We got the pho pretty quick it was luke warm really I was hoping for hot for this cold night. Also the broth lacked a lot of beefy flavors and no star anise flavor at all. Maybe it was because we were 40 minutes before they close but we had much better broth before. Tasted watered down the broth didn't have much flavor I had to put a lot of fish sauce and chili oil. The banh mi was pretty good with a crispy baguette and pickles tasted good. I didn't really like the tv on watching CNN. Politics made the ambiance very tacky! Trying to enjoy the pleasure of eating out with politics?! I don't know why these people put on politics??? It wasn't pleasurable very tacky should've gotten it to go!!! The pho is good but I feel it's overpriced. Mt wife got the pho and I tried their chicken sandwich. The sandwich was very small for the price and taste was just okay. I recommend bringing your own drink as I was charged $5 for one can of soda. Could have got me a 64oz cheaper at the store across the street. One of my most favorite places to go! Maybe it's economy that's getting to them (like all the other businesses) or they got a new chef? But my last 3 times (I always get the same plate) they all haven't been good :( First time out of the last three, it was almost end of day so the grilled pork tasted like old meat. The second time out of the three, the pork had less flavor. And finally the last experience three out of three, the pork was still the same, no flavor. The Thai tea is my favorite! I would go back just to get a Thai tea to go. The sandwich my husband enjoyed, it was the pork belly one. My issue is that I don't like mayo in general so it was all I could taste, my husband removed mayo off a piece and the pickled carrots and other toppings were refreshing and good flavor. I just need to go back and try it with no mayo for my own taste buds. My husband also got the beef Pho and he said it was good but not the best in Visalia. He added things like hoisin sauce and soy sauce which he normally don't add when the broth is flavorful on its own. I always get the grilled pork chops with a side of broth, oh so onolicious. I went there right after mass this past Sunday. Trinh was very nice and has a great smile. Tried their Pho today and it was very good! We had their house special pho and seafood pho and both were great! Inside the restaurant was very clean and spacious. Customer service was excellent! I dont remember the last time we received such great service. We had a baby and they accommodated our party with a booth so we could be more comfortable. Not baby friendly place. Too cramp inside. I asked for a booth by the wall so I can trap my kids inside. They wouldn't give me a high chair for my baby because the table they sat us in, the aisle was too narrow. I had to hold my baby on my lap and eat with one hand. Should have let us sit in the handicap table so it would fit high chair. They wouldn't let us pick our table. Bad service. read more

The beef was a little dry however the vegetables all tasted fresh and overall it was a soothing and satisfying bowl of noodles. If I am in the area again and craving pho, I will come back! Got shrimp and green onion only in the pho besides the regular garnish. Asked waitress what happened. She said the vegetable pho with shrimp is with green and white onion, celantro and shrimp only. Showed her I got green onion and shrimp. She shrugged and walked away. Didn't even offer to get white onion and cilantro added in. When he made me move cause he said my small table didn't fit pho. So I received my boyfriend's rice and place chicken wings but we paid for those items and left. This place has been my go to place for months now. I have yet to do a review I have no idea why honestly. I have dined out but mostly order take-out. My go to is the chicken pho. The broth is pretty decent but the chicken and toppings are always fresh. It's a little on the pricey side for pho but they have other amazing dishes. The spring egg rolls are pretty good but their fried egg rolls are so good! I had the bowl with the beef and shrimp. So good. Service for dine ambience is always great!
