    Seafood pho sooo delicious
    Brooklyn S.

Seafood pho so delicious very big for a regular I am getting the large next time just to see the size difference I definitely ate on my bowl 2 separate times. And the beef spring rolls were very flavorful. Update to second visit. Restaurant was little cold but no complaints as the soup did the trick, got the large seafood pho which is .75c more and I could tell it was big again had a take away meal and the appetizer again was very good. Waiting to try a noodle dish at some point.

Food was delicious, friendly staff and servers, nice ambience and very clean inside. This is next to Ulta/chilis in the Target shopping center. I ordered the kids shrimp pho and egg rolls. The pho was ok, the egg rolls were really small and not a lot of filling. Would suggest soy sauce and fish sauce be added to the condiment trays, but the chili oil was delicious. Had a refreshing Thai tea also, great lunch overall, glad I tried it but I'd prefer other options in town.

First time trying out this new Vietnamese restaurant in Visalia. This building and location was the old Rubio's Seafood Taco restaurant. Upon entering the establishment the ambience was very chill and friendly. They have T.V. and music playing in the background which definitely set my mood into relaxation mode. The customer service from the workers were very prompt and quick! The minute I sat down the workers already asked what I wanted to drink. A few minutes they showed back up to my table and asked if I was ready to order. I was craving a hot bowl of Pho Beef Rice Noodle Soup and a Pork Chops Rice Dish. I told the waiter I wanted to try their large Pho Special and order a second dish, which I wanted to try their rendition of Rice with Pork Chops. The broth of the Pho has a nice light taste and flavor to it. It wasn't too oily in flavor, there was a nice balance taste to it. And that's without adding any condiments such as Siracha Hot Chili Sauce & Hoisin Sauce, lime & chili oil. The Rice Pork Chops dish was on point! It didn't come with any fish sauce to compliment the dish. Actually it wasn't needed because I took a bite of the pork chop and it was marinated and seasoned to perfection! The flavor was mouth watering delicious ! The texture of the pork had the right texture and chew to it! It came with a fried egg and vegetables. Man I had no complaints from the dishes I've ordered! I was very satisfied with their service and food they've provided.i highly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant to those who enjoy Southeast Asian Vietnamese Cuisine. Next time I come back I will try their Vermicelli rice noodles dish and also order a Stir Fried Wok Garlic Noodles To Go!

    Garlic Noodles with Tofu

The restaurant itself is very clean, modern, and inviting. We started with the shrimp spring rolls, which were delicious and had a nice crunch from the wonton inside. The peanut sauce complemented them well. We also ordered the garlic noodles with fried tofu, which were a standout. They were packed with a lot of flavor, especially the rich garlic taste, and had a silky, buttery texture. I would definitely order those again. However, the main dishes fell short. I ordered the chicken phở, but the broth lacked depth and flavor. The same was true for the rare steak phở; the broth just didn't have the rich, authentic taste you'd expect. Overall we paid around $50+ for these dishes. Thank you Pho Savor, for good service.

Overall it was good the garlic noodles were something different that I cannot get else where. If you are looking for something garlicky and different I would definitely recommend.

The food is good but the menu is not complete. There is no pad Thai or Bahai mi sandwich. I was kinda hoping for something a lil different. The pho has a good broth. But overall I was let down. However the price is not too bad.

Pho was okay not too bad. Noodle size is good. Pho got cold so fast. Didn't get to enjoy. Service is okay could be better. It's gives restaurant vibes but when it's time to pay I saw everyone get up and pay at the register kinda disturbing to wait around. Waiter took a while to come back and check on us. Music was so low you can almost hear everyone's conversation, which makes it uncomfortable. They give a small portion of meat. They only gave us two napkins and server took forever to come back for us to ask for more. My partner said the restroom was icy cold in there. I would also check the chili oil containers daily because I seen something in one. Positive note: the fried egg roles are good. The place looks clean and nice. The servers are nice and sweet. Maybe other food is good, but the pho was okay for my tasting.

The spicy noodle soup was flavorful and a very generous serving! Our server was super attentive.

We decided to give this place a try since so many new pho restaurants are opening up. We went in during the week which wasn't as busy . The place was pretty nice and somewhat clean . They did seem to be short staffed . We sat and waited about 8 mins for our server to get our drink orders . We also placed our food order right after . Our food was brought out before our drinks . Once we received our pho it did lack some flavor and wasn't hot , more like lukewarm . The egg rolls were okay as well nothing special . I would give them credit for their spring rolls though, they were simple yet delicious.

I hope you're hungry.... for NOTHING! I ordered the Vermicelli with shrimp and egg rolls. I was shook when I opened the plate to see only 4 shrimp in my order. 4 teeny tiny shrimps!! The plate itself was $17.00. I was so upset I wasn't even hungry anymore. On top of that, the veggies were browning and did not look fresh or appetizing. I wouldn't recommend trying this place. Priced way too high for the amount, and the quality.

I ordered shrimp spring rolls, a strawberry smoothie and a chicken pho

Interestingly there was only one employee working when we visited and I watched in amazement as she took orders and prepared everything. Our drinks took 25 minutes to complete and we were the first group in line. *Mochi Donut: there were seasonal flavors and the employee was kind enough to explain the different flavors as the names were a bit abstract. I opted for the spring donut which was white chocolate and matcha. The texture was the best I've tried. Perfectly bouncy in the center with a light exterior. It wasn't too oily nor sweet and the glaze was subtle. Despite the description, I couldn't really differentiate the white chocolate and matcha from a standard glaze. *Spring Fruit Tea: described as a passionfruit and rose tea. Disappointedly, neither flavor was prominent. The tea was steeped well but this was missing some brightness. *Creme Brulee: very sweet but fragrant. This was rich and milky with strong notes of burnt cream. However, we got less sugar for this and it was still too sweet. If there was an option to lower the sugar even more, I would opt for that. The milk based drinks tasted better than the fruit ones. If I was in a rush, I would stick to the donuts but drinks were pretty good if you don't mind the wait.

Small local business, so please support LOCAL! Their food was exceptional. The shrimp spring rolls were light but filling and they provide both a peanut sauce (actually can taste the peanut in the sauce (I think they may use peanut butter) and a traditional vinegar fish sauce dip. The wife ordered the vermicelli with sliced pork. It looks like a deconstructed version of a spring roll = soooo good and I got the dry noodle with garlicy fried chicken. The chicken was perfectly fried and crispy while the noodles were lightly seasoned and cooked in a sweet fish sauce. DONT OVER LOOK THIS PLACE! ITS A MUST TRY!!! BTW: the owners are super sweet too! There was an elderly gentleman who was down on his luck, who came inside. He asked two young girls who were dining for money just for drink (100 degree day). The young cashier didn't miss a beat and treated the man with kindness gave him the drink he ordered plus made him a large to-go water and then asked if he had eaten today. He said, "no". Then a short conversation started from the back and the owners fed the man. Me and my wife called the cashier over and told her we'll pay for his food but the owner kindly declined. Before we left we had a nice conversation with the owner and hopefully next time in town my wife can do some return business with a catering order. AGAIN you would rarely see this happen at a chain restaurant so this is why we try support small local businesses...and how we become loyal customers!!!
