I still stand by my two-star rating. The vegetable broth still has no flavor and the service as a single diner is very bad. Others were asked how their dinner was, but I was not asked at all. I doubt that I will come back after two sub-par experiences. read more

I agree with the reviews that this place is clean and the staff is friendly but c'mon people, we're here to eat so an honest review about the food is a must! I came here for lunch instead of Pho 234 because it is closer and the reviews are near perfect! Bad decision! The rice on the seafood fried rice is chewy and the whole dish didn't taste good. The grilled pork combo with rice didn't taste good either and again, the rice is chewy. The beef soup for my husband was OK, nothing special to it. The Pho Sapa is the third Vietnamese restaurant we have eaten at in the Manassas area and by far the worst. In this review, I will only begin to address some of the problems as there is not enough space or time to write them all. I managed three restaurants in my earlier years and either health department standards have dropped to a new level or this place should be shutdown. The place is filthy from the floors to the dishes and then there is the bathroom and what we could see if the kitchen. The entire place needs to be cleaned properly. Then the food, it was nothing that special or even what I would consider to be good. The Pho was sugar water with meat and noodles. The fried rice was frozen, I suspect microwaved and then fried with egg. It was still cold. The spring rolls were the skimpiest rolls I had eaten. There spices on the table were in dirty containers with dried spice and grim under the lid. They also brought out a dirt plate for my toddler. This place may have a fantastic order to go business and I suspect because no one has actually paid attention to the cleanliness of this place. Bottom line: they need to clean it up or they are going to make someone very sick. read more

Really delicious! I'm glad to finally find a great Vietnamese restaurant so close to home. Very busy for a Sunday and I saw lots of deliveries going out too. Had the spring rolls - soooo good, and chicken over vermicelli. The peanuts and broth were delicious. read more

My favorite Pho place! I stop in for lunch regularly and the staff pretty much has my "usual" order ready within minutes of sitting down. I almost always get the beef combo soup and have never been disappointed. Several of the plated noodle dishes are great as well. read more

Sheisty on veggies..ordered shrimp bun.got about 1/4 cup of shred lettuce , a few sliced cucumbers, few carrot slices& a pound of noodles. Mehhhh. Plus restaurant wreaked of cleansers. . Couldn't really discern food from bathroom toilet scrubs. .definitely they are tight with produce& try 2 fill u up with cheap noodles. pho had great taste but the cost of pho was little bit higher than other restaurant. there is minimum limit ($10) if you try to pay with credit card. The restaurant is clean and neat, but it needs better sign outside. I was roaming around for twice. read more

Had the pho with flank and beef balls today - it was fantastic! The broth was extremely flavorful and rich, while still being light. The basil, jalapenos, and bean spouts served with the pho were all very fresh, and the meat in the was very high quality. I love that they leave hoisin, sriracha, and chili paste on the tables instead on serving it in tiny containers - can't get enough hoisin & chili paste! Even the noodles in the soup were very flavorful - sometimes they can be a bit bland in comparison with the rest of the soup. I got the small for $7 and have about 1/2 of it packaged in my fridge for tomorrow. They were very fast at lunchtime on a Wednesday - there may have been about 3-4 other customers at the same time. Between ordering and receiving my meal, it took maybe a total of 7 minutes. Note: they have a $10 minimum for credit cards - there is a suntrust ATM right around the corner. read more

We walk in and was greeted by our waiter. "Hey y'all" Sat down and ordered. Our food came out rather quickly. Nothing was hot like it was freshly prepared. Grilled meat was almost room temperature. Everything was fresh, fast, the service was great and all the workers were very friendly. The restaurant is small and they are a little pricier than some other Pho restaurants, but the food was so good that it is worth the extra money and they deliver to my home :-) Definitely try this place! read more

I found out about Pho Sapa while I was trying to get some Chinese food from Cheng's Oriental Kitchen which is now closed. Since I was on my lunch break, I decided to try out there beef combination Pho and an order of pork and shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls were fresh and very tasty. The soup was really good and I have been going back every Sunday since. I've also brought a couple of my co-workers and they enjoy the food here as much as I do. We recently tried their chicken soup as well and was quite tasty as well. I've been to plenty of Pho restaurants before and I can say that this is the best one I've been to so far. At first I did not like that Cheng's left Manassas but now that Pho Sapa is here, I cannot complain. Once you try it, you will want to come back for more, even if you don't live close to Manassas. read more

We were hungry after shopping all day and stopped in for a quick bite. Flavors were good and we had a very accommodating owner/wait staff. We ordered the Lemongrass Chicken and Combination Crispy Noodles with Beef and Shrimp. The Lemongrass Chicken was flavorful and the Crispy Noodles were good with lots of broth (perhaps a bit too much broth). The Shrimp were cooked correctly and the Beef was disappointing - almost like it had been boiled or steamed. We would try something different next time - when and if we are in the area again. read more

Place used to be good. Last time I was there I ordered fresh spring rolls. The shrimp was terrible and smelled horrible. I ordered chicken soup. It was more like hot water with chicken in it. I'll never go back there. There soup used to be delicious. I don't know what happened to that place. read more
