The best pho place in the I.E. Their broth is very flavorful and not bland like chicken broth like other places use. Their broth temperature is superb because it stays hot through the entire meal. They serve all kinds of dishes most other vietnamese places don't. They serve chow mein, fried rice, other rice dishes, even Banh Mi the vietnamese sandwich. Better than a lot of Lee's sandwiches that I've been to. I def. recommend. Prices are very reasonable for the portion. Atmosphere is very good for having a quick dinner. I love Pho and I think this is the only one in Eastvale. I figured I'd give this place a chance since its literally across the street from my house. There's a nice crowd so I figured it has to be pretty good and crowded for a Monday night. The guy ask if I'm picking up or placing an order to go??? Ummm there's people here but there are 6 tables open and 2 need to be cleaned but since you asked, I'll take my food to go. I'm perusing the menu and another woman walks up and says she needs a table for eight (8). That's cool, except there wasn't an "excuse me" from her and the guy and girl who worked here said nothing, except give me a minute and I'll clean off a table. Enter another woman who proceeds to order a strawberry smoothie; again standing behind me in line and clearly the 2 workers are just that obtuse. She leaves because they dont have any smoothies. I'm still standing and the same guy that offered for me to place my order to go ask if I've placed my order. That would be a NO! I ordered three items and to his chagrin gave him $100.04 for an order that was $24.19. He was clueless as to why I gave him 4-cents and had an attitude that I stated my change is $75.85. I dont expect perfect service but I do expect some modicum of service and this place has none of it. One and done! read more

Our experience was just ok. Family of 4 shared 2 large orders: Pho Tai (rare steak) & Pho Tai Chin (rare steak, & brisket). Drinks: 2 Thai iced tea no boba & 1 strawberry slush with boba. Also ordered 1 beef banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich). The pho is pretty pricey & the broth was a little salty. The brisket tasted old. The banh mi missed something but it wasn't bad. Service was fine. I'd been here for several times now and I can tell you that the food is alright but the service is what get me mad... The staffs here are like trees, they're so lazy and don't look very happy. The last time i was here, I had the bunh thit nuong and the noddle was extremely dry and hard, it was like eating uncooked noddles! I usually never write reviews however, the poor customer service has led me to write my first one. I have been to this place of business several times. In any industry customer service is crucial. Customer service here completely lacks. On my last 3 visits my orders have been incorrect. During my most recent visit I notified the waitress that my order was incorrect. The waiter giggled and stated "what do you want me to do, change it out now?" I told her yes since it was not the correct order. She hesitated and said she could not. Most of the workers appear to have lack of any type of training. To be fair the food is usually great but customer service goes a long way for me. If I didn't order something don't expect me to be ok with It. Looks like I'll be returning to Pho Island about 7 minutes NW. read more

Best Pho in town! This is the only place I'll come to satisfy my Pho craving. I have gone here countless times and I never once was disappointed with the food.
