Bun Bo hue- it's ok. Lack flavor. Taste just like pho to me. Egg rolls has nothing but cabbage. 5 wings for $10 seems pretty high

Food is delicious: everything we had was very good. Highly recommend this place. Service is amazing! Appetizers!

The best Vietnamese restaurant ever! The taste was amazing! The meat was delicious . Normally I don't eat much meat but this one is the only I finished all the meat. The chili oil is so good and spicy. The decoration of this restaurant surprised me at the moment I walked in! It's so pretty!!! The service was good as well. Will definitely come back again for the food.

Atmosphere is great in the restaurant. Smells great inside as well. Right after the picture was taken it filled up quick with only a couple tables open.

Amazing place that we go to very often! We especially love their cream cheese wontons, P5, and tofu!

Gosh i love pho! This restaurant has a bit more of the star anise flavor shining through which really went well when I added lime and chilli oil. The five spice wings have a taste similar to salt & pepper shrimp but with a bit of cinnamon to it (and possibly spice if you prefer) and came out hot and fresh!

The Bobo is the BOMB! So good, so bubble. We had some authentic dried fish that was out of this world. So good!

Love this place, one of my go to! There BBH is probably hands down one of the best. The portions are perfect and the decor is super cute.

First off, the place is really nice. It is in a diverse area. Let get into the food, the thai tea and matcha tea is super sweet. The matcha milk tea was super sweet, but it was good. It actually very thick and i was kind of surprise. The eggroll is a basic appetizer. The spicy chicken wasnt spicy. It was really good, but not spicy. The bun bo hue was actually pretty good. It doesnt have a kicker to it but the broth taste good. The pho was well, it was very beefy but it was sweet too. Services was great! Would come again !

The ordering process was quick and easy since there wasn't a long wait. I ordered the Connecticut Style Lobster Roll (around $36 before tax), and it was delicious! The portion was generous, the lobster was fresh and flavorful, and I definitely ate it way too fast because it was that good. My husband ordered The Coastal Burger and added bacon. It looked good, and he enjoyed it. We also shared some fries (which are ordered separately) and grabbed sodas from Northern Soda Company. Overall, we had a great experience. If you're looking for a satisfying lobster roll, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try. I'd love to come back again and enjoy the patio space, and get fresh seafood. The place was very busy and had a good energy about it. I had the Jambalaya, which had chicken, sausage, and shrimp. It was pretty good and had a nice spicy kick. A good portion as well. Girlfriend had the shrimp etouffee with grits. It was nicely blackened and on a big bed of grits. Also spicy. Friend had the original lobster roll. He was surprised it came on Texas toast and not a roll. But he really enjoyed it. The dessert was a sinlme but delicious Cookit with ice cream. I recommend for restaurant week. And if you like seafood in the form of things like the lobster roll or shrimp etouffee that you don't get other places. I thought the jambalaya was fine but unremarkable. Not pictured here was the lobster mac and cheese. Which was only a small appetizer and I thought underwhelming (also, I don't like corn).

They were able to seat our party of eight even without a reservation, which was impressive on such short notice. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch that made the celebration even more special. The food was outstanding. We ordered a little bit of everything, and every dish was delicious, but a few really stood out. The oysters on the half shell were incredibly fresh. The slow roasted prime rib with au jus and creamy horseradish was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My favorite was the famous Smothered Ribeye, served over crispy hash browns and topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions, grilled asparagus, and béarnaise sauce. The portion was huge, and I was happy to have leftovers the next day! From the exceptional service to the memorable dining experience and amazing food, Jax Café exceeded our expectations. The standout to me was the complimentary freshly baked warm bread they serve after you order your drinks. It would have benefitted from salted butter though. Moving onto our dinner portion, the burrata was yummy but it needed more balsamic and one more slice of grilled ciabatta. The Brussels could have been Caramelized a little longer as they were a little hard when biting into. They were also just sitting in a puddle of honey, so that was the main flavor I was tasting. The pasta dish was so tiny and only has 4 small pieces of chicken. It didn't really have a taste, other than cream. For dessert, we ordered the caramel sea salt custard, seasonal cobbler (peach), and the budino. The standout for me was the caramel sea salt custard, the salted caramel popcorn was a fun crunch amongst the creamy thick custard. My cappuccino was very small, but it was a nice touch to serve it with a little biscotti piece (I would have appreciated a longer piece though). If I'm in the area for a show at the Target Center again or any theaters, I would give them another shot. I would not drive from the suburbs for this though.
