Uncle Tony knows what's up! This is my favorite pho spot in Colorado. The broth is SO tasty, while being light at the same time. The service is incredible - the staff is so so friendly and welcoming. The inside and decor are wonderfully unique and make for a comfortable and inviting experience. Highly recommend this spot.

Pho was good. It was a generous serving for a medium bowl. Service was prompt. Pretty solid pho. Vibe- clean place and authentic.

My favorite Pho spot in Denver! The broth is not too greasy and it tastes freshly cooked. They are not stingy with their meat and noodle portions either. If you are not in the mood for pho, they do offer rice combo platters, noodle platters, and specialty dishes too! Service here is fast and if you are needing something quick, this is the spot!

Stop right here. I have had A LOT of pho from many different restaurants (don't judge me). Tony's takes the cake. Absolutely the BEST PHO I have had in Denver. Located in a small shopping center, you might easily overlook it. But do not be deceived. The broth options are veggie, regular, or half-and-half. I recommend the veggie broth. It has a fresher and more complex flavor than the regular broth, which seems to be more beef-based and, while also delicious, lacks the complexity of flavors offered by the veggie. At first glance, the choices were the usual: rare steak, tripe, etc., and they come with the noodles, bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeños, white onion, and limes. However, Tony's also has a filet mignon option. And for an extra $5.00, you can add Kobe beef. I had the filet mignon pho with added Kobe in the veggie broth. The meat literally melted in my mouth. My husband had rare steak and brisket in the half-and-half, and my oldest had rare steak and tripe in the regular broth. Both were phenomenal. The tripe was slightly chewy, as tripe can be, but not overly so. It was not the calamari-looking slices you usually see, either. This tripe was softly spiny and roughly cut. It was delicate, appetizing, and delicious. We also ordered cheese wontons, spring rolls, and Korean bbq short ribs. Also, all very delicious, but the short ribs had not been trimmed and had too much (thick) fat for my tastes. The meat was flavored well, though, and easily fell off the bone. Our server was a bit stoic, but I don't think he spoke much English. He was timely and attentive, though, despite the small restaurant having several other patrons. Tony, the owner, even came out to say hi and check on our meal. He was full of life and very welcoming. He also thanked us on the way out. Great experience all around.

My friends decided to get take out for lunch and as all I had was rice and canned sardines, I wanted in. He took our orders and went to the restaurant to order so it was fresh. When he came back I was impressed with how well packed everything was. Soup in a container by itself and the ingredients and toppings in ziploc bags. Everything sealed tight to prevent spillage or cross contamination. There was mint and bean sprouts in group servings which lessened the number of plastic bags. You have to look at how much soup is in the container as they give a generous serving and it could overflow when you place your ingredients in it. Just a word of warning if you've never had pho before. When you order, the ingredients are raw and you place them in the soup to cook. My friend was shocked when he saw the raw meat. It's so that the meat, which is sliced thin, doesn't overcook on its way home with you. I chose the shrimp soup with spicy broth. They include hoisin sauce for you to add more flavor to your meal. But I slurped my spicy broth as is because I like un-doctored broth. It wasn't very spicy so for those who don't like overly spicy the spicy broth is perfect for you. It was tasty and warm on a cold day. We will dine in next as my friend made a mess of his dish. He overflowed the container and ended up putting the soup into the flat takeout container which don't contain it well. What a funny sight though !

Yum. Delicious. Totally hit the spot. The hubs and I came in post massage today for bowls of pho and an order of spring rolls to lead the way. I roped my husband into the tofu and veggie spring rolls. They were thick and perfectly rolled, soft and packed full of flavor. The peanut dipping sauce was one of the best we've had and I scraped out just about every bit of the sauce. Next came the steaming bowls of pho. I went with the tofu and veggie with no onions and the hubs opted for chicken pho. Both of our broths were light yet packed with flavor. The veggie broth had just a hint of spice. A little squeeze of lime along with hoisin sauce and mine hit the mark perfectly. I also want to note that however they prepared their tofu was spot on as well and one of the best tofus I've had in pho. Service was super efficient and very friendly. This is a must for any pho lover!

The pork and mushroom dumplings were rich and deeply savory, but the real standout was the chicken and corn, absolutely packed with flavor and perfectly executed. We also ordered the shrimp fried rice, which exceeded expectations. It featured plentiful, full-sized shrimp and a generous portion size that makes it incredibly easy to share. Between the excellent food and the lively atmosphere, we had a great experience and will absolutely be back to explore more of the menu.

I can only assume that the fact that it's dim sum means that they've just got a ton of this stuff on hand and we placed our order it was definitely the busiest time of the night, but it was ready in 20 minutes. Got everything home, it was packed very conveniently for takeout, still hot, still great. Everything was amazing. I'm not gonna recommend anything in particular because it's dim sum. You should order everything you should try everything it's worth it. Nothing was bad. When I'm eating dim sum I want to be impulsive and just eat whatever's in front of me and you can do this with this menu. Now I did go into the restaurant to pick up my order and I will say ambience was very cool, I really would like to come back and actually di e i . It seemed like it would be a great experience.

The vibe here is of a japanese izakaya, though not a super traditional one, with sake bombs and everything. That said, the food is definitely on the pricier side, though extremely delicious. My typical go to is on of the salad. Now salads typically are not standout at most restaurants, but the ones at Kawa Ni just hits different. Both the red cabbage and pear salad and the brocolli salad are delicious and the portion is massive, easily enough for a table of 4 to share. For apps and shareable entrees, you can't go wrong here. The build your own tuna temaki hand rolls can easily be shared and the tuna is so fresh and well seasoned. The szechuan dumplings are delicious, as is the curry onigiri and the bao bun. The Dan Dan noodle, kimchi Carbonara, and their tonkotsu ramen are also amazing, and, with the exception of the tonkotsu ramen, can easily be shared. I would highly recommend other seasonal dishes as well, such as the coconut swordfish or chicken katsu parm. However, one of my absolute favorite dish here is the ochazuke. It's basically grilled fish over rice in a warm green tea dashi. It's so comforting, especially on a cold night, and a dish that I return to time and time again. Overall, Kawa Ni is an amazing japanese restaurant. Come for the food and just make sure you get a sake bomb and ask for the gong when you do.

Cravings absolutely satisfied…read more We were in CO for the Rocky Mountain Siberian Husky Club specialty and I cannot go anywhere without having some sort of Asian food. That evening, I was craving pho. Pho 92 came recommended and I was immediately drawn to the clear broth in the photos while researching Yelp for Vietnamese food. It was a Thursday evening when we arrived at Pho 92, and the restaurant was packed. It was loud, with staff bustling about and patrons enjoying their meals. The aroma of the pho broth was just as I had hoped for a busy restaurant. We waited approximately 10 min for a table. The staff were pretty efficient and looked to have a good system going for bussing tables. Hailing from CA, I am no stranger to good pho, and this place hit the spot. I'm so glad I decided to get the regular instead of the large, because wow those portion sizes were indeed huge. My husband made the "mistake" of ordering the combination vermicelli bowl, and it came packed with tender proteins and crispy egg rolls. That just meant for some delicious leftovers (that actually reheated perfectly). The pho broth was as clear as I had imagined from looking at other patrons' photos. It still had a good depth of flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been a long travel day for us, so I didn't want oily soup. (Sometimes I do enjoy rich, oilier pho broth, but not that night.) The pho came with a plethora of herbs, which I of course used all of. Be warned that their chili oil is very spicy, which I accidentally put too much of without first trying (oops). I generally don't go to the same spot twice during a trip, as I enjoy trying out different local businesses, but Pho 92 would have been a spot I'd return to again if we had had the time and if I had wanted pho again. Their menu is huge, so there are plenty of dishes to choose from to satisfy your cravings, whatever those might be for any given day. We will definitely be back the next time we visit CO!

Uncle makes me want to move to Denver! To start the ambiance is really chill and inviting with warm lighting and offers countertop as well as table seating. Our server was amazing and explained the menu well and made some recommendations that did not disappoint. We ordered way to much food but I do not regret that because I got to try so many amazing dishes. Despite ordering so many options they even brought us a chilled tofu dish complimentary (no clue why but not complaining) and it was lovely! We shared the uncle salad (amazing!), thai shrimp, eggplant buns, several different nigiri/aburi nigiri and sashimi and the toro toro and spicy tuna roll. All of the sushi was fresh and had excellent pairing of accompaniments. The only dish that I remember being a miss was the soft shell crab buns. The proportion of bun to interior was off and there was way too much mayo. Everyone got their own ramen which they seemed to love. I ordered the Veggie Khao Soi per our servers recommendation and I am still thinking about it weeks later. It was a curry/ramen mix and had big chunks of trumpet mushrooms in it and the perfect amount of spice that I love.
