The broth could have used more lemongrass and less msg. Our pho had great eye round steak, fatty brisket, and full bodied flank. The broth could use more aromatic spices and less msg. Dying of hunger and craving pho. I decided to give this place a chance. I ordered Summer rolls and Chicken Pho. (nothing unique) however I did feel that this place had better peanut sauce than other places. The chicken pho was nothing really special. But of course when your dying of hunger you find anything delicious. The servers are nice but their no ones to keep a conversation so come in for the food. read more

Stopped here for lunch while working in the area, definitely one of the better Vietnamese pho restaurants I've visited it's in a lindo of dated looking strip mall but once inside it's very nice, clean, we were seated extremely quick and our orders were also taken very quickly I ordered the summer rolls, Grilled pork, and a side of pho broth the Food was all very tasty and fresh the summer rolls were rolled extremely tight and the grilled pork platter was delicious especially the egg cake they put a lot of detail into presentation something rarely found at Pho restaurants. Only two small disappointments, one. The waiter had a small language barrier (I try and be understanding because we live in a very diverse area) but I specifically asked for the summer rolls without pork and mine still had pork, no biggie. Two. They don't give much meat compared to other Pho places I've visited even though it was extremely delicious it was one tiny bone in pork chop and small egg cake with small amount of veggies and a ton of plain white steamed rice. Overall the experience was a good one and they have quite a menu, much larger than most pho restaurants if I'm ever in the area I'll look them up to try some more tasty items read more

Pho for Pho lovers. Obviously fresh ingredients, generous portions, good prices and really friendly and prompt service. Decor is minimalist, yet cosy for a strip-mall location. You can hear other table's conversations in a good way and the clientele is diverse. Goodwill is practically next door, so bargain hunters can check two boxes in one trip! Enjoy. read more

One of my favorite Pho places. They have sate on the table so you can help yourself. The ambiance is nicer than most pho places and the service is always quick and thorough. The pho is absolutely delicious. Their tendon is perfectly done. Not too soft and not too chewy. read more

I generally like to go to Eden Center to Vietnamese food that is not pho. I am so glad to see that this place has an extensive menu with a large variety of items ranging from rice dishes to various noodle dishes. They have pho and all your basic Vietnamese dishes as well. I tried the mi tom thit (egg noodle with shrimp and bbq pork) at the chef's recommendation. Boy was I happy I got that! It is a dry noodle dish that comes with a soy based sauce and a small cup of broth on the side. I would recommend tasting the noodles first before pouring the sauce in, it is pretty flavorful already. The broth is usually an after thought at some places, but this broth was soo flavorful. I could do a whole bowl of that. The staff is pretty attentive and it does get crowded during dinner time, so be prepared for that! The owners here are very sweet and provide great recommendations. Went back a second time. This is now my favorite viet place in the DC area. I had the appetizer selection platter as my meal. Everything was fresh and light. I'd rate it a tad higher if there were more filling in each item, and maybe more veg. Variety in the summer roll. But I'll definitely be back. read more

The Pho, the reason you would come here, is spot on. The soup is very well balanced, but I felt that they skimped on the meat a little. However, the well-done brisket was tasty. The reason I have given it four stars is because neither of the appetizers we ordered were very appetizing. My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time today and we loved everything. We started off with the summer rolls, egg rolls, and squid. We enjoyed all of the appetizers; the squid in particular was amazing! For our entree, my boyfriend ordered pho and I got the vermicelli noodles with the grilled pork and shrimp. Again, they knocked both of those dishes out of the park. The service was also really great. This restaurant just switched ownership about 1.5 months ago and I was hesitant at first, but I ordered their bun bo hue and it was exceptionally good. Being Vietnamese I'm pretty picky with my bun bo hue, but I have to say it's very tasty because not too many vietnamese restaurant can master the authentic recipe. They have an array of entrees and lunch specials. If you haven't been here in a while from the last ownership, I would recommend trying it out again. It will be worth your while. read more

Service is courteous and attentive. As of this review, they're too new to serve alcohol but it's clear they are confident in their decent-sized menu. The grilled pork sausage summer rolls are better than the shrimp rolls but neither packs a lot of punch. The rice verm with shrimp and beef (B10) is a flavory dry dish while, somewhat surprisingly, the BBH beef shank with pork (H2) was bland with almost no flavor, including a souless broth. Portions are plentiful, with two of us eating for $37. I would like to come back and try other items but I wish the BBH had more kick. read more

We recently started to try Vietnamese food recently and decided to try this new place. We are glad to have found it as it's very close to our house. I got a grill beef rice noodle dish and my wife got seafood pho. Both were delicious and had fresh veggies. The beef dish was sweet and tangy and tasted great.
