I had my first experience with this company on Saturday, 11/10/18. Wow! What a Fantastic experience! I called lated afternoon on Friday and the repairman was there the next morning. Nicholi (pardon the spelling if wrong) came to my home to repair my refrigerator. He did the testing and explained all that needed to be done. Before he could do the repairs the refrigerator started acting up same as it did after we had the heavy rain that knocked out our power a couple months ago. Well, after that the new diagnosis would have to include the main board, as my G.E. refrigerator had a faulty seal around the cover over the main board and water from the leaking freezer had gotten in there and shorted it out. This time for good. It was at that time that I decided it was time to replace the refrigerator, which was already 11 years since we had it installed. We were very impressed with Vladamir!! He came out late on Saturday afternoon because our refrigerator was making a beeping sound and the inside lights were out. He figured out that the control panel was faulty and had one on his truck and replaced it. He then waited to make sure that fixed the problem. It turns out it did not, there was another issue too and he fixed that. Finally it was working correctly. We really appreciated that he was very diligent about making sure it was all working correctly before he left. There is a 3 month warranty on the repair. He was right on time and quickly diagnosed and explained the problem which unfortunately was very expensive for a seven year old freezer. He suggested that I give it some thought and said that he would return without a second trip charge should I choose to repair it. I returned to town yesterday to find a malfunctioning wine chiller with a couple of thousand dollars going bad quickly. I made a 911 call to Phoenix Appliance and was assured that a service repair man would call within the hour... didn't happen. I called this morning to find out why the delay. They had not record of my previous call so I gave them the same information and they promised I would be contacted within the hour... Not. I made one last attempt and got the same apologetic person who works at a phone center! You are not dealing with the company. The phone center apparently just texts to unknown service drivers with no accountability. I just placed a call to an authorized subzero repair center who booked any appointment, gave me a job number and service time. If you have an emergency forget this operation and call a business where you can talk to an employee. read more

Best appliance service in Phoenix. Woke up this morning and my Jenn Air refrigerator was completely dead. I called the factory authorized service provider and the first appointment was in four days, and it was going to cost $115 for the service call, plus parts and labor. Then I checked Yelp and saw the excellent reviews for Phoenix Appliance Service. I called and talked to Vladimir, he asked for the model number and said he should be able to get here by the end of the day. There was a $75 minimum, but that would be applied toward the parts and labor charge. He actually got here in about an hour and as soon as he confirmed the refrigerator was getting A/C power he said it was either part A or part B and gave me the prices. Based on my description he had already picked the parts he thought he might need and was able to complete the repairs in about 10 minutes. Fast, accurate, friendly, and reasonable . . . what more could you ask for. He works on all types of appliances and this is the only company I'll use from now on. read more

I can't begin to say enough about Vladimir with Phoenix Appliance Services. Today is Sunday and its 4 days before a Thanksgiving we're hosting and I woke up to water leaking from my freezer. My whole refrigerator picked the most inconvenient time to quit working. After having no luck in even getting through to anyone to even try to schedule an appointment, I was looking through an online neighborhood site and came across glowing reviews about Vladimir & Phoenix Appliance Services. I took a chance and was very relieved that Vladimir answered. After giving him all my information, he was able to get back to me very quickly and within an hour was at my door. I had a bad control board and he had the part with him. It took him less than a half hour and my refrigerator is working again. My clothing dryer stopping blowing warm air yesterday. Went on Yelp to look for recommendation and found PHX appliance repair. Called them this morning and Vladimir was at my house by the end of the day (a very happy mom with 3 kids I was). It was as I suspected, the heating element. Vladimir followed up throughout the day letting me know his schedule as he had been delayed at other jobs. He was willing to trust me to mail him a check tonight rather than pay a 3% fee to charge on a card. Would very much recommend him...and I did to all of our employees!! read more

He was very polite, nice guy, and showed up on time, however, Old sub-zero freezer not cooling, in the end it needs a compressor/condenser replacement which is prohibitively expensive from all folks we contacted. Unfortunately, the first tech was Vladimir who suggested we try a hard-start capacitor on the compressor first. The $75 service call went to $185 including the $12 part he installed in 10 minutes. Said he gave an 8 day warrantee, and if this didn't work would apply the money to his $1100 compressor replacement quote. Sub-zero authorized repair center ($2250 quote) said you can't just replace the compressor, had to be compressor/condenser due to freeon type change etc, who knows. 2nd tech said same thing, quoted $1800. We decided NOT to fix this old fridge, so called Vladimir to see if I could get relief on the 8 day warrantee, and return the start capacitor, or buy him a new one etc. Just don't understand how $185 spent with no effect could be reasonable when a warrantee was mentioned. Guess the warrantee was only good if I spent even more money with him. By the way, today he upped his quote to $1200 for a compressor, while other techs I've spoken to would do the same job for $900 - $1100. So even if I went with him, he overquoted the compressor so I'd still be paying $185 for the $12 start capacitor service call. I'll never call again. My advice, is get multiple quotes, do some online research etc. read more
