Once we all got there and had ordered a couple of drinks, we were able to meet the bar manager/owner who told us the history of the building and all of its incantations before becoming what it currently is. It was fascinating to hear about the 300 years of evolution that the building has gone through, and the staff there was so much fun to talk to and learn from.
