It was extremely busy tonight because it was raining. I felt bad because it was so busy, it seemed like the servers were being pulled every which way. Looked like they were training two new guys and they were just overloaded with customers and not enough staff. Food was great as always, but came out later than it usually does (usually out within 7 minutes) because of all of the people lined out the door. Super bad service! We were told to wait, which we did, however the server was so rude to us. She gave us a small table for 5 people!! We were asking her to add another table but she totally ignored us and started dealing with another customer!!! Once we asked again she walked passing us and saying let me do my job!!!!! The name of this place is so catchy! The interior was cozy and had a good amount of space. The service was good and fast for a Sunday too. It is hard to find a good pho restaurant around the valley, so I'm happy to have discovered here. The meat was not dry at all and tender. Watch out, awesome food ahead! We were craving some Pho and happen to be in the area for an appointment. Stopped by Pho Sure to check it out. Walking the staff happily greets you and quickly provides menus. We all (three of us) ordered a version of the Pho. I chose to go with brisket, as it is normally what I order at other places. The meal was quickly served and simple looked and smelled amazing. The toppings were fresh and if you needed extras, no worries! As others have stated the taste is incredible. The meat was perfectly cooked. As for my lunch companions, empty bowls told the story! Our eyes were a bit bigger than our stomachs, in addition to the Pho we ordered pot stickers (vegetarian) and the shrimp spring rolls. Both tasted wonderful, and we carried away a box, since the Pho completely filled us up. Amazing banh mi. Instantly fell in love with the first bite. The bread was perfect, the flavor of the meat great and tender. Can't wait to try the pho next. My family and I went here on a whim, on a Saturday early evening. We got in right away as we were there just before dinner rush. I wasn't really expecting much as I was not craving for anything specific. I was pleasantly surprised at how good their pho was. I got Pho Dac Biet (P1) which is something that is pretty typical for me to get at other Vietnamese restaurants. The broth was just right. It wasn't overly sweet or oily. It also wasn't too light where it looses the taste once you start using siracha or hoisin sauce. We also got Com Suon anong (C2) which is grilled pork chop and rice. The marinade was really tasty and the way they cooked it left the pork tender with a little bit of smokiness. One thing to note was that in comparison to other restaurants, the pork was on the thinner cut than what I usually see. The restroom was clean and the foot traffic was consistent. The servers were easy to call and they're pretty quick and attentive if you need something. Overall I recommend this place. read more

Their Fried Spring Rolls and Fried Dumpling makes great starters but their Goi Cuon was wrapped a bit too loose and fell apart when you bite into it. Their Beef Stew was hearty and filling, and same can be said for their Pho. The Pork Chop over rice was flavorful, but their chicken egg noodle soup was too sweet for our taste. I ordered beef brisket pho to go. When I got home and opened the package, I found broth in one plastic container, noodles and brisket meat in another and a ziplock bag with raw meat ‍. I had to pan fry the raw meat because the broth wasn't warm enough to cook the meat. I started to eat the pho which tasted pretty good. After I finished all the brisket, I started to pull weird long chunks of thin fat meat out of the container that were intertwined with the noodles. It wasn't really possible to separate these tendons(?) from the noodles so I had to leave 2/3 of the soup unfinished and pour it down the toilet. Fat on meat grosses me out because of the taste and texture. The soup was $20.-!!! I basically got a broth with a few shavings of brisket, noodles and heck of a lot of tendons or whatever that gross stuff was. Two stars for the taste of broth and initial brisket. read more

Excellent pho Vietnamese place. They have a sauce that is amazing if ordering vermicelli. I got the combination plate that included beef, egg roll and shrimp with sprouts and other delicious vermicelli and parsley toppings. The customer service is excellent. I ordered and the woman or man that gave me the order was very nice.( I could not tell the gender of the person as I picked up my food). The food was spot on once I put the sauce on the plate. The price was average about 15 dollars and then I ordered spring rolls, very basic Vietnamese food but pho sure does it right. The parking outside is on the street and in the middle of nowhere in Santa Clarita. The food was done fast as well. The other items that were also good are the pho soups but I don't order them because it has a lot of sodium inside. I only tried a little bit of someone else's. My boyfriend and I love coming here because the food is immaculate but the waitresses are always kinda snarky and rude. Today I came in after a cold and rainy day craving some warm fuzzy pho.
