The restaurant wasn't very busy when I ate here, and no reservation was needed. The restaurant looked clean, new, and has a sleek, modern look. They have an open kitchen design, and you can see them making noodles from scratch in the back! If you're looking for a noodle-focused restaurant for a good value, Noodle St is a great chain. They've been expanding, and it makes a lot of sense why.

Their bossam is good, but comes out lukewarm and a bit underwhelming. Their salad though is super delicious, whatever vinagrette they use I wish I could have on hand all the time! Two tofu combos with their most expensive options rang out to around $75 with no drinks, which is definitely on the pricier side. We had leftovers, but this isn't a regular meal that you can go out for often. I'll continue to keep this spot close for when I'm craving tofu soup and purple rice nearby.

My recent visit to Pho Viet was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time. I came in expecting an authentic, comforting bowl of pho, but what I received was far from appetizing. Upon being served, I was shocked to find a strand of hair in my food. Finding something like that in a meal instantly ruins the experience and raises serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene standards. Even more concerning, I could see the chefs preparing food with their bare hands. There were no gloves being used, and it didn't appear that they were washing their hands between tasks. Cleanliness should always be a top priority in any kitchen, and it was clear that Pho Viet was not meeting that basic expectation. The drinks were equally disappointing. I ordered one of their summer specials, and the milk based drink tasted off, almost as if the milk had spoiled or was of poor quality. For a restaurant that advertises fresh and flavorful beverages, this was a major letdown. Overall, this visit made me lose confidence in both the food quality and safety of Pho Viet. What should have been a simple and enjoyable meal turned into an unpleasant experience that I wouldn't wish on any diner. Unless major improvements are made to both hygiene practices and ingredient quality, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant to others. read more

This is a new spot that my friends told me about. I always like to try new places and usually I enjoy it. But this place was just plain horrible. First of all, the service was VERY bad. I am usually patient when waiting for my food, but this time it was unacceptable. I was waiting for so long, and I did not get one word from the employees letting me know what is going on or apologizing for making me wait so long. Eventually I just asked about my order and then waited for about 15 minutes more before my order finally came out. By this time I was starving and I just wanted to eat, So I taste the broth and it was bland and pretty much tasteless. My brother tasted it and agreed with me also. The quality of the food was not satisfying at all. As hungry as I was I didn't even finish it because it was so bad. Neither did my brother and he eats anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's a waste of money and time. I'm going to stick with Pho Amor in Norco. I suggest that you guys skip this place and go straight to Pho Amor where everything from the food to the service to the atmosphere is just way better. read more

I just found my new go-to pho spot! Their food is SO good! The pho came out piping hot, and they definitely didn't skimp on the meat. These days, it's hard to find an $18 bowl of pho that's actually worth the price, but this place totally is. Their chili oil was amazing too super flavorful with lots of spices. I ordered over the phone, the guy didn't even ask for my name so I got nervous not sure if my order will actually be ready when I pick it up. The nastiest thing thing happened to me here that I just had to make a yelp account so I can let everyone know. So basically I saw a waiter sneeze in his hand and dig for a little bit of gold. Secondly, it tasted really good. I ordered the vegetarian rice noodles. My only regret is that I didn't tell them I wanted the big flat noodles, so they defaulted to the skinny spaghetti-like ones. Now I know that even if they don't ask, tell them what I'd prefer anyway. Lastly, the portions are big enough to bring leftovers home which is a big deal for me since eating out can be expensive. If I'm paying that much, being able to get a second meal out of it is much appreciated. Parking wasn't an issue. I immediately found one right in front of the restaurant. As for the restaurant itself, it's modern and clean. Beware that if you end up sitting facing the windows like I did, I was blinded by the sun shining off a car window, so I had to scoot all the way inside the booth. It's because the door is made of glass and unlike the other windows it doesn't have signs to block glare. When I was about to leave, I told them there was no more toilet paper in the restroom and they went out of their way to stop what they were doing to get more for me. Apparently, the cabinet inside the restroom was empty, so one of the employees had to call another employee for help and they found more in another cabinet outside the restroom. It's hard to find restaurants that do it but I was happy to find this place. I also got their coconut water and a taro smoothie to try for myself and chicken fried rice for my family to try. The staff is nice and the place is clean.

The honest answer lay in ordering the most likely choices we get: #6 beef belly pho #44 vermicelli with grilled pork, shrimp, eggroll The pho arrived almost instantaneously. A giant bowl, and apparently the only size they offer for #6. Mindblowing. It came loaded with a cluster of thinly cut, well marbled slices of beef that still showed some signs of pinkness, one of the keys to this beautiful dish. The broth, richly flavored, was a winner. The traditional condiments, delivered separately on a small plate: fresh basil leaves, bean sprouts, slices of jalapeño pepper slices. One taste and I was hooked. And it wasn't even my order, so I had to back off. Sitting on the table, bottles of soy sauce, siracha (the good kind), and hoisin to enhance an already perfectly wonderful soup broth. One of the better ones I've had. My (usually my favorite) dish, #44, was the rice vermicelli noodle salad, with bbq pork, shrimp, and 1 eggroll. The dish includes a nice portion bbq pork, chopped romaine lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, fresh basil, pickled carrot and radish, and chopped peanuts. I also made a special request for mint leaves, which were promptly delivered. And finally, the sweet, citrusy fish sauce dip, Nước Mắm/Chấm. Visually, it looked beautiful. Unfortunately, it failed me. The bbq pork in this entree did not meet my expectations. Too thinly sliced, lean, and overcooked, the meat was missing the taste of the fire-grilled, caramelized glaze I adore. The 3 shrimp were smallish and close to being overcooked. Nor did the eggroll impress. It was heavy of wrapper, very little filling, tough. I would not return for any of these items. The dipping sauce was also too sweet, so I had to tone it down with more fish sauce and lime juice. I was fascinated at the number of customers they had, especially of Vietnamese decent. A good sign. I spied at the table next to ours, two young men who did some special amendments to their basic pho order. First, they made themselves a dip, half siracha, half hoisin in a small cup. That, they explained, was to dip the meat in. Secondly, they each had two side dishes, a small plate of pickled white onions to which they added siracha. Imagine, sweet, tangy, spicy, and pungent in one bite. And a small condiment cup of clear, melted, yellow beef tallow (the product coming from the beef bones having been boiled for the broth) served with 2" long, white tips of green onions. These they ate with their soup as condiments. New to me, I find myself eager to experience these additions. To their credit, the restaurant is tastefully decorated, the ambiance mellow with gentle jazz playing in the background, steller service, and the prices very reasonable. Very pleasant. Bottom line, I would return for the pho and great dining experience.

He was really friendly and giving a welcoming vibe. The pricing can seem high, but when you consider the time, quality of ingredients, and the artistry that goes into these buns/ dumplings, i think they are worth it.
