First time at Piada and oh my goodness..... this blew me away. It gave me a chipotle but with Italian food kinda vibe, but this food was so flavorful. I don't think I've said "mmmm" so many times during a meal. We also ordered a farmers market salad and that also hit the spot, we just ate it all before we could get a picture. Perfectly cooked pasta, very flavorful sauces and your option to add a protein. Just brilliant whoever came up with this idea. I did download the app so I can start earning points cuz I will be returning to this place. I live less than 10 miles from one and that possibly could be dangerous for me.

I'm sorry I just wasn't that impressed even though everyone on TikTok has been raving about this place. It wasn't inedible, but it lacked seasoning & for the price could've been so much better. Also, I had signed up for texts during the week only to learn from a line worker after the cashier attempted to add the coupon code that you can only use them online

Came in here just to check them out. This place is awesome. It's reasonable and filling. The regular size can make 2 meals. This is a new go to for me. LOVE IT! You need to try this place.

I came here because it was suggested by a coworker. I loved it. Food was great, great flavor, different choices and the prices were fair. It does tend to get super busy around the lunch rush hour so keep that in mind.

The general hospitality is top notch at this location! Food was amazing! Order the veggie peanut butter and a spinach artichoke pocket and it was delightful!

Parking: Lots of free self-parking. Interior: Clean, open design interior. Service: I order to-go and the order is on time for the most part. Food: Solid and always consistent - no matter what you order! Drinks: I haven't tried any drinks from here. Overall: I'm basically a regular here lol come check this place out. The concept is cool - it's a build your own pasta type of place (similar to Chipotle).

Yummy yum yum. Came here and was please with the service. They were very busy, with lots of students (?) so that was an interesting experience lol. But service was quick and everything tasted very good.

Overall Rating: 4.5 stars (O = good, X = bad) 1. Atmosphere: O Atmosphere was nice and environment was clean, they also have a cool outside seating area. 2. Service: O Customer service was pleasant, guy I got was super nice 3. Food/Products: O I got the pesto pasta, it tasted good for the price. Can't think of much to say, it was cool 4. Pricing: O Price ranges around 8 for small, 10 for large pasta. They also include student discounts which make it around 9.70 tax included. On the better end of prices in this climate of outside food. 5. Overall Experience: O This is a solid spot if you want a fresher and lighter meal. It's basically an Italian chipotle but better imo cuz chipotle isn't as good anymore. Highlights/Recommendations: pesto

We had scheduled an early dinner (6:00) and there were only 7 tables throughout the night enjoying dinner service. Well, we won't be going back till the addition to the restaurant is completed, due to the noise factor!!!!!!! There was sawing noise which was so loud we joked it made us feel like we were at the dentist office having a negative experience. Along with nail guns, not what you wish to have when you're trying to have a an enjoyable dinner experience! Upon being sat we asked Patrick, our server, if they were going to continue working and he was very put off by our question. He told they were about to wrap it up for the evening. Nope, still going strong at 7:00!!? We should have left...but we had committed to the evening by ordering a bottle of wine, meatballs (deliciousness!), and salad that came overdressed with dressing (yuck!). My friend ordered the Margarita pizza, which they left the fresh basil off, which is a key ingredient. Me, the sea-bass, which was overcooked & very fishy. My hubby the pork & beef pasta with ricotta, which was overcooked and mushy. Needless to say less than stellar. And Patrick was not very friendly or accommodating. Worst night of my Life, I was so embarrassed! When dining, you usually have background music, not a building under construction??!!! $200 dinner, ruined, horrible!!!!

Service was excellent on the evening we were there. We started with the mozzarella garlic bread, appetizer with spicy sausage. It's a huge portion enough for three people easily. Very good. Salads were nice and very fresh tasting. They certainly weren't bagged lettuce as you get in some restaurants these days. For entrées, the pasta Gianni was the big hit. Great flavor and you have your option on pasta and I chose penne. For dessert we had the special cheesecake which was amazing. Prices for wine, cocktails, and food are all very reasonable. We had a really nice time.

When I entered, I was rather uncertain. The space looks like a stereotypical pizzeria. I wasn't impressed at all, but I was too tired to leave. HOWEVER, my attitude quickly changed as I was greeted by the outstanding wait staff. Over the course of my visit, I was checked on several times by what seemed to be either the owners or managers. In the heart of a busy city, these men went the extra mile to make me feel like a welcomed guest in their home. It was a very nice experience. I ordered the lasagna on the server's recommendation. What a plate of food! The meat sauce was not skimpy at all....lots of beef and flavorful seasoning. The noodles were soft while still firm enough to maintain the shape. The generous portion and the really soft bread were a great dinner to bring a long day to an end. As a lover of Italian food, I plan to visit several area restaurants over this weekend. I have to admit that I'm thinking about returning to Besa's to try out some of the delicious pizza I saw during my visit. Excellent experience! I'll definitely be back.

Most Friday nights we order an X Large pizza and a few other menu items we pick up. The last couple of Friday's the pizza was a little dry. So, this past Friday, we ordered the X-large build your own, which included 3 toppings. We usually only add one topping and half of another on the pizza. In the comments, I asked if we could get a little extra sauce with a question mark. While I was driving to pick up the order, I saw an additional charge pop up for $1 that said customer requested. When I walked up to pick up my order, I asked about the charge. She said it was for the extra sauce. I asked if extra sauce would be counted as one of the 3 toppings and she said it wouldn't and a charge for extra sauce is automatically charged in their system. I said it seemed it would be covered by a topping, but ok. As I was walking out, I saw the owner walk up to the checkout person and I heard her say, "he's just mad we charged for extra sauce." I didn't appreciate that being said because I didn't raise my voice or do anything other than ask and say I thought the extra sauce should be covered since I was charged for a 3 topping pizza. I wasn't rude and I didn't use a negative tone. Overall, this was disappointing for a business we frequent. I'll know next time about extra sauce.
