I have an IPhone 10Xs. My phone won't charge wireless charge. At first I tried to swap out the wireless charger and that wasn't the problem. I also did a phone reset to no prevail. LIFESAVER!!! That's what James is. I dropped my phone straight on concrete from the 2nd floor! My phone (Samsung Note 5) cracked and wouldn't even turn on. All my work info, personal info, pictures and files were on there, I was in panic mode last night. Found this place because my wife told me she passes by this place frequently while entering AR market and that he always has customers at his shop. Very good sign. I called today 9/3 and he told us to come in. Upon meeting James, we quickly figured out that he is truly a master at his craft. We weren't sure if he could fix the phone because it was in bad condition, but he was confident that he could fix it. He is not only knowledgeable, but takes pride in his work. You can tell that he truly cares about his craft and his customers. He told us to come back in an hour. We also had him change the battery connection port replaced on my wife's phone because it would be sensitive to charging and sometimes wouldn't charge. When we came back our phones were just like new again!!! I was very happy to see that my phone was working again and felt relieved. James' pricing is very competitive and he is a very generous man. He went ahead and applied the glass protector for me on my Note 7 and gave me a new phone case at no charge. I dropped my iPhone 6 Plus and completely shattered the screen making it completely unusable without getting tiny shards of glass on my fingers. Of course I would have loved to only pay $29 for Apple to replace my screen, but I have had the phone too long for Apple Care. Apple wants you to pay $129 currently to replace your screen without it. I set out on Yelp to get quotes to replace my screen and after receiving a few dozen responses, Phone Doctors not only answered quickly, but gave me the most economical of all the quotes. I was pretty dead set on getting an authentic Apple replacement and he was able to show me the Apple copyright before he got started on my phone. Phone Doctors is conveniently located inside a market so I was able to get some shopping done while I waited. He said it would only take 20 minutes. Got a few grocery items and upon exit I was able to pick up my phone. There are also a few restaurants inside if you're hungry. I was absolutely happy to see a shiny new screen, screen protector, and case on my phone. It was very pleasant. We did have a small issue with the "Touch ID" not working and even though I don't use it, I would end up being constantly reminded every time I unlocked my phone, so after a bit of fiddling with the phone again, the issue was resolved. I was a bit worried to be completely honest... I thought I made a terrible mistake just to save money, but I was assured that it doesn't happen often and it would be OK. I don't expect things to be perfect. I'm really only including this to show that he took the time to fix the problem and I feel confident that if any problems were to persist, he would be able to help. So far everything is great. The business is located directly on the left as soon as you enter the supermarket. I came in because my Iphone X would get stuck on the startup apple logo and no matter what I did it wouldn't start up. The owner quickly explained that it was due to an issue with the motherboard. I came in and got my phone fixed in less than an hour. I called a couple different repair shops and found that his prices were the best around. Although the phone was badly damaged, Phone Doctors replaced the screen and battery in an attempt to salvage it. After a week of using the phone, it became abundantly clear the phone's internals were damaged too far for the phone to be useful, so despite the new phone screen and battery, the phone would be useless to me. James at Phone Doctors was so nice when I returned to the store. No questions asked, I returned the phone to him to recycle and he happily returned all the money I had spent on the screen and the battery he installed, despite the time and work he had spent on it. This means so much to me, as I am already out a lot of money, due to my motorcycle crash.
