No reservation no appointments. The T-Mobile representative with a IPAD in hand took me us in automatically. No wait time no excuses. Come right in he stated in a friendly tone. As we exchanged information to get logged into the system he asked if anything else was wrong or is needed with my T mobile service. I kindly replied no, this is all that is needed for the time being. I was very satisfied at this location since the experience and process was painless! In and out in less then 10 minutes. One example is that when we signed up for a plan, they included a free phone upgrade. However after the first bill we were being charged. it too about 12 calls and four months to resolve, at which point we ended up getting credits at the end of our contract because they are too garbage to refund. Another example we returned out 5G gateway be as the service was terrible, Even though they confirmed receipt they are unable to find the devices in their facilities. Another dozen calls, $250 added to our bill , and nobody competent or concerned enough to resolve the issue. If you love mediocre service, being over charged, and consistently lied to, this is the place to go. Otherwise I strongly recommend you visit a Verizon or ATT store before getting locked into a contact with these abusers.
