I recently went to this restaurant with a friend. The menu was fairly simple not overly exciting. I wasn't sure if I was going to be excited about taking a bowl of soup and putting stuff in it and making a meal out of it. The soup was nice and spicy and hot and it had different vegetables and meats in it. I have to say it was pretty good the only downfall of this place was that nobody spoke much English so it's hard to communicate extra things I needed like more water on my table or order some add-nos for what we already had on the table. Had to leave another *updated* review. Ever since we discovered this place about a year ago we come at least 2-3 times a month. It ALWAYS hits the spot! this place a true hidden gem. The location of this restaurant is tragic because you wouldn't know it was here unless you were looking for it. But the food was 100/10 - felt just like home. Usually I look for a viet place that's 3.5 stars because that's when you know the food is good, but the food here is *chef's kiss*. Happy to have found a pho place in NPR! I arrived right around noon and it was pretty quiet so I was quickly seated and able to order right away. I ordered the beef pho (#5.) The pho comes out with several of the veggies on the side. If you like additional hot sauce, it is on the table. While this doesn't beat my all time-favorite pho place in Tampa, it is in very tasty and most importantly, it is near my job in New Port Richey. I am definitely going to visit this place for sit down and take out in the future. I am also interested in trying some of their other dishes. I vaguely had remembered seeing the sign for this Pho eatery in the shopping plaza when driving by, so I looked it up and took my husbeast there for his 2nd birthday dinner. I got hot tea and ice water, the hubby got iced tea. They were at our table in a flash. I love this restaurant! They have fantastic food, friendly and efficient service and I love the atmosphere there. They are always playing Vietnamese music and that just makes it so much better!! If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend Pho Saigon!! I have never had anything that wasn't delicious there. Best Asian restaurant I've been to in the entire State of Florida. This is a big deal. I'm from Seattle originally and the restaurants there are amazing so I have really high expectations of Asian cuisine. This place ticks every box. I randomly stopped in on 12/31/2020 to pick up some pho on my way home to Valrico after having spent 24 hrs at the local hospital looking after a loved one. The pho was delicious! I got two #2 with brisket and raw beef, one for hubby and one for me. I wasn't able to finish all of mine but hubby did. The broth was clear and seasoned well. I tried to come back but I must have Vietnamese food cravings on Tuesdays because 3 times I came and they were closed. Found out that's the only day they aren't open. So glad I was persistent because my meal and the service was fantastic. I got the pho with rare beef and brisket. That broth was really really delicious.
