Stopped by The Doral Yard for a work lunch and the server recommended Piadina 305! He brought over the menu when I asked about vegetarian options, and he said they highly recommended the mushroom flatbread sandwich...the Piemontese Piadine. The Piemontese Piadine was absolutely delish! It comes with a tiny side of kettle chips, but it was super filling on its own. The ingredients were really fresh and they didn't skimp on any of them. If at the Doral Yard in the future I would easily order this again! read more

Man the food here is super tasty. My little girl is always a solid barometer for good food. I usually order it and if she eats it all before I get a bite then you know it's good. This food truck is literally my favorite place to eat in all of miami. Truly a hidden gem. I have brought multiple groups of friends to eat here and I probably eat here at least once a week. I'm actually shocked this place isn't packed all the time (but also it's a fairly quick meal and he makes them super fast so I'm also not that surprised). Alex truly cares about the food he makes and he makes each one with love. The dough is made right in the truck and the piadinas are consistently fresh, warm and delicious every single time. We called to order for pick up once and he waited for us to get there to make them so that they'd be fresh when we recieved them. Alex suggested the piccantona (which was v dank) but if you don't like spicy, must try the Classica and the Tartufata-- I get both every time with my bf and we split one. The stracchino cheese is so melty that it's like sauce-- I've never had anything like it. The burrata is equally juicy and I'm left licking my fingers every time. I've tried piadinas from sf, ny, la and I was truly shocked at how Alex's piadinas blew them all out of the water (even my beloved piadinas from Italian homemade company in SF) read more

Who would've thought my favorite Cuban sandwich would be on the cutest yummiest Italian food truck. We constantly find ourselves back at the food truck trying new Piadines and Pizza . The staff is so friendly and always recommending new things to try. We come here with our bike group and they are so accommodating to our large parties despite of being in a food truck. We have never been disappointed in service and or food. If you're in the midtown area make sure to stop and grab a Cuban Piadine trust me you will not regret it !!! We came across this unassuming food truck at the Design District. They had a couple tables, some items listed on a permanent menu on the side of the truck, and some specials on a chalkboard sign. This review is being written during the COVID-19 pandemic. The person who helped us was not wearing a mask or gloves. They do accept contactless payment. Piadinas are flatbreads, and they come in different presentations, resembling at times a crepe, a quesadilla, or an empanada. We ordered the 305, with Speck, brie, mushroom and walnut, which looked like an overstuffed quesadilla, the Cassone 305 with Mozzarella, ham, artichokes and mushroom, which looked like an empanada, and a Piadina Con Nutella. We ordered then for takeout and had them at room temperature. They were really good, with high quality ingredients in the fillings, and I am sure they should also be very good eaten warm. I love traveling to Italy and have been really bummed that with the travel restrictions that we're not allowed to visit Europe but Piadina 305 is a taste of Italy in Miami. The piadina was fresh to order... We tried a classica (a true homage to Italia) a cubano (a piadina twist on a Miami "classica") and a piemontese (a veggie one ). All the ingredients were fresh - including/especially the avocado in the piemontese which I usually judge places on. The mozzarella overpowers the other fine ingredients. This was my second time here, and what a delight! This time around I got the vegetarian truffle flatbread and added smoked salmon, which was a delicious touch. Everything about the flavor worked--truffle, arugula, salmon, and even more. The price isn't bad when you order a vegetarian and add your own protein for $3 more. The Piadina's are to die for!! You will not find anything fresher in Miami. The ingredients are of the highest quality with an Italian twist. The Pollo is my favorite and I can't seem to get enough. Honestly at first glance it looks like a normal wrap but when you bite into it all of that changes. The Piadina or "wrap" is like an Italian mix of a crepe and tortilla but so much better. It's soft and equally crunchy but the best part is what goes inside. Cheese so melty it's almost liquid, flavors nice and balanced and most importantly you can taste that it's fresh and high quality. As far as food trucks go this one is definitely at the top of ones you don't want to miss and won't feel guilty about later. I am a native italian, and its been a long time since I eaten piadina. This is the first time in the United States that I found some one who makes it. I was very impressed with these guys who really prepared it, I felt I was in italy. The price is right and the ingredients were on point.
