The owner came out and showed us how to wrap the egg roll in lettuce, put a little Vietnamese chili sauce with this amazing sauce on it and omg. The flavors were so fresh and delicious! The only Authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Visalia. Everything I've ordered was delicious- pho, bahn mi, spring rolls, egg rolls, and Vietnamese coffee are on point. Even the banh mi bread was authentic. If you want to try ethnic food, besides the pho I recommend ordering the traditional Vietnamese banh mi. So good and filling. Quick and good service. I don't have to travel to Fresno anymore for my Vietnamese cuisine that's for sure. read more

This new restaurant has been incredibly popular! I was so excited to try it. Three of us went last week and ordered a variety of things. That included rare beef, pho, and grilled pork vermicelli noodle salad. The pork and the vermicelli noodle salad was amazing. However, the pho left a lot to be desired. It wasn't gross, it just wasn't that good. It definitely needed a lot of doctoring up with Sriracha and hoisin sauce, etc.. The service left a lot to be desired to. They were very busy and that maybe had something to do with it. But no one there seemed to really be in a good mood. The restaurant was very beautiful and clean. read more

Sad to say but I find the pricing to be rather high for lower quality Vietnamese food. $18 for a large beef pho with only 5 pieces of thinly sliced beef and watered down broth feels overpriced. I've lived in San Jose, Sacramento, LA, and San Diego- never have had a pho bowl over the price of $13. We also got the pork banh mi. There is no marinade to the pork and mainly just taste like grilled char. The daikon and carrot is bland and lacking the pickled flavor. Honestly wouldn't mind paying more if the quality was better being that there are not many Vietnamese options in central California. Overvalued and under delivered. read more

Very disappointed. Their food is delicious, don't get me wrong. But the service we received today was appalling and inexcusable. We placed an online order for pick-up. We received a text message saying the order was confirmed and that it'd be ready in 20 minutes. My husband ended up waiting an hour for our order. The man at the counter told my husband that he doesn't see our order or the name it was placed under. My husband had called me to double check the name and order I placed. I sent him all the order information. My husband asked the man at the counter again and his first response "I don't see that order." My husband saw the orders listed on the tablet and immediately saw our order and pointed it out. It wasn't started and the response from the man was "Next time order over the phone." While he was waiting for our order multiple parties came in, ate, and left. The most upsetting and disappointing part was that when my husband was given the order, no apology whatsoever! The man tried to blame us for the mishap because we used to the online ordering system that they promote and use! I've placed multiple orders in the past with absolutely no issues. If you prefer telephone orders, get rid of the other option then. I'm so sad, yet furious because of today's service and lack of integrity from the man at the counter. Honestly, we know mistakes happen and a simple apology would've sufficed. But to blame the customer for your mistake and undersight, that's not acceptable in any service. read more

Pho wasn't anything special, overpriced. Theyre taking advantage over a certain demographic, they only allow large as take out with tax 1 bowl is over $17. I could get a way better bowl of pho for better price by the oval. They allow regular size bowls for take out they are more fair and human about their pricing at $11 and $13 a bowl. Best Pho in Visalia. I did some plumbing work for them and the kitchen was clean. They also make their beef pho broth from beef bone & chicken pho from chicken bone. The owner was very rude to us. He gave me the wrong order then gave me attitude about it not being right. After he yelled at our waitress who was very sweet. And he watched our table the entire time. No one else was being watched. My friend had a seafood allergy. So the waitress put a note on the tab. The owner still tried to offer her seafood spring roll saying "that's all they have".
