To top it off, there was a 5% "kitchen appreciation fee" added to the bill. Sorry, but paying your employees should not be the customer's responsibility through surprise fees. It's a shame because the food was genuinely very good. But great food can only carry a place so far when the service is this poor. Another one bites the dust.

Then the cashier says well if you want some more I can give you some more. I replied and said that's the whole reason why I was asking to begin with, but never mind. I'm not sure where the issue was as I have always asked for additional packets of the Thai chili powder, and I have never been met with this resistance. I'm spending 50+ dollars minimum every time I order my regular order and not sure why there is such a big issue now to ask for a few additional packets. Horrible customer service sadly.
