My absolute favorite pasta place ever, I go here at least once a month. I have tried almost every single thing on the menu and everything is amazing, totally recommend.

Casual place for great food. Lots of windows and natural light so I think it's nice for a lunch spot. Limited menu and like the name they mostly have pastas but everything is so fresh and made to perfection! Service was good too.

Hip place that is attractive, dimly lit, with open industrial looking ceiling and quite a bit of noise from a/c. This made it unnecessarily noisy. Serving staff very attentive. Appetizers were plenty big; big enough for three. Romaine salad excellent and very fresh. Stracciatella with sour dough toast was so creamy and delicious. Another reviewer said pasta sizes small. I disagree! In fact I couldn't have eaten more without feeling sick. Americans have gotten so used to ridiculously sized pasta entrees. This isn't Olive Garden! My celeriac pasta was so fresh and subtle. A knock out. Spouse got corn pasta thing in brown butter which was rather sweet but also yummy. I didn't think the cost was excessive. $108 for two entrees and appetizers. (No drinks or desserts) Tip and tax included. I don't like the 20% tip added on but I would have tipped that anyway.

Wow this place is phenomenal. I am Italian and don't like to go out for italian food because it never ends up meeting my standards, but this place is all that! We started off with a negroni that was crisp and got our appetite going. For starters we had: the caesar salad- covered in parm, delicious dressing stracciatella- wow this one was so good paired with their sourdough bread yellowfin tuna tartare- delicious sauce, crunch topping octopus- delicious aioli and balsamic. yum For pastas we had: cacio e pepe- one of my favorite. i loved the thick cut pasta that was cooked perfectly. fettuccine verde- i was surprised at how much i enjoyed this one. the leeks and lemon were a great pairing peruvuan corn cappellacci- my favorite. i love sweet corn in pasta MUST GET agnolotti di funghi- delicious if you love mushrooms like me, great brown butter sauce raviolo- nice truffle taste, i didnt like the squishy texture beef milanesa- delicious beef cutlets and i usually dont like beef cutlets. they did it right For dessert we had: alfajor- i didnt try this, but i heard it was good cream volteada with burnt caramel- delicious if you like caramel tarta de quesos- very good. The service workers are friendly. The place is a little on the smaller end so its intimate, but i love the peruvian decor.

Pasta in Wynwood is such a unique concept .. it's a Peruvian inspired Italian pasta restaurant where all the pastas are made in house daily. You can really taste the difference in every bite. We started with the beef tartare and the octopus in squid ink, and both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. For our entrees, we shared several pasta dishes: the Cacio e Pepe, the Fettuccine Verde with leeks, lemon, and Parmesan, the agnolotti with mushrooms, the cavatelli with Italian sausage and the Truffle Summer Pasta. Honestly, I couldn't pick a favorite xxeach one had its own personality, flavor, and texture, and all were amazing in their own way. If I had to highlight one, the Fettuccine Verde stood out for its freshness and subtle lemony touch, and I also loved their creative spin on the Cacio e Pepe. For dessert, we couldn't resist the Tarta de Queso (their Basque style cheesecake) and the Torta de Pistachio ..both were incredible, though the pistachio i enjoyed a little more because i love anything pistachio. I had to finish off the evening with an Espresso Martini, which was the perfect ending to a phenomenal meal.

The food at PASTA was pretty good, but wasn't anything crazy. We went on a week night so it was very easy to grab a reservation and get seated early. The environment was pretty good with tables pretty spread out across the restaurant. Highly recommend the burrata bread dip that we got as an appetizer.

Great, quiet spot for some delicious pasta. Recommended to have a reservation. Great spot for girls night, date night, or family dinners.

Stunning space with high ceilings, open kitchens and comfortable ample seating options. Service is attentive and knowledgeable. The meal was outstanding - scrumptious flavors and freshest of the fresh. Pasta sits in the perfect intersection of homey and flavor city. Check them out!

Another pasta place in wynwood... and i need to say i didnt see anything special about this one. We were sat in a counter facing the street and that was not great - the street is not pretty, there is no people watching at all and we were turned away from everyhing/everyone. Plates and drinks were good - we had the house stracciatella, carbonara and the cacio e pepe. But again, nothing out of this world. There are definitely better pastas in the city. It was good to check it out but we would probably rather go somewhere else next time.

Been trying to come here for months - and today was finally the day !!! Why oh why did we wait so long - excellent service - amazing appetizers and what can I say about the food - 10 starts Oh please don't pass the opportunity to have the "cheesecake" you won't regret it !!

Decided to check this place out and happy I did. The pasta is made fresh in house. Out of everything we ordered the cacio e Pepe was definitely the star of the night. The least favorite was the truffle pasta. Coming from someone who likes truffle it was too strong for my liking but if you love truffle it's probably what you would enjoy. Overall, it was a good experience and I would return

Amazing! Everything was so fresh. We tried 3 different pastas and our favorite was the one with corn ... yum! We sat at the bar and the staff were friendly and served up some delicious drinks ... I requested the espresso martini to be on the less sweeter side and they delivered well. Looking forward to coming back and trying other dishes on the menu.

First time at Pasta and we were very happy! The service was friendly, and the restaurant was nicely decorated. Simple yet modern, with ambient lighting and an open kitchen/bar area. We ordered through the Miami Spice menu. We got to try the Calamari Fritti which were delicious and crispy. The Tartar sauce was sooo good, very herby and fresh. The salad was well dressed and had a little spice to it. I don't love the concept of the whole lettuce leave salad instead of it being chopped, i do see how it looks more aesthetic, it's just a hassle to cut at the table and can be a little messy We order the housemade stracciatella and sourdough form the regular menu and it was amazing. the bread was warm and toasted, perfect amount of 'sour.' The stracciatella was creamy and delicious, and the olive oil added a nice touch of bitterness. For mains we ordered the fettuccini verdi and the corn cappellacci. The cappellacci were the best bite of the night. Sweet, creamy pillowy goodness bathed in brown butter and pecorino, which balanced out the dish by adding saltiness and richness. Ended dinner with the chocolate gelato and the Panna cotta with burnt caramel. Both delicious in their own way, the gelato was creamy and not overly bitter. The panna cotta was creamy and tasty. I'm not a big fan of burnt caramel, but it was delicious nonetheless. Loved Pasta, can't wait to be back and try more dishes!

Unfortunately, the illusion fades rather quickly. The first sign of trouble arrives with the server sporting a rather impressive lip piercing, followed closely by a colleague whose diamond nose stud could probably be seen from space. Not exactly the ambiance one expects when aiming for "elegant." Despite the abundance of servers floating around the dining room, none seem to notice when your knife dramatically dives off the table and lands on the floor -- where it enjoys a long, lonely stay. Water service is also quite innovative: they simply leave the entire bottle at the table, which seems less about generosity and more about avoiding the inconvenience of returning to refill your glass. The food? Sadly just as uninspired. From the octopus to the $68 Milanese, every dish managed the impressive feat of being completely flavorless. The Milanese arrived with a beautiful crust, which raised hopes... until you realized there was no sauce, no garnish, and nothing to rescue what turned out to be a remarkably bland plate. Meanwhile, the staff appears deeply committed to minimizing effort -- though not shy about judging you directly when the tip doesn't meet their expectations. All in all, this place feels like fine dining in costume. Perhaps a return to the basics of hospitality and service would be a good start... followed by a serious conversation with whoever is currently in the kitchen. Good luck to anyone brave enough to give it a try.

We choose the indoor seating this time around, but I think I prefer the outdoor seating. Indoors was lovely. It was dark, sexy, no bugs, and the perfect temperature. We ordered: Faust wine 5/5 All the usual free apps 5/5 Grilled Octopus 5/5 Spicy Rigatoni 5/5 Veal Parmesan 5/5 The service was great! They had amazing team work to provide the perfect high class dinning for guest. I never had to think about water being refilled, wine glass being refilled, or crumbs on the table. They checked in with us just enough. Price: If you have drinks, apps, entree, and dessert expect to spend around $300 or more. Portions: Not the largest portions for "family size" but if it's just two it may be filling enough because they give you bread, cheese, cured meats, and pickled cauliflower for the appetizers. Overall, this is one of our favorite spots and it's truly worth the hype. For it being F1 weekend it was not as hectic as expected.

I had high expectations for Carbone, especially given its reputation, but unfortunately, my…read moreexperience left me feeling disappointed. THE FOOD The food itself wasn't the problem- the value was. Charging nearly $200 for a 2.5-pound lobster and serving what appeared to be no more than 10 ounces of meat is unacceptable. I've ordered lobster countless times, and this was nowhere close to what should come from a lobster of that size. It honestly felt like a bait-and-switch. At Carbone's prices and reputation, I expected transparency and quality, not to leave wondering if I had just paid hundreds of dollars for an empty shell. It completely overshadowed the rest of the meal and left a terrible impression. THE SERVICE Our wait staff was excellent- friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. When I raised my concern about the lobster, however, there wasn't a meaningful solution offered. The manager did bring out complimentary meatballs and two slices of cake, which was appreciated, but it didn't address the actual issue. I requested the veal entrée (about $125) as a gesture of goodwill, but that request was denied. I left feeling that my concerns were acknowledged but not truly resolved. THE VIBE The ambiance is everything you'd expect from Carbone- stylish, energetic, and full of old-school charm. It's a beautiful restaurant with a lively atmosphere, making it a great place for a special occasion. Ultimately, the atmosphere and attentive wait staff weren't enough to make up for what felt like poor value and an unsatisfactory resolution to a legitimate concern. At this level of dining, guests should leave feeling impressed--not questioning whether they received what they paid for. Our total bill was close to $1000. UNACCEPTABLE.
