Wow this place is phenomenal. I am Italian and don't like to go out for italian food because it never ends up meeting my standards, but this place is all that! We started off with a negroni that was crisp and got our appetite going. For starters we had: the caesar salad- covered in parm, delicious dressing stracciatella- wow this one was so good paired with their sourdough bread yellowfin tuna tartare- delicious sauce, crunch topping octopus- delicious aioli and balsamic. yum For pastas we had: cacio e pepe- one of my favorite. i loved the thick cut pasta that was cooked perfectly. fettuccine verde- i was surprised at how much i enjoyed this one. the leeks and lemon were a great pairing peruvuan corn cappellacci- my favorite. i love sweet corn in pasta MUST GET agnolotti di funghi- delicious if you love mushrooms like me, great brown butter sauce raviolo- nice truffle taste, i didnt like the squishy texture beef milanesa- delicious beef cutlets and i usually dont like beef cutlets. they did it right For dessert we had: alfajor- i didnt try this, but i heard it was good cream volteada with burnt caramel- delicious if you like caramel tarta de quesos- very good. The service workers are friendly. The place is a little on the smaller end so its intimate, but i love the peruvian decor.

Pasta in Wynwood is such a unique concept .. it's a Peruvian inspired Italian pasta restaurant where all the pastas are made in house daily. You can really taste the difference in every bite. We started with the beef tartare and the octopus in squid ink, and both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. For our entrees, we shared several pasta dishes: the Cacio e Pepe, the Fettuccine Verde with leeks, lemon, and Parmesan, the agnolotti with mushrooms, the cavatelli with Italian sausage and the Truffle Summer Pasta. Honestly, I couldn't pick a favorite xxeach one had its own personality, flavor, and texture, and all were amazing in their own way. If I had to highlight one, the Fettuccine Verde stood out for its freshness and subtle lemony touch, and I also loved their creative spin on the Cacio e Pepe. For dessert, we couldn't resist the Tarta de Queso (their Basque style cheesecake) and the Torta de Pistachio ..both were incredible, though the pistachio i enjoyed a little more because i love anything pistachio. I had to finish off the evening with an Espresso Martini, which was the perfect ending to a phenomenal meal.

Casual place for great food. Lots of windows and natural light so I think it's nice for a lunch spot. Limited menu and like the name they mostly have pastas but everything is so fresh and made to perfection! Service was good too.

My absolute favorite pasta place ever, I go here at least once a month. I have tried almost every single thing on the menu and everything is amazing, totally recommend.

I'm still thinking about the house-made stracciatella and the sourdough slices that came with it. The stracciatella was silky, creamy, and incredibly fresh -- topped off with some truffle oil, it was absolutely unforgettable. Paired with the warm, crusty sourdough, it was simple but so well executed. We sat at the chef's counter, which made the experience even more special. Watching everything being prepared from scratch while enjoying some of the freshest pasta was such a treat. Added bonus was getting to know one of the chef's that was brought from Peru to open the location. We shared three pasta dishes, and the portions were perfect -- satisfying without being too heavy. You leave feeling content, not weighed down. I highly recommend the cacio e pepe -- beautifully balanced, rich yet light, and executed flawlessly. Another dish was the Agnolotti di funghi with butter and 36 month parmigiano reggiano. With every bite it melts in your mouth! Delicious. For desserts we had the panna cotta with burnt caramel was silky and perfectly balanced -- light, creamy, with a deep, slightly smoky caramel that wasn't too sweet. Tarta de queso a basque cheesecake was the star: beautifully caramelized on top with an ultra-creamy, melt-in-your-mouth center. Rich but not heavy. The space is inviting and welcoming, striking a perfect balance between elevated and comfortable. They truly delivered, and I'm already looking forward to going back.

The food at PASTA was pretty good, but wasn't anything crazy. We went on a week night so it was very easy to grab a reservation and get seated early. The environment was pretty good with tables pretty spread out across the restaurant. Highly recommend the burrata bread dip that we got as an appetizer.

Great, quiet spot for some delicious pasta. Recommended to have a reservation. Great spot for girls night, date night, or family dinners.

Stunning space with high ceilings, open kitchens and comfortable ample seating options. Service is attentive and knowledgeable. The meal was outstanding - scrumptious flavors and freshest of the fresh. Pasta sits in the perfect intersection of homey and flavor city. Check them out!

Another pasta place in wynwood... and i need to say i didnt see anything special about this one. We were sat in a counter facing the street and that was not great - the street is not pretty, there is no people watching at all and we were turned away from everyhing/everyone. Plates and drinks were good - we had the house stracciatella, carbonara and the cacio e pepe. But again, nothing out of this world. There are definitely better pastas in the city. It was good to check it out but we would probably rather go somewhere else next time.

Been trying to come here for months - and today was finally the day !!! Why oh why did we wait so long - excellent service - amazing appetizers and what can I say about the food - 10 starts Oh please don't pass the opportunity to have the "cheesecake" you won't regret it !!

Decided to check this place out and happy I did. The pasta is made fresh in house. Out of everything we ordered the cacio e Pepe was definitely the star of the night. The least favorite was the truffle pasta. Coming from someone who likes truffle it was too strong for my liking but if you love truffle it's probably what you would enjoy. Overall, it was a good experience and I would return

Amazing! Everything was so fresh. We tried 3 different pastas and our favorite was the one with corn ... yum! We sat at the bar and the staff were friendly and served up some delicious drinks ... I requested the espresso martini to be on the less sweeter side and they delivered well. Looking forward to coming back and trying other dishes on the menu.

First time at Pasta and we were very happy! The service was friendly, and the restaurant was nicely decorated. Simple yet modern, with ambient lighting and an open kitchen/bar area. We ordered through the Miami Spice menu. We got to try the Calamari Fritti which were delicious and crispy. The Tartar sauce was sooo good, very herby and fresh. The salad was well dressed and had a little spice to it. I don't love the concept of the whole lettuce leave salad instead of it being chopped, i do see how it looks more aesthetic, it's just a hassle to cut at the table and can be a little messy We order the housemade stracciatella and sourdough form the regular menu and it was amazing. the bread was warm and toasted, perfect amount of 'sour.' The stracciatella was creamy and delicious, and the olive oil added a nice touch of bitterness. For mains we ordered the fettuccini verdi and the corn cappellacci. The cappellacci were the best bite of the night. Sweet, creamy pillowy goodness bathed in brown butter and pecorino, which balanced out the dish by adding saltiness and richness. Ended dinner with the chocolate gelato and the Panna cotta with burnt caramel. Both delicious in their own way, the gelato was creamy and not overly bitter. The panna cotta was creamy and tasty. I'm not a big fan of burnt caramel, but it was delicious nonetheless. Loved Pasta, can't wait to be back and try more dishes!

Btw if you want your pasta to be served alongside your main protein choice tell your server and make sure he understands. Otherwise you will be eating it separately. Unfortunately, the illusion fades rather quickly. The first sign of trouble arrives with the server sporting a rather impressive lip piercing, followed closely by a colleague whose diamond nose stud could probably be seen from space. Not exactly the ambiance one expects when aiming for "elegant." Despite the abundance of servers floating around the dining room, none seem to notice when your knife dramatically dives off the table and lands on the floor -- where it enjoys a long, lonely stay. Water service is also quite innovative: they simply leave the entire bottle at the table, which seems less about generosity and more about avoiding the inconvenience of returning to refill your glass. The food? Sadly just as uninspired. From the octopus to the $68 Milanese, every dish managed the impressive feat of being completely flavorless. The Milanese arrived with a beautiful crust, which raised hopes... until you realized there was no sauce, no garnish, and nothing to rescue what turned out to be a remarkably bland plate. Meanwhile, the staff appears deeply committed to minimizing effort -- though not shy about judging you directly when the tip doesn't meet their expectations. All in all, this place feels like fine dining in costume. Perhaps a return to the basics of hospitality and service would be a good start... followed by a serious conversation with whoever is currently in the kitchen. Good luck to anyone brave enough to give it a try.

The hostesses (2) told us 45', we agreed. I asked to go to the bar to have drinks, we were told we couldn't (the bar had some open seats). I said OK, I'll order the drink and we wait outside, hostess was annoyed at that suggestion. She said if we wanted a drink, we'd have to go to their sister restaurant (which was packed). After 1hr 15' (we stayed outside waiting, no drinks), we checked in and the hostess rudely told us that she can't foresee when people will leave. So we took our $350 check to Hillstones, where they value regulars. We have dined at Luca before and love their food, but seems like success has gotten to the hostess' heads. Restaurants, especially in Miami, succeed and survive from the loyal locals, not from tourists nor fads. Seems that Luca has forgotten that. We're happy to take our business elsewhere, even a chain restaurant who values repeat customers.
