Absolutely the WORST pho place I've ever been. Half of the menu was crossed out. First, I ordered a spring roll appetizer and told them to substitute the hoisin sauce with fish sauce. When I got my appetizer they still gave me hoisin sauce.After I asked for fish sauce they did not know what I was talking about. I also ordered 1 medium combination, 1 large combination added with meatballs, and 1 Pho with round eye beef. They did not mess up the pho with the round eye beef, but messed up the large combination order with meatballs. The bowl was not a large combination. It was a large pho with only meatballs. They even forgot my medium combination after telling the waiters 2 times. The pho was bland and had no flavor whatsoever. NEVER again am I coming to this spot. read more

My boyfriend knew I was craving pho and I just remembered this spot. We were seated pretty quickly. Food came out at a reasonable time. Broth of the pho was good. I ordered a medium but they accidentally gave me a large(but still charged me for a medium of course), but who am I to complain? The more food, the better. The only downfall about this place would be the service. Not only for us, but everyone in the restaurant. We observed everything. Customers weren't acknowledged. I've witnessed at least 3 tables get up and leave because of the lack of attention. As for price, I normally don't pay $10 for a medium pho. However, the portion is big. They also gave a fair amount of noodles, but less meat. The ratio of noodles and meat was 5:1. My boyfriend also ordered a side of meatballs and it was $4....Would I return here? If I was desperate for pho, yes. But I could honestly have better. read more

If you think you have had the best Pho ever, you have not been to Pho Town. We travel often and our tradition is checking out all the Pho places along the way. This was the BEST we have had. Service was spectacular, staff was so friendly and food was amazing. Found them on yelp due to location near the Interstate. Pho Town has only been open 4 months but I suspect they will be around for quite some time. We will def be back when we pass this way again! read more

I recently went here and although the restaurant is small, it's really cozy and cute. The water comes in cute little jars with handles! I ordered the oxtail pho as I've never had this before, and I'm glad I did! The portions were pretty filling as well!! I definitely recommend this place!! read more

I was really excited about a Vietnamese restaurant coming to Henry county since my favorite is II DUA in Jonesboro (Clayton Co.) I have been going to Ms. Tammy's restaurant since it opened - about 8 years ago - so I felt a little guilty trying a new place, like I was cheating on her. Nevertheless I wanted to give this place a try. II DUA is the BOMB, so Pho Town had a lot to live up to. That being sad, it wasn't bad. I had the pork egg rolls and chicken Pho - my regular order. Everything was good. The chicken was particularly tasty. It tasted like rotisserie chicken, and the flavor came through in the broth. They didn't have my usual chili paste, but chili sauce was on the table along with sriracha, hoisin sauce and fish sauce. The only thing bad was the service. I was seated at the bar after waiting for a while simply because there were no clean tables. They did clean one after I asked, but didn't hesitate to seat a gentleman who arrived after me at a table. He was also served before me. I asked for napkins several times and no ever came. I ended up taking some off of a nearby table. Not sure what THAT was about... Anyway, overall the food was good and I will be back for pho again when I don't feel like driving out to Jonesboro! read more

Had some fantastic vegan pho here today. I saw reviews about them being slow to serve but it was packed when I was there and I got my food quick. Also the price for the amount you get is great. It's not often McDonough gets a restaurant I'm particularly stoked to eat at but I will be visiting this place frequently. read more

This place is great. The Pho is authentic and top notch. Many Vietnamese restaurants go too heavy on the star anise and the beef flavor is lost. Their broth is very flavorful and has a nice balanced quality. The restaurant is very clean and the wait staff is attentive and friendly. The owner is extremely nice and cares a great deal about the community. I hope more people will try this great noodle spot it is truly a diamond in the rough. read more

Their portions are SO small compared to another place I go to but even though the portions are small, they charge more? Weird. I ordered a simple Beef Pho and there was tripe in it. The broth for their Pho is sort of bland. They use too much MSG. Their hoisin sauce is sour to the point that it tastes old or something. I went here once and I will not come here again.
