Establishment was mediocre. Definitely can use a face lift. They have silverware pre-set out at every table which is a no no just bc it gets dirty sitting there as my 3 year old kept trying to grab them as we waited 15 minutes for our to go order. There is no waiting area so just grab a seat and don't play with the silverware lol. Food was good. Got the vermicelli with pork and egg roll, order of vietnamese egg rolls, and orange chicken for the kids. They did not have the steam table or combo items available. Vermicelli was good, but gave too much lettuce versus noodles. Orange chicken and rice portions were small as well compared to the cost but the orange chicken was pretty yum. Vietnamese egg rolls were good too and the fish sauce was not over powering like some dipping sauces. I give it a 4 star and would come back. Just think the portion sizes should equal the cost. The pictures I uploaded look bigger than they actually are. I think anyone who liked vietnamese food should give it a shot. read more

I thought this place was amazingly good. I personally did not go in (my husband picked it up) but he said they were very kind and nice in the store. I got the vegetarian broth vegetable pho and my husband got the well done steak pho. I was blown away at what was brought home. We both ordered a large and there as plenty of food, I thought very reasonably priced. For each soup there was a small container of rice noodles, a bag of toppings (to share) and the veggie came with a container of veggies and the meat one a container of meat. The flavor of the vegetable broth was sooo delicious. I was expecting it to be a little bland, but it was not at all. I kept saying how delicious it was. Getting it to go was perfect because they separated it all so it wouldn't get soggy and I could eat my leftovers the next day and they were just as good. I will definitely come back here!! read more

This was my first time here, so I didn't know what to expect. There were two of us and we shared a "Pho Ga" which was the chicken pho. I felt like it could have been more flavorful, I kept trying to see if I liked any of the sauces on the table, because it seemed bland how it arrived. The chicken was also VERY tough, so much so that my mom refused to eat it. Came in right before dinner time, so we got our food before the evening rush, which was nice, because it got busy while we were eating. May come back, but it isn't at the top of my choice list. read more

I'll start by saying I wasn't disappointed. Went here for chicken pho and vegan pho. The vegan pho was very good. Broth had no oil, lots of flavor and a good amount and variety of veggies. The chicken broth had more oil than I would prefer or am used to seeing, but it had good flavor and the chicken wasn't chewy or tough. Slight bummer that I couldn't consider the chicken pho a low-fat meal as-is, but will try chicken with veggie broth next time. All the fixings at the table that you would expect were there and they brought a big plate of sprouts, with basil, lime and jalapenos...always nice cuz we usually run out of sprouts and want more. The service was good; attentive and pleasant. Pricing was about normal, if not slightly higher. Been meaning to come here for a while now since I usually go to Palmdale for pho in the area. Most people around here have heard of this place but not the place on Palmdale Blvd, and it's had a ton of reviews (for the AV) so had to try it out. Still have to go with Palmdale as my favorite out here for pho. But I wouldn't be upset at all about coming here instead. read more

I was super bummed with this place. Ordered pho. It wasn't busy at all and took a while to get our food. They didn't provide the mint herb or the chili oil that I feel is a key ingredient for pho. Still waiting for our drinks, I have a family of 4 and was given two spoons and two napkins. I didn't like the vibe felt like the waiter was trying his hardest to avoid eye contact. Love Pho but not from here. Very bland, not enough broth so I asked for more and was told they had to charge me. The broth was not hot enough compared to everywhere else I've been. Waited 10 minutes after asking for more jalapeños as they gave us 4 slices for two people. Fish sauce on the table instead of soy sauce so that was an unpleasant surprise. They either need more staff or train their employees to be more attentive bc giving an statement of "sorry I'd box it up for you but I need to help the new customers that just walked in" is not good customer service. Our food was brought out and we had to wait for our utensils after asking twice. We're still waiting for our drinks. Owner came out of the kitchen and just sat down. Just had their take out and it was pretty good. I had the large pho with everything and it was delicious. Just wished they gave me more hot sauce and the other sauce. Most of the food is good. Some isn't their specialty. Stick with the pho or B3. The Vietnamese egg rolls and the spring rolls and good too. The only bad thing is the customer service. I don't want to be mean but the servers are so so slow. And you have to ask for things multiple times. It's irritating. Also no AC. Just a fan. So I decided to order take out instead. I've called in, they say 20 min, 40 min later it's still not ready. They're not consistent and it suck because the food isn't bad. Oh and this is on a slow day too. I have like a year of living in palmdale. I found this place & liked it so much i went once a week. It was perfect until one time , my wife finds 3 pubic looking hair in her soup and my plate i find two long hairs. That day, i talked to the waitress about the hairs and she just laughed. The restaurant is in need of some pretty basic renovations that would better the customer experience, considering their food is pretty good! I also think that they need more staff, every time I go there is only one server. You have to ask for your check when you receive your meal to get it when you're done. First time trying PHO after driving pass this spot a hundred times. Finally decided to try it. I am not disappointed. It had good flavor I added the weird sauce I forgot the name and some lime and jalapeños and just toppings I like. Came out amazing and the noodles were really soft but not falling apart soft so it was perfect. I have nothing to compare it too because it is my first time. But I am a really picky eater when it comes to new things and I have strong Hispanic taste buds so the fact that I loved it means a lot to me lol the girl working was really nice and gave me extra milk for my Thai tea (needed a little more sweetness but still good) and limes. There wasn't much on the menu that my kids would like so they stuck to white rice with soy sauce which makes them happy. I recommended this place to a few people and told my husband he has to try it. I do wish they added a bit more beef because it was so soft and good but the bowl itself was a big bowl for it to be the "smaller bowl" couldn't finish it. Price wasn't bad either. Yea. I don't like this place. This place sucks. Food is like no good. Too high price. First time I came was at least good service but bad food. Second time I came here the food is terrible and I have bad service. I'm never coming here again. Update: this place recently changed their menu, raised the price of everything by $2 and took several items off the menu, such as chow mein and orange chicken. read more
