Considering that it was the only pho spot in the area, I was grateful to find it after a long night for my friend's wedding. However, comparing it to other Pho restaurants in my area, it was below average in taste and a little overpriced. The service was OK at best. It was great. Thai tea was good. I moved out of Delaware 7 years ago, I'm here visiting family. Back then there was very few options for Asian food and no pho place in Middletown at all. I would definitely come back. They pack it well when you get it as take out. The staff was friendly. The meat is good quality. read more

This is by far the worst Pho I've ever had. No taste, no seasoning. Cheap ingredients, the sausage is definitely from Lidle. The fried ride was disgusting, over cooked, no seasoning whatsoever. I could taste the plastic container more than the actual rice. Disgusting all around, I threw everything away after the first bite. read more

The tea cup had stains and FOOD inside it. The tea pot was chipped and dirty. There were soy sauce stains and dried food caked to the wall at our table. We should have left after seeing this, but we stayed. The wings were good but too breaded and there was almost no meat in the pork fried rice. The broth to the pho was delicious. Best non-home cooked Pho I have had in recent memory. Place is clean, fast, and polite. Loved it. Great atmosphere and decor.

We had Pho and the Beef rice plate. Pho: lacking in flavor, too sweet, and got minimal portion of the tendon, beef brisket, and tripe. Not sure if they ran out.... The pho here is one of the best I've ever had. The large portion has a health portion do soup, noodles and meat. The meat was great as it's tender and juicy my and your can tell they used an amazing cut of beef and tenderized it really well. The soup is sweet and salty, just how I like it. I've been around the East coast having pho from the hot spots in philly to jersey to New York and I've tried a lot. This has to be in my top 5. I love the broth. If you're in Delaware and don't want to make the drive to philly, this outshines any around the area. read more

Had to drive to Middletown for a quick errand and seen this pho restaurant and decided to try it since I had never been and we were so hungry. The atmosphere is very up to date and fresh. We ordered coke but they serve Pepsi products so we opted for water. As an appetizer my husband choose Crab Rangoon, it was lacking the crab in the Rangoon. The cheese in it tasted off to me there was a tiny bit of imitation crab meat in some of them. I passed after 3 bites of one. For dinner I order a large Pho Tai which is my go to! My husband ordered marinated sesame beef with white rice and an egg. The large pho is a massive bowl of pho, I am comparing to my favorite pho restaurant in Delaware (VPho) the broth was not as flavorful as it came. I added my normal additions and it had a strong sweet taste. It was not my preference, then the meat tasted freezer brunt you could taste the difference each piece I did have a piece or two that tasted fresh and tender. My husband was not happy with his meal he didn't specify on why besides the flavor was bland. I think this is a hard pass for us in the future just not our choice on the flavor spectrum. The food here isn't good. I'm from NYC and there is nothing that tastes authentic at this place and the original restaurant in Dover. Pho is bland and the pork chop is way too thick and doesn't have the classic flavor of grilled pork. I bet all the good reviews are from the people who have never left Delaware and wanted to try "exotic" food. read more

Stopped in on a cold rainy night for dinner. Had the Flank Steak and Chicken Pho - both were nothing short of fantastic. Broth was hearty, fresh, rich, and layered with flavor. The optional Thai basil topping and chili oil were the perfect finishings to a delectable meal. Next time we are passing thru we will definitely be stopping in again. read more

Pho Viet has delicious pho! I come here with my family at least every few weeks. We always get the combination pho because of the variety of meats and tasty broth. This is one of the few places I've been to that don't skimp out on the tendon, which is also tender! The large bowl is always big enough for me to take leftovers home (the staff is always nice when I ask for containers so that I can separate the broth from the noodles). read more

Obviously the best Vietnamese in Mtown cuz it's the ONLY Vietnamese Restaurant in town! Lol. Anyhow this place was amazing when I used to get it in Dover and the family doesn't disappoint with the business here in Middletown! The servings are plenty and the quality of ingredients are top notch, always vibrant and flavorful! Pho broth is deep and rich flavored all the way through. IMO it's not even a comparison with the more bland Pho in Bear (NhuVu). In addition, the teas and bubble drinks rock and are as tasty as anything coming out of Newark or Philly! Called in my order. Went to pick it up and was told that we needed cash because their credit card machine was broken. I opted to cancel the order. By the time I got back from the ATM the food would have been cold. Not good service. A phone call before I came to pick the food up would have sufficed. read more

The food was mediocre. Ordered take out - crispy spring rolls, marinated pork with rice, chicken with lemon grass with rice, vegetarian pho and fried rice. The spring rolls were fine but they did not use the Vietnamese egg roll wrapper and it was loaded with meat rather than meat and glass noodles. In addition, they did not have the vegetables and the sauce to wrap the egg rolls with when eaten. The marinated pork with rice was seasoned well but was greasy and not enough pork was given. The chicken with lemon grass was blah. The chicken was dry and no lemon taste at all. The vegetarian pho soup base was ok. There were only three square slices of tofu. The fried rice was VERY GREASY. Not worth eating. I should have paid attention to the number of reviews. Will NOT recommend. read more

The food taste good, still not as good as vpho... but the serving of beef balls in my beef ball pho was about 3 cut in half when I went a few days ago. 50 dollars for 2 porkchop meals with rice, beef ball pho with a few beef balls and the spring rolls... to expensive to go anymore. read more
