He was very nice and assisted me with my order. I went with the Goddess KBBQ, sweet, tangy with just a little bit of spice. It comes with 3 pieces of chicken, large bread and cold slaw. Those concerns disappeared immediately. The gentlemen he sent in his place were absolutely outstanding and exceeded even my very high standards. They were professional, engaging, personable, and clearly took great pride in what they do. They became part of the celebration and our guests absolutely loved them. And then there's the paella, without question the best paella ever. The flavors were incredible, the presentation was beautiful, and it was the highlight of the event for many of our guests. Honestly, I could eat it every day and never get tired of it. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Gerard and his team delivered far beyond expectations, and I can't wait for the opportunity to work with them again. I got to speak to Dawn, the owner, for quite awhile. She is a wonderful person, who really cares about her neighborhood and offering something where people can gather and eat some delicious pie. Speaking of the pies, I tried a savory and a sweet pie. Their chicken pot pie is excellent! It reminded me a lot of my families recipe. This is not a heavy, creamy pot pie. The filling is a wonderful combination of chicken and vegetables with a light, creamy sauce. It's seasoned perfectly and the chunky texture is great. The crust is buttery and flaky. The lemon apple pie is full of apple slices and has a wonderful citrusy pop to it. The crust is the same and perfectly buttery! She set up a lovely sitting area in her driveway. Several neighbors came out in support of the Popup! Please come and check this out on Saturday mornings!
