I deliberately brought my folks to THIS location to migrate them from Verizon customers, to T-Mobile customers-- JONATHAN in particular was the one who helped us out and was so supportive and caring. He's an incredible asset and was patient with my folks who are senior citizens. The team at this location, including the management are great. I visited the Lakewood Center T-Mobile store and had such a bad experience for myself that it kept me from wanting to do any business there, but the customer service at this location is first rate. I have been with Verizon wireless for 20+ years and for the past few years I've grown disappointed with the service and network! Many of my family and friends have been switching over to T-Mobile and I just hadn't pulled the trigger. On Monday 10/21 my youngest dropped my phone in a pail of water. In seconds, I no longer had the one thing I need for work and my daily life. The phone was only 2 years old, with no insurance and now significant water damage. The following day I went to the T-mobile near the traffic circle and I explained to the associate Juan what have happened to my phone. I was looking for help to retrieve my info on the phone and get an offer to offset the cost of the phone. But Juan really made me feel like I was a BIG bother to him, nor help me. I was there a total of 10 +/- min, and he told me to wait until the holidays or stay with my current carrier. As I started to drive to a Verizon store, I decided to stop into another T-Mobile (at LBX location) and Low Behold a COMPLETELY different experience! Ernie quickly approached me and asked how he could help. I told him how long I was with my current carrier for 20+yrs yet wanting switch, what happened to the phone, and how important it was that I was up and running. He quickly went on his tablet to find something that would work with my needs (phone, plans, data recovery, etc.) even with a water damage 2-year-old phone. As Ernie and I were chatting about switching over my phone lines (4) and the challenge I was in, Kathleen (manager) overheard and jumped right into the conversation to help and ensure I was up and running. The process took a bit of time, but this team at the LBX location provided TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE and made things happen for me. They switch all my lines, transferred all the phones with patience and support. I was able to replace my damaged phone and upgraded a few lines as well. It's really hard to get good customer service at most T-Mobile's bt she did an outstanding job! This shop is not going to help you. Go some place else. They only want your money and have zero plans to follow through with anything they say. I've had the worst experience this past month dealing with this shop. I turned in a phone ( leased phone) and the associate Maggie, who is no longer at this location who was recently transferred out someplace else during the peak of my phone crisis did nothing to resolve my issue that she caused! These employees have zero follow through and I've dealt with several of them. Alex Has to be the absolute worst at Customer Service though. I came in and asked to speak to a manager, and this young man acted like I was angry at him when in fact, I am extremely frustrated with the entire experience in this was not a direct attack at this young person. I am simply demanding that they help me and he is taking it the wrong way, but has the audacity to tell me how I should be with people that I should not give him lip. I have never in my life had somebody that was working Customer Service tell me that I shouldn't give them lip. excuse me? Who the hell trained these employees? The whole store should be fucking fired. A bunch of incompetent buffoons. This is my 5th trip to this location in one month. Where I've spent over an hour waiting for my issue to get resolved only for them to tell me that it was someone else's fault and that this other person will call and no one ever does then they tell me it was a system error like I'm supposed to be OK with the issue that happened and being billed $300 on my bill. This is my go-to store that's closest to me. I've gone to other closer T-Mobile stores to me nearby, but the service has always been inconsistent. However, here, I've never had any issues. I had to replace my Zagg privacy screen protector. I pay a monthly fee to be able to replace it whenever it gets damaged. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped out right away. Quick, easy, and efficient. Diana was very helpful. Parking is easy. read more

I came here not too long ago to upgrade my phone to get the iPhone 16. Upon arrive I noticed 2 girl employees were just chit chatting up and gossiping instead of actually helping customers. I finally got helped but I asked how long would the process take and a young man said around 1hr and I was already running late. I came back tmr and a man named ziggy said he couldn't accept my iPhone trade in due to a minor scratch.. I was already irritated cause I felt like my time has been wasted. I went in for an upgrade today. Had an iPhone 8 for like the longest and an upgrade was totally past due. Vivian, the associate that helped me was very polite, had great energy, and answered all of my questions to the best of her knowledge. One thing that stood out to me, was that she was very personable. Like she wasn't just doing her job just to do "her job." I am a long-time Sprint customer and transitioned over to T-Mobile when i got a new phone. The store at LBC in Lakewood is fantastic. Staff is nice and responsive. I recently returned there for them to repair my cracked screen. They did it in less than 2 hours and handled all the coordination with the insurance company. I paid $30 and had no hassles whatsoever. I had to go in to their store because the Sprint/T-Mobile phone app was buggy and I could not complete my claim online. Brand sparking new location. It's next to Whole Foods 365, so it's convenient. The staff are great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. T-Mobile doesn't have contract anymore so you'll have to front up the bill for the phone full price, unless you want to do the monthly payment. Most of the plans have unlimited data and text. I came in very frustrated with Sprint, they are still on a separate billing database, network and cell towers. I spent 10 plus hours over the past week with SPRINT not T-Mobile trying to get new phone lines and porting over from AT&T phone line to my plan which is with Sprint after spending many hours with them nothing happened. I walked into T-Mobile on Saturday 9/17/22 Robbie checked me in and listen to all my issues, he was able to fix all my issues and proceeded to switch my phone plan over to T-Mobile. It took him two days contacting SPRINT but he follow through and made contact with me during the entire ordeal with Sprint. As a Tmobile customer for years I am ready to switch and get the f##k away. When I requested to speak with the store manager she refused to provide info so I can make a complaint on her and her terrible customer service. She might walk around in store thinking she's great making chump change an hour but I will definitely make sure someone higher up hears my complaint. Came in with my girlfriend because she needed to take care of an issue with her galaxy s7. Our first visit was with Johnny and he determined the problem with the phone was covered in the warranty. The visit was informative and pleasant. Our second visit was a few days later when the phone had arrived. Our customer service this time was with Sergio. He was professional and took care of the transfering of data from our old phone. Our time seemed short primarily because our conversations were fun and all our questions were answered. I went in earlier this year to get a new IPad and was assisted by Sergio who was helpful, informative and helped me pick out the IPad model that worked for me, and a plan as well as some accessories. I would go back to this location just to see him if I felt comfortable at this location... So why the 3 stars? The other employees! A young Hispanic guy and a Caucasian girl-both late teens/early 20s. My 5 year old was with me and kept himself occupied by perusing the phones and tablets. He was quiet, not running around, not being rude, politely asked to use their restroom and was clean and courteous about it. He spent most of our time there playing on a tablet, seated at a stool graciously provided by Sergio! Yet these 2 dbags spent the whole time giving my son and I dirty looks, snickering and whispering while glaring at us. I was dressed in professional work clothes, my son is cute and well groomed- we weren't doing anything to deserve negative attention (unless they had some issue with the fact that my son is not my bio kid and is different ethnicities than I am) but it was very quiet and slow in the store so their rudeness was very obvious. Sergio was a great salesman and handled the transaction perfectly, but those 2 we're obviously 2 immature and lazy to be working with the general public. Since this was earlier in the year, I hope by now the management realized they had a couple of asshats on their hands and gave those 2 the boot, they can't possibly be good salespeople with those attitudes.
