Their drink menu ranges from lemonades, fruity drinks, matcha lattes and coffee drinks. Now, as a coffee lover, woooo.... it's really on the sweet side. I usually get stronger lattes that are not that sweet in the Irvine location but this location, it is leaning on dessert drink side. I had the special Pompurrin sea salt cold brew and I was buzzing off the sugar. There is a Sanrio store next door so the merchandise will not be in the counter. THE WEAKEST KITTY CAFE IN CA! My Mom is a massive Sanrio fan so we avidly visit multiple locations across multiple states. We've been to almost all of them in SoCal being locals and we've agreed that this is the most disappointing location. CityWalk's Kitty Cafe's drinks are lazy, I'd say they're uninspired. I would only recommend the lemonade, as it was fresh and sweet. As for the other drinks, it was like adding shaved ice flavoring and dumping into it into a cup of ice water. Next, you sell it for a high price. The desserts are DRY! The only saving grace for the small cake we tried was the frosting. We disposed of the rest, such a shame! Our cashier was also quite confused and condescending. I did not like his vibe, it's not cute being a passive aggressive person. I seriously hope this location works out the kinks. Finally visited this location after Universal Studios. Smaller than the Irvine and Vegas location, but still super cute. I got the Hello Kitty Strawberry Milk Tea, this comes with strawberry popping boba, whipped topping, and pink sprinkles for $9. My brother got the Chococat Frozen Mocha, it's frozen coffee that comes with chocolate popping boba, whipped cream, and chocolate sprinkles for $10. Service was quick and friendly. Love the presentation of the drinks. My go to is usually the strawberry lemonade, so tasty and refreshing. I was disappointed with the Hello Kitty strawberry milk tea, it lacked flavor, even my brothers and nephews did not like it. I took a few more sips and ended up throwing it out. It is on the small side but is full of Hello Kitty, everyone, and is a Hello Kitty fan's best wish come to life. Matcha wasn't that great of quality, however it wasn't super sweet. The chocokitty mocha was also not overly sweep and the boba was interesting. I was able to try out this hello Kitty and friends Café with my niece she is obsessed with hello Kitty so this was a nice surprise right next to this. There is a hello Kitty store as well which is super cute and adorable. The café itself has so many different drink options that come in the cutest little cup with a hello Kitty face the drink themselves taste delicious. I got one for my niece and she absolutely loved it. Staff is super friendly service was super quick and I just loved the theme of everything Pink. It was an incredible experience. What I got was something that tasted NOTHING like ube -- not even a hint of it. The ganache had the texture of chalk, and the whole thing was just sad. I also ordered a seasonal strawberry soda with foam -- sounded fun, but it was just watery and bland. Others in my group got the Bow Bombs (hot chocolate bombs), which were decent, but nothing special. Kind of what you'd expect from a grocery store mix. We were all underwhelmed. This location is on the city walk before you enter the park so I always grab a drink and bite after my day at the park since I don't think they would let u bring it into the park. Around 8:30 pm I ordered the hello kitty lemonade ($8) and churro($9 very overpriced). They give you a buzzer and it is a fast turnaround time! Their seating is only outdoors. The attendant did tell us we could valet but Hello Kitty doesn't validate so if you go over 2 hours it's $60. The cafe itself was fine, the outside was cute and the drinks were fun for the kids. We got the Tuxedosam Lemonade and my daughter enjoyed it. We did not get dessert but some people we were with did and said it was okay.
