Pho menu as of November 2024
David Y.

My friend suggested this spot for our Friday lunch. There was no wait when we walked in and was seated promptly. The place filled up quick as we were eating tho. I ended up getting the pho today ($17.95) which comes with filet mignon, oxtail and meatballs and it was very good and filling. The broth was tasty as well. Overall I had a good meal and experience and I would recommend this place if you are in the mood for pho. I will be back for the banh mi sandwiches! * Parking on premise * Fast service

This is the best pho I've ever had. I tried the pho from a restaurant in manhattan a few days ago and it doesn't compare. I also love the fried shrimp and pork spring rolls and egg quiche (egg, mushrooms, pork, noodles: so delicious!)

C7 chicken!

I had to take a moment to remember the name of this place; my friends and I call it "World's Best Chicken", and that's not that much of an elaboration. The C7 chicken is INCREDIBLE. Put the fish sauce on the rice and salad and you got yourself a good time ahead. Service is fine. Nothing to write home about Ambiance is alright too. Not the main appeal, but you're not here for anything other than the food. Get. The. C7! The Vietnamese Iced coffee is very good as well. The phi is also very good, but the chicken is something else man.

Pho Today is my go-to spot for pho in Fort Lee. The appetizers taste fresh and come out quickly. Highly recommend the grilled pork roll. I like that their pho broth has a deep flavor. There is a ton of seating inside and the servers are always very nice.

Wing appetizer with tamarind sauce

Short wait time as they were busy on a Sunday. Staff mixed of friendly and pushy. One waitress literally watched over my shoulder 2 mins after giving me the menu. My Filet Mignon Pho broth was super tasty and came out before my wing appetizer which had an amazing tamarind sauce that was super delicious and crunchy like I prefer my wings. The Thai Tea was good. Service 3 stars, Food 5 overall 4 stars. Price decent. May be back if I'm ever in Fort Lee again.

Short Rib Pho

This has quickly become my go-to spot for pho whenever I'm in the area. The Short Rib Pho by far contains the most meat I've ever seen come in a single order of food, period. They also bring out the huge bone as proof to where all of the meat came from. However, the pho itself is not the star of the show, rather it's the bahn mi! In my opinion, it's probably the best bahn mi in the area, which comes out extra warm, toasty and delectable. I would definitely recommend dining in over ordering to-go to maximize the freshness and taste. Service is always speedy as usual in a no-frills atmosphere. Looking forward to many more meals to come!

Bunh B7. Bun Bo Hue or Pho, who knows
Joshua C.

Been here around three times now, my experience has decreased significantly each additional time, with the final one being the nail in the coffin. Came here to eat with a friend and the place was disgusting. Flies all over our table/food area, couldn't get any photos of the flies as they were too fast. I got a visit by a cockroach however, killed it as it ran near my table, absolutely disgusting. If there are flies and roaches near us, who knows what the kitchen looks like. I got the Bunh Bo Hue expecting to get a nice spicy broth. My soup looked like a pho, very difficult to differentiate the pho broth from this Bunh Bo Hue. Photos attached to see the menu photo and my broth. Service was fine. Would not suggest or come back.

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to take our time while decided on what to eat. We decided to share the garlic parsley fries and chicken fried rice. Firstly, I was unaware how huge the bowl of fries would be (no complaints here) and they were fresh and crispy! The fried rice was light in flavor, delicious and came with a side salad. My friend and I each got a bowl of pho for ourselves. I had the ribeye pho and she had the dumpling pho. Both phos were packed with flavor and rich. When looking for pho we both love a dark, well seasoned pho and that is exactly what Pho Che has. The noodles were thin and soft. The meat was tender and fresh. The meatballs had a wonderful flavor. The dumpling pho was so packed with dumplings you could get full just from that! The atmosphere is simple and comfy. Nothing too crazy in terms of aesthetic but this place is for good Vietnamese soul food. A clean restaurant with a homey vibe is enough for me. Very welcoming. If it's your first time or your 100th time, add Pho Che to your list of places to try. I plan on going back soon to try my very first Bahn Mi!

We got the summer rolls, spicy pho, and combo pho. The summer rolls has a lot more lettuce than usual, but were pretty good. The combo pho had a lot of meat. I got the large bowl, and their were plenty of noodles. I enjoyed that the noodles had good texture, they did not break easily when i picked em up with chopsticks. The spicy pho was basically the same, but with added chili oil. You're probably better off ordering the regular pho and adding the chili sauce at the table so you can control the spice level. Service was quick and efficient, i would definitely return.

They are really generous with the meats and it was a super filling meal for the price! The staff was really sweet and it looks like a small family run business and inside they can only really fit 12 people or so! I noticed as I was eating there, the takeout orders were nonstop so they must have a loyal following! We got the beef & brisket pho which had a nice broth - slightly sweet but with all the veggies and sauces put in, I was able to get the taste I was looking for. We also got the spring rolls which were fried perfectly! I absolutely love a good crunch when I wrap the spring rolls in the lettuce! Definitely swing by or order to-go from this spot!

The broth was flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, and the portions were satisfying. With several Vietnamese restaurants in the area, this one stood out to me as being the most traditional in flavor. I appreciated the aromatic broth and the classic spices that gave it a more authentic taste. If you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills bowl of pho, this place delivers. My only disappointment is that the menu is very limited and centered almost entirely around pho. It would be great to see a few additional Vietnamese dishes offered. That said, if you're coming specifically for pho, you'll likely leave happy. The food was comforting, the atmosphere was simple and welcoming, and I'd definitely return when I'm craving a good bowl of pho.

I ordered the Char Siu Ramen combo, choosing the spicy miso option. You get a lot of food! First up, a warm and flavorful spicy ramen bowl (the broth was delicious). Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is a well-known ramen spot that focuses on traditional Hokkaido-style ramen…read moreand is located inside Mitsuwa Marketplace. We walked up to a simple setup where you order at the counter, receive a buzzer, and pick up your bowl when it is ready. The setting is different from a typical ramen restaurant since it operates in a food court environment, but the quality of the ramen makes it stand out. Seating is shared with the rest of Mitsuwa, and it can get crowded quickly, especially around peak meal times, so going earlier helps because the lines can build up and finding a table may take longer than expected. The ramen is the main reason to visit. The broth is rich, flavorful, and has the deeper taste that you expect from a good Japanese ramen shop. The miso ramen has a strong savory base without being overwhelming, while the shio ramen offers a lighter but still satisfying flavor. The toroniku ramen is another highlight because the pork is tender and adds a lot of richness to the bowl. The noodles and toppings are solid, though the experience can vary depending on the dish. The chashu and pork toppings are some of the stronger parts, with a good balance of texture and flavor. We appreciated that the bowls feel hearty and filling rather than just being focused on broth alone. The pricing is a little higher compared to some ramen spots, especially considering the food court setting, but the quality makes it easier to justify. It feels like a convenient way to get a more authentic ramen experience without needing to go into the city. Service is straightforward and efficient, with the staff handling the steady flow of orders without delays. Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is one of the stronger food court ramen options around the area. The rich broth, quality toppings, and consistent flavors make it worth stopping by, especially if you are already visiting Mitsuwa. Just plan around the crowds because it can get busy.
