An abundance of good food at reasonable prices. Very clean establishment, friendly owners and good food. You can't go wrong. I recommend getting an extra side of marinara sauce for the sub, which I thought about but didn't do.

First off there is not much indoor seating so come prepared that it's best for takeout. There are benches to wait on once your order is placed. The menu boards are well explained. Many options of either build your own or house specialties. Love the spin on some of the items like Meatball Minnow, Great White Cheesy Bread and Megalodon Meat Sauce Special to name a few! Customer service was very inviting, friendly and helpful in choosing meals. Dessert case has many delicious choices! Portion sizes are generous which is always a plus! Definitely going to keep this place in rotation for freshly prepared pasta for take out!

It's for take out, not an ear it there place. The owner/operator was really friendly and the food was ready quickly. My wife and I wanted to sample multiple things so we got the pasta with both marinara and Alfredo packaged separately, meatballs and garlic bread. Both sauces were good, the garlic bread had a nice flavor and the meatballs were delicious. The lemoncello cake was so good we regret we only got one to share. It's a fun shark theme, and they carry that into the meal names. For a quick and easy dinner it's a great option and we will be back, especially as we head to hockey practices in the future!

I'm so surprised that I never heard of this place until my husband looked up "pasta" within 5 miles radius of our house. I was 15 minutes away from hangry and thank goodness we found this place! The online ordering was easy to navigate. The pick up process was easy. The owner was the one who helped me. The store might have a few chairs and a table, but it's meant to be a grab and go place. Love the brightness of the store and the beach theme! The portion size was large. I had leftover even I was very hungry. I ordered the mac and cheese and my husband ordered the shipwreck (cute names!) we also wanted to try out the garlic bread and a side a broccoli. 100% will return and try other dishes!!

Whenever I'm housesitting in a part of town far from my own, I like to check out the restaurants. Spaghetti Shark is a locally owned spot in south Tempe that opened in June. There's very, very limited seating in the storefront, so it's definitely a takeout-focused business. Pasta is the star here, obviously; you can build your own meal with lots of options for customization, or you can order a larger bundle for a group meal. There is also a limited selection of subs, breads and a Caesar salad. I ordered one of the combo options meant to feed a small group of maybe three or four. My order was ready quickly and the man behind the counter was very friendly. There's lots of cute shark decor inside and outside. The spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs were very good--rich flavor, nicely seasoned. After eating my fill, there's definitely at least two more meals' worth left, so they don't skimp on portions. I also got a piece of their house-made cheesecake with caramel sauce, which was great. The meal came with garlic bread, which wasn't bad, but it lacked something. A little more crunchiness? A little more garlicky goodness? It was fine, especially when dipped in the sauce, but I didn't love it. In this economy, I'm a little baffled by the spaghetti to go trend, as it's really one of the cheapest and fastest things to cook at home. But it's definitely a thing now, and Spaghetti Shark is a great place for it--fast, friendly and tasty, with a cute concept and prices that are comparable to other similar eateries. If you're looking for takeout pasta, especially to feed a family, I recommend it.

My absolute favorite is their fresh Antipasto Salad and warm Ciabatta bread. I highly recommend ordering a side of their scampi butter for the bread. Yum! We've always loved the food and have recommended it to so many people over the years. We recently saw the $25 family special that included a baked rigatoni, salad, and bread for 3-4 people, so we decided to give it a try and ordered curbside pickup. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed when we got home. The order only came with 4 small pieces of bread, and the baked rigatoni with sausage had only about one whole sausage sliced throughout the entire 3-4 person portion. For a meal advertised to feed 3-4 people, we expected there to be enough sausage for everyone to actually get a serving. It felt like the protein was cut way back, which made the meal feel incomplete. We're not writing this because we don't like Rigatony's - we genuinely do, and we'll most likely continue coming back because we've had so many great experiences over the years. We just hope this was a one-time issue or that they reconsider the portions for this special, because it didn't live up to the quality and value we've come to expect from a restaurant we've loved for so long.

It's the kind of restaurant that makes getting dressed up feel exciting and worth it, and I absolutely loved that about the experience. It felt like such a perfect date night spot or place to celebrate something special. The servers were also extremely attentive the entire night. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling overbearing. The service honestly matched the upscale atmosphere perfectly and made the whole experience feel even more polished. And OMG... the food. SO SO SO SO SO GOOD. Like genuinely one of those meals where every single bite makes you pause for a second because it tastes that incredible. I got the chicken orzo along with the lime icebox cake for dessert, and both were absolutely amazingggg. The chicken orzo was phenomenal. The lemon flavor throughout the orzo was bright, fresh, and flavorful without being overpowering, and the tomatoes were the PERFECT addition because they balanced everything so well and added a little sweetness and freshness to the dish. But the chicken... wow. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while still being super juicy and tender inside, which is honestly hard to do. Every component of the dish worked together perfectly. Magnificent is genuinely the best word for it. And the lime icebox cake was the perfect ending to the meal, refreshing, creamy, flavorful, and not too heavy after dinner. Honestly, I'm sitting here craving the food again just looking back at the pictures I took. This is definitely one of those restaurants that sticks in your mind long after you leave.

The restaurant itself is very cute and clearly designed for photos, which matches what I saw on their Instagram. Service overall was fantastic. The food, however, was just okay. I ordered the burrata and fig plate and was told they'd replace the bread with apple slices. I received five very small slices of apple, and when the plate was set down the waitress said she'd get more if needed. I later noticed I was charged $2 for an additional five slices, which together didn't even amount to half an apple. Ironically, the bread that comes with the dish would have been far more substantial. The burrata was fine, but nothing memorable. My friend ordered the chicken and brussels sprouts and didn't even finish it before having the plate taken away. The flourless almond cake was the star, a bit salty on its own, but with the ice cream and whipped cream it was a delightful combo which were the highlight. Overall, this is a great spot for cocktails, ambiance, and photos, but the food is fairly mediocre compared to the setting.

Our server was friendly and although it seemed like she was new, if she didn't know the answer to our questions she happily asked her peers for the answer. We had a few hiccups but she was very apologetic and nice about it. We ordered the meatball Ferris wheel, kids cheese pizza, and hot Sicilian pizza. I thought it was really cool how the Ferris wheel actually spun. I did think the polenta would be a bigger portion and served on the side. (They put the polenta in each meatball cup) The meatballs were a good size and tasted pretty good. One of them was topped with Calabrian chili and it was really good. It may have been their monthly special. The kids pizza was a good size for our toddler and you could tell it wasn't frozen cheese pizza. The cheese was good and I like that it comes with a drink. I think it also comes with a dessert but our server didn't offer it and we didn't think we needed it. They did bring the pizza out piping hot and considering it's for a kid I would have appreciated if they let it cool a bit instead of bringing it fresh out the oven. The pizza was amazing and had such good flavor. I loved the ricotta and hot honey. I just wish it was a little bigger, but with the meatballs it was more than enough for two people. We don't eat Italian often but would definitely be back when we do.

That misconception disappeared immediately upon stepping through the doorway. Warm, inviting ambiance, full of character. Attending the birthday celebration for an esteemed young man, our table wasn't ready (we were early) and the hostess offered us seats at the bar while awaiting our party. We each had a wine spritzer... may I say that the very few such concoctions I've had bearing that name didn't do justice to what we were served. I've never had anything like this, a "Sgroppino" (I'm partial to strawberry!) and it was perhaps the best adult beverage I've had in a very long time. Many different nuances in a glass. Stunning subtle, many diverse flavors. Mmm. Our bartender was an artist of the mixed adult beverage, a delightful individual with a warm, genuine smile and an encyclopedic knowledge of how to do his job expertly. Rare that you meet someone like this who isn't all measuring cups and shot glasses: everything he concocted was done by eye, and judging by what he made for us, his expertise was immediately apparent. Ben fatto. È andata benissimo, brava. When we'd all arrived, we were escorted to the "garden shed"... a smaller out-building filled with racks of wine, perhaps an ideal place for small wedding receptions or engagement parties. Well-cooled despite our broiling Phoenix evening. We had the garlic bread; someone ordered IL Tagliere, Calamari (no, thank you), and a basket of bread.
