Some of them had shade from the umbrella but other seats were exposed to scorching sun. There was a big Hello Kitty statues in front of the store, a popular spot for people stopping taking pictures. The menu offered few small cakes, macarons, donut, cookie, pretzel and sandwiches, alongside seven drinks. We ordered the bow pretzel which came out as the shape of Hello Kitty's hair bow. It was a decent pretzel. For drinks we ordered the melody lemonade. Loved the flavor of it. The cup had pieces of strawberries too. The staff members were friendly. They prepared our order in couple of minutes. Also they graciously refilled our water multiple times upon request at the window. The prices of the items on the menu were slightly higher.

Based on some of the photos I've seen of other Hello Kitty Cafes, this is probably one of the smallest and most bare bones one. No indoor seating. You order from a counter and there are a couple of tables out front. The good thing is that several of the tables had umbrellas attached that provided shade. The menu was very limited. Nothing stood out to me so I decided just to get the Strawberry Lemonade that had a hint of mint to it. It was actually quite refreshing on a hot day. The drink was pretty sweet but that is how I like my lemonades so no complaint there. The price was on par with the fact that it is a Hello Kitty branded cafe at a tourist location. All in all, the drink was decent but I wouldn't go out of my way to stop there. But at least my Hello Kitty loving friends got some photos and a kick out of me hanging out there.

Had a phenomenal experience visiting Sweet Lily Bakery! Don't be deceived by the name though, Sweet…read moreLily is so much more than a bakery. In addition to their expertly-crafted pastries, Sweet Lily offers a great variety of French dishes and packaged food items. My group ordered the Sugar Beignet, Raspberry Croissant, and Coffee Croissant - which were all wonderful. The Raspberry Croissant had a not-too-sour fresh jelly filling and was definitely the crowd favorite, but the thick, latte-flavored filling in the Coffee Croissant made it a close second place. The fresh-squeezed orange juice at $5 felt like an absolute bargain, and the Cappuccino was also well-executed. The real stars of the show were the entrees, though. Both the Avocado Toast plate and Croque Monsieur truly tasted like a trip to France. They were hearty and full of flavor, without feeling too heavy. The Sweet Lily twist on Avocado Toast includes melted mozzarella and slices grapes, which really elevated the dish! The potatoes and salads that came as complimentary sides were a welcome surprise, and just as craveable as the entrees themselves. I truly don't think there's a bad thing to order here, and I look forward to returning to this bright and welcoming spot to try more!

They aren't overwhelming and over-rich which I tend to like. I cants stand eating a super rich thing and then feeling like crap afterwards. that doesn't happen here usually. The owners here are so cute. I love to speak to them when I go and see them and listen to their stories.

Welp, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter inside Universal Studios is still closed. However, Sweets…read more& Treats is opened inside Universal CityWalk, and you can get your Butterbeer fixes (and other limited Harry Potter treats) here!!! Dates & Times: Fridays to Sundays from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Universal Studios sent out an email a month ago about this new concept/Pop-Up Shop). Parking: FREE!!! Self-parking in the Jurassic Lot. COVID-19 Safety Procedures: Staff wore masks and gloves when handling the Butterbeer, food and transactions. Hand sanitizer is available (as well as everywhere inside Universal CityWalk) and social distancing is strictly enforced. Security will remind patrons to mask up if they see them not properly wearing it. I came here to this Pop-Up Shop three weeks ago (when its inception was still recently new), and there wasn't a name for this place yet. My receipt was still listed as HoneyDukes inside the Wizarding World. This Pop-Up Shop is across from Tillys and was formerly LudoBird (Chef Ludo Lefebvre of Trois Mec and Petit Trois). Bummer that Chef Ludo's shop is gone, but thrilled that Sweets & Treats is in its place! You order and pay at the cashier stand, and pickup your Butterbeer/treats at the small pickup window to the left. Walking around and eating and drinking is prohibited and discouraged. However, you can eat/drink to the sides. $8 Butterbeer, deliciousness! Sweet, creamy mixture of cream soda and butterscotch flavors to tantalize my muggle taste buds *Butterbeer fix - satisfied*. Warning: The Butterbeer comes with a lid on top. Be careful when sipping it through a straw - the sugary, butterscotch flavored foam will quickly rise and spill out! It happened to me and some other patrons. If it spills on your clothes, the smell is hella strong and sticky! Ended up washing my jacket and shirt immediately after I got home, lol! After you have satisfied your Butterbeer fix, you can walk around and shop at Universal CityWalk. Great way to spend a lovely day!

ATTENTION HARRY POTTER FANS!!…read more You can now get Butterbeers at Universal CityWalk! They opened a walk up counter near the Universal Studios store close to the globe. You don't have to wait for the theme park to open up for these treats! There can be a long line, but the line goes pretty quick. The line to order is social distanced in the queue. You can pick up items at the window on the left of the cashier area. There's a limited amount of drinks and a couple of snacks available (churros & Butterbeer Ice Cream!) They offer regular, frozen & hot butterbeers! This cool afternoon called for hot butterbeers! It was a bit sweet for my liking, I only wished Starbucks was open so that I could mix the butterbeer in some coffee. I've had the frozen butterbeer in the Park and really liked it. The hot one was good but a bit sweet. At $8 for a small cup, it's a bit pricy, but a fun experience. Self parking in the structures is complimentary during the beginning stages of opening up after the pandemic while the theme park is closed. We parked in the Jurassic Parking that put us near the middle of CityWalk near Bubba Gump & Jamba Juice. Universal CityWalk is a dining & shopping district between the theme park and its many parking structures. There are many specialty shops and an AMC theater. Recommended! Especially the frozen version of Butterbeer!
