I had the meatball pho and I didn't really care for it. It was large but the broth was bland and the meatballs were not good at all. Delicious!!!! Their pho was amazing. My son had the brisket and I tried the veggie tofu. What a delight! Plenty of veggies and all nicely cooked. Not over or under done. As a regular, I really want to give this place more stars. All of the food I've had has been great, but the customer service has been consistently sporadic. Sometimes they are completely competent and helpful, other times they are incredibly amateurish. They deliver to my house about 1/2 the time, despite the fact that I always order the same thing and live well within the mile limit for deliveries. I cannot recommend based on the fact that I hate thinking I will be able to have a great dinner delivered to my house, only to be talked to like I'M the one who is stupid. Had the Pho here and it wasn't as good as I was expecting, it being the only one around. They have only one size pho bowl at $8-$9 a bowl at 32 oz was expensive for a pho place. The broth at this pho establishment is overall to sweet. Another issue is that they do not give enough bean sprouts. I went with a party of three and we only had enough sprouts for one person. I discoverd the Pho Saigon Star while doing some work at D.U. recently and really like their food. It's a funky little joint by the university but very casual and relaxed. They have a great selection of dishes and so far I've tried 4 or 5 items on the menu and like them all. It's close to I-25 so if you're rolling through Denver, you can get off the highway, eat, get back on and be on your merry way. I love it! read more

First off, the website listed is WRONG!! (***Update 9-17-15*** looks like they've corrected the error and that this is now a valid website address for this business. Haven't ordered for awhile, but its getting to be that Pho Time of Year. Hope the quality is as good as I remember!) These guys don't have a website (corrected: as they do now have a website) but if you call them: 720-633-8133 they will happily tell you what they have & then bring you a menu with your order because they DELIVER! (We're in the 80222 zip code, U Hills, not far from DU) So, on this VERY snowy Saturday, CRAVING a hot bowl of Pho & one for the fiancé who had been out shoveling (bless his heart) I called and ordered 2 meat combo Pho's (as a former English major I know there should not be a ' after pho, but it was the only way to keep auto-fill from changing " pho" to "phosphores" which would have been not only misleading but also confusing & maybe a little dangerous) we also got an order of Thai Spring Rolls (with Shrimp) The order came faster than predicted and the food was GOOD! Nice Pho broth and the rare steak was very tender. While the broth was hot, it wasn't quite hot enough to cook the meat as much as we wanted so we assembled everything and then microwaved a bit while we enjoyed our Spring Rolls. The peanut sauce that came with was excellent, although there was perhaps a tad much chopped lettuce in the rolls themselves. Still, given it is in the midst of winter and a sweet young man delivered these in the snow, I'm not complaining,..just added some more peanut sauce. Meanwhile, back to the Pho: very nice broth, everything packaged nicely for the trip over, and fresh ingredients. Can't say I was a huge fan of the meatballs, a little dense for my liking, but I've never had meatballs in my pho before and I'm guessing this is just how they are. (Full Disclosure: Some might say I have meatball issues as well or maybe I should say that I'm just picky when it comes to how I like them prepared?) All in all this was an above satisfactory experience and a welcome treat in the dead of winter to a somewhat under delivered to area. I found the Pho to be ok. The customer service is atrocious...When called she answered...hello? I said who is this...thinking i had a wrong number...she then hung up on me. Lol. I called back and told her i think you just hung up on me...i am not sure i would go back...i have never had a so called business owner do that to me. Quite rude. I showed up and picked up my pho without so much as an apology. Again...The pho was good but i think next time I'll avoid the chance of being hung up on and go elsewhere. The food is decent and the service is horrible. There is a rude lady that takes the orders and on her best day, she is consistantly dismissive, and slightly rude. The last time I went was definitely the last time I will go. After ignoring us for several minutes, she messed up our order and overcharged us at the counter before the food came out. We asked her to change simply the order and fix the overcharge but instead of using basic customer service skills, she refused to change anything and proceeded to spend 5 minutes arguing with and snapping at us about what we ordered. In the end, she refused to refund or even change the order. Absolutely terrible. read more

We live in CO Springs and still have managed to come for Pho around 10 times now. We can't find a place as delicious in the Springs. We have ordered Central Pho, grilled shrimp each time. Even to-go is fabulous. read more
