This is the first time I went to this location as I didn't had a great experience with their location in Visalia. I had only order the Pho Rare Steak and Vietnamese Ice Coffee and was able to receive those items within 15 mins. The flavor of the pho was delicious, beefy not to mention was piping hot(which was my main complaint from the Visalia location). The only thing that brought it down to 4 Stars was because of the Ice Coffee as it wasn't strong and was too milky for my taste. I can tell it is from a concentrate versus using the phin filter. I've been to this place twice -- first dining in and then taking out. Both times, they weren't too busy. Place looked clean and service was fairly fast. I was surprised by how large the kid's korean bbq rice plate was, which is good because it's a little pricey. Tried ordering it for takeout the second time around and they said it was dine-in only--weird and wish they said it on the menu as I had my niece waiting at home for it. I wanted to love the fish sauce chicken wings but they didn't live up to the expectations. The ribs in the pho 3 rib bone weren't as tender as I wanted, but it was still a good dish. Decided to give this business a try. Wanted some Vietnamese food and drove by here around 5pm on a Sunday. Plenty of seating when we arrived and walked inside. Decided to try their P4. Pho Rare steak & Meatballs and to quenched it down with an ice cold Peach Tea. Tried the broth of the pho and it tasted clean and decent flavor. I added fresh squeeze lemon, chili oil, siricha hot sauce and hoisin sauce to my liking. After adding all those condiments it enhanced the broth flavor. We went to Pho Wynn today for our first visit and I got the pork banh mi sandwich while my wife ordered some pho. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were all dressed well and very presentable. I even used the restroom and it was clean as well which is always nice to see. They have these large screen TVs cycling through videos of the food they serve and man it all looked pretty delicious. My banh mi sandwich was excellent... there was a nice amount of meat in there and all the ingredients came together in a perfect symphony of flavor. The pork was moist tender and extremely flavorful just like it should be. I took a picture of the inside of the sandwich so you can see the ingredients a little bit better. I tried some of my wifes pho and it was really great too. The presentation of the food is nice the service is friendly and this place really takes their time to bring out a wonderful product. Not being well versed (or tasted) in Vietnamese cuisine I'm probably far from being the right person to critique it. I will tell true, though, about a great experience at Pho Wynn in Hanford. After reading great reviews and the restaurant being open more than a month, I decided to give it a whirl. My wife and I went for lunch and immediately upon entering, we were impressed. - both with the modern spacious dining area and the friendly greetings from the staff. After perusing the menus, we decided to go safely into an area of mostly unknown taste by choosing somewhat familiar dishes. We ordered and split a chicken Banh Mi sandwich and a bowl of rare beef steak pho. The sandwich was delicious and made with a nice crusted baguette. The rest of the ingredients seemed to be a bit less than the previous few Banh Mi I had experienced elsewhere. But delicious none the less. The Pho broth was spectacular but the steak left a little to be desired. I believe it was eye of round sliced thinly, but still not tender and devoid of flavor. But the broth took over the total flavor profile and saved the day. The service was impeccable, questions were answered well, and the overall experience was very nice. The prices were a bit high even comparatively speaking to current higher prices everywhere, but a 10% military discount helped alleviate some of that. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves but were a bit disappointed in the food, possibly expecting too much. I like a bit more WOW! for my buck at that level. We probably won't go back, but only because I'd rather eat food I'm more accustomed to and desire. BUT -- don't let that stop you from trying out Pho Wynn. I've been here a couple of times and have been recommended to me by a friend. I definitely get my pho,spring rolls and Thai tea fix from here. I've tried some of their other foods from the people I've came with and it's pretty good as well. Portion sizes are worth the prices. Staff is pretty nice and food came out fairly quick. Update 10-22-2025. This place has really turned around! The flavor of the broth is great! Its almost the same as the one in Visalia, but this one is a little bit better. We will see when the time comes if this broth flavor is consistent or if it gets better. Service as usual is great! They will keep up with your needs! The atmosphere is very clean, the music playing in the background is very calming. It makes you want to just cuddle up and snack on something. We went here for date night after seeing people talk about this place opening up on Nextdoor, and we absolutely love it! It's very clean inside, very fresh. It's a good layout, we were greeted by a very friendly woman who sat us and took our orders, and served by a very friendly man. The Thai tea was exactly who I had hoped for with Thai tea, it hit the spot. I was very satisfied with the freshness and high-quality of my pho, along with the size. Great size for price point. The beef broth is very tasty, it almost has an allspice taste to it, couldn't quite pinpoint it, but it was very good. the spring rolls are large! We were not expecting them to be as large as they were, and they came with a warm sauce to dip them in. 1st time here. We walked in and it was very clean. The seating and decor were pretty. The TVs showed a slide show of pictures of the food. The customer service was excellent. Many may think it's too pricey but we own a restaurant so we understand. The quality and quantity was worth every penny. The pix of the Pho does not do it justice. The bowl was huge. (I took over 1/2 of it home with me.) My husband of course ate all of his. We ordered the Pho Steak $22.99, the Pho Seafood $18.99 and a side of the Vietnamese fish sauce chicken wings (I promise they do not taste like fish) $13.99. My steak had about 8-10oz of meat. The manager came over to ask us how our food was and we talked. She was very friendly and helpful with helping us pick out what we wanted. This was my first time going to this restaurant. The pictures of the food looked amazing. I ordered the rib platter with rice and vegetables that came with soup and a fried sunny side up egg. It was kind of pricey I thought for the amount they gave you. It looked like a lot of food and the ribs did taste amazing however they were mostly all bone. I took a picture before I ate and I took a picture after I was finished so you could see how much of it was actually bone. The vegetables weren't cooked enough for me to eat so I left the majority of the vegetables. The soup was very bland. It was just broth with a little bit of chives mixed in. I added some rice in to try to give it a little substance. The condiments were really dirty. Looks like they don't wipe them down at all. The napkins I was given had some sort of food dripped on them which I also have a picture of posted. The service however was very good. It did take a while before I got my food but once I was served the lady did come by several times to check if everything was okay or if I needed anything. I don't think I would be going back to this restaurant but if you want to try it and see what you think your experience may be different. The staff was very nice I have to admit that. I gave it three stars because of the unkliness and because the ribs were mostly bones the soup had no flavor and my napkins were dirty as well as the condiments. Our usual orders are pho with rare steak, but this time I ordered the Bo Ne, which had marinated beef, pate, fried egg an served with a baguette. Wanted to try this place, heard it was good. It was so disappointing. Started with the dirty torn menus. Then Thai tea tasted kind of spoiled. Then it got worse. I got the rib bone pho ...bad choice rib meat tasted like it was just boiled with no seasoning. The other meat that came with it also tasted spoiled and had a ...grayish color to it. My husband's pho wasn't good either the noodles seemed to be over cooked fell apart while trying to get it on the fork. Idk what I was expecting but I didn't think it would've been that bad. Went as a first time cause I hear so much about how good this place is but the guy who took our order was so nice, the food was great but they never told us if we had to pay upfront, we waited a few minutes thinking they would bring our check but waiting a few mins the older woman working kept staring thinking we were gonna walk out when we thought we had to wait for the check.
