I have only gone there to return an item that my boss did not want. At first, the employee said I could either wait for a check in the mail that would arrive anywhere between 4 and 6 weeks or I could just have a credit put on my account for future use. Turns out, he was able to get me an immediate credit on the credit card that was used since it wasn't a huge order. The entire time, he was friendly and apologetic about not originally knowing he could credit the amount back the same day. Apparently this place is known for customers that get huge orders, which is why that system is in place.
