I have been on the search for a new pho place for a while and this place was recommended to me by a friend. I have been about three or four times now, one important thing to know is this place is ALWAYS busy. But for a good reason. That being said, expect a full parking lot. The place is pretty big with indoor and outdoor seating. My tables have always been set up within five minutes so I get to sit down very quickly. The servers will bring you water and will ask you for your order almost immediately. What I really enjoy about this pho place is that the menu includes plenty of variations with the meats they offer. I usually get combination pho but I don't particularly enjoy the meatballs. At Pho Tasty, they have a bowl that's everything except the meatballs which I really appreciate. The food comes out about ten minutes after placing the order. The broth for the pho is delicious, tastes clean and not too greasy. The prices are great considering the portion sizes you are offered, you can choose between a regular and a large. The meat is good quality and the noodles are fresh. This review is solely off of one employees rude behavior and comment tonight. I've been going to this establishment for over 21 years and NEVER had an issue with any employee(s). Took my family there tonight and drinks came out after appetizers so of course one would naturally be thirsty. I drank all my water and as the food was brought out we asked if we could get some more water. This is when this poor excuse of a human came over and decided to scold me by saying, "Why didn't you say you wanted water when I came around?" I was shocked and thought it was a joke, but clearly was not. Over FREE WATER! And everyone knows I never drink water when I go to establishments. This definitely set me off and he tried coming around to apologize and I did not want to hear it because it's not funny nor is that service that belongs in a food service business. Then was told that he had been in trouble before for rude behavior before. If you don't want to work, please do everyone a favor and stay home, quit or get fired. Absolutely unacceptable. To be honest, this is the best in town. I have never found anywhere better than this. I have tried Pho in different states and countries, this is my favorite. They speak perfect English and service is fast and generous in giving extra basil, chili or bean sprouts. You gotta try this one out! I have also discovered, they precook the noodles and stack up the bowls with noodles for quicker serving. Sometimes, the noodles get dried up and in a strange shape, when they serve, the noodles do not spread open and it cools down the soup.
