ask what we next wanted to order, and the food came out of the kitchen promptly. The place has a nice vibe. Music (rock style - nothing heavy, very pleasant) playing at a good volume, We each had a mocktail, which were outstanding. Interesting flavors and very refreshing. Snowjito and Witches Brew. I recommend both. Yes, the AYCE ain't cheap. There are three levels and each one offers a good variety. We went with the top level as a special treat and it really is very good. The berries on top were fresh and ripe. I've had other fried cheesecakes that arrived warm or hot, just an odd rendition of the dessert. Must be microwaving it to warm it, which makes sense for the inside to be warm with the outside cold. Fine Print They strictly enforce the table time limits. Group Lunch was nice here on a busy Saturday. You'd think it was black owned yet it's run by all SE Asians lol all african American patrons. Lol The food was pretty great, not excellent. We had a large party of 10 and things got tricky with seating to menu desires. I think the requirement that everyone must get the same AYCE choice should offer unspoken leniency if only 1 out of 10 wants a different tier. Like cmon there's still no even bill split when people of a party order variations of drinks per person, so there's no issue for the business side. It complicated our ordering & seating ease; and, furthermore having to ask the manager for seating allowance based on complications was truly a service turnoff. My drink order took nearly 20 minutes we had the ugliest social media boomerang because by the time my mocktail came everyone's second beverage was already low. I also didn't like that my lychee mocktail wasn't topped with a lychee as what is the case when I order lychee drinks elsewhere. It was delicious however so great shake up! The beignets were off par not worth it and I was looking forward to them. The shrimp boil was delicious Maryland style. I thought it interesting to be served in a pot versus a bag and appreciated that actually! Similarly loved the GLOVES and the trash bins! This was a clean boil experience we all appreciated. Now Now!!!! This place right here kept popping up on my timeline so I had to add it to my Yelp list. Then I was invited for a birthday dinner so I immediately said YES!!! This place definitely checks all the boxes are far as aesthetic, modern decor, service and Instagram photo props. Reservation was made by the birthday girl so I don't have experience in that department but, we waited a few moments before being seated for a large party of 12. The food was phenomenal and the drinks were even better. My husband and I shared a meal and still had plenty left over. Was so happy we got the chance to come here for Valentine's Day dinner. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which was a pleasant surprise considering how busy they were on Valentine's Day. The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and delicious we had ordered the Pocket Pair Feast at first we were worried it wouldn't be enough for two grown men but it definitely was and excited to return to try the AYCE menu's . I loved the attention to detail with the bibs and gloves, which made the experience both fun and practical and I want to give a special shoutout to Anson, who had incredible photography skills. He took some beautiful photos of my boyfriend using the Sony camera he brought, and they turned out fantastic, and the portion sizes were very generous. Bitterly cold but it we were seeking a new venue to celebrate my day....What a find, nearby parking made things convenient. Great food and the service were absolutely excellent. Broad selection of food items and drinks menu and accommodate non shellfish, non Pork, and / or veggie dietary requirements. We chose to sit and eat at the bar. Although we had a reservation, there was a wait if we wanted a table seating. The atmosphere was lively with conversation ongoing as we had a conversation with complete strangers at the bar. I've been here multiple times for their AYCE -- the best AYCE seafood I've ever had! The price is worth it for the quality of food alone. Highly recommended the Oh Dang! sauce for the seafood pot. Also, don't skip on the beignets and ask for a scoop of vanilla ice cream Lastly, The service is pretty quick and friendly as well. The restaurant has very casual vibes. read more

Went there for a birthday celebration and had a great time! Had the AYCE seafood, Maryland style (Old Bay with a side of butter), which really brought out the flavor and quality of the seafood. The fried cheesecake is a must try! Also the staff was friendly and hard-working. By the time I left, the place was packed, leading to a lively experience.
