On July 4, between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m., I had another unpleasant interaction with one of your employees. This is not the first time she has been rude or acted as though customers are bothering her. I asked only that my vegetables be placed in separate cups so they would not run onto the meat, but her response was unprofessional and disrespectful. The food is good, but this employee's customer service is consistently poor, and I understand others have had similar experiences. No customer should be treated this way. I like to come here sometimes when I'm busy running errands or no time to cook. The people that work here are all friendly and work as a team to push out orders during busy times like Sunday after church. The restaurant is mostly grab and go but they do have a few nice tables to dine in. I always get it to go. I only order the baked chicken or chopped steak, carrot soufflé and broccoli every now and then I'll get a slice of cake. My food is always good sometimes they run out of the baked chicken but otherwise I enjoy it. They do have handicapped access. read more

This is my go to these days especially when I'm tired of cooking. I can always get a meat and 2 sides and the food is always good and tasty. The carrot soufflé is of course always on my plate along with the crab salad. I prefer the to go location more so than the restaurant because I am in and out in no time. I don't think the to go location has all the veggie options as the restaurant, but I can always find something I like. The employees are always friendly when I go and if they are running low, just ask if there's more in the back and it usually is. There are a few tables to eat in if you'd like, but most people get their food to go. If you've never been to Piccadilly please go try it. it's as close to home cooking as you could get (my opinion) read more

A consistent variety of southern cooked & Mixed-Ethnicity/Americana dishes!! They are always friendly willing to research an answer & the Manager is always in sight!! I am a fan of "Liver & Onions", but am not fond of cooking them!! Piccadilly's gives me a healthy iron rich ""heme" without having to actually do the work!! I have been a fan since I moved from Chicago (10+ years ago) . The serving size is adjustable (1 or 2 pieces) and desserts are always tempting. There is something here for everyone's taste! Piccadilly has always been one of my FAVORITE places to eat since I was a little girl! I love, love the chopped beef. My typical plate is chopped beef (large), mac-n-cheese or carrot souffle', greens or broccoli, corn bread and tea. When they put a TO GO store in Cordova, I was like a kid at Christmas! My wife and I go about every other week. We have never been disappointed with the food, it's preparation and the friendly employees. I got beef stew last night, tender meat, great veggies and sides. I highly recommend take out dinners cooked like at home and reasonable prices read more

I'd already sworn off Germantown Piccadilly due to the horrific service. This location is so close to me I had to give it a try. Parking for me was easy. Service was very pleasant and very quick. Very adequately staffed. I love plenty of onions with my liver and I got them. Food was piping hot even after I got home. I'm giving five stars based on cafeteria style takeout. I suggest everyone eat at the Piccadilly that is in Germantown instead of this one. When this location first opened up they were amazing me & my boyfriend would come 2-3 times a week. The last 3 or 4 visits, the food hasn't been as good. Service isn't as good and they switched their rolls from the beginning. This visit i asked for gravy on the side and they still put a lot of gravy in the box which bleed out the bag so it spilled everywhere when i opened it. Also, i bought 2 puddings, never have a problem with them, but i got 2 puddings almost a week old which had black specs in them. Probably won't spend my money here ever again. read more

Great place!!! Excellent idea to open a Piccadilly To Go. My Gradmother has loved to eat at Piccadilly for many years. She is 96 years old and not able to go out to eat. I ordered fried fish and some veggies. It was so good. I got my Grandmother a veggie plate. She enjoyed hers so much. When I went in to order everyone was so nice and helpful. It was such a pleasant experience. The menu online does not match but they said it is in the process of being updated. We will be back very soon. read more

This is the first time I've ever posted a rating about a place of business. Terrible service (and it's literally an assembly line). Items ordered online were not available upon arrival. All 4 vegetables were sloppily thrown together in a 3 compartment container. The server scratched her face and hair while handling food, and was audibly talking about customers right in front of them. I love Piccadilly and will continue to drive to Germantown. I will never visit this location again. I wish I could rate it less than 1 star. read more
