Came in late night, which is the only reason I will give them 2 stars instead of 1. They advertise slices until 3am. When we went in at around 2 , they refused to sell us slices and we had to order an extra large pie to split between 3 people. When we got the pizza, it was average at best. Then when we asked for a box to take home the half of the pizza we had left, the guy would only give us a small box the held at most 2 slices, so we had to stack the slices, making them soggy. In addition, even though they had a self dispensing soda machine, they refused to give us cups for water, despite the fact that we had just spent $36 on a pizza when all we had wanted was 3 cheap slices. I'd rather go to bed hungry then go back to this place. Awful customer service. read more

This place is so bad I wouldn't wish a visit here on my worst enemy. The owner is a complete a$$hole. He makes the soup nazi look like Mr. Rogers. I went in for lunch and ordered the Chicken Marsala. While waiting I got a call and had to get it to go instead of eating there. When I asked for a takeout box the owner scowled at me, told me he didn't like my attitude, and handed me a tiny styrofoam box. I asked if he had something big enough to put the food in and he refused, saying that the little container was all he would give me. Then he tells me that in addition to not approving of my attitude, he doesn't like my sunglasses. I asked again for a container but he still refused. Instead he grabbed my plate and had someone put it in a to go bag for me. The entire time he is scolding me because of the way I look, "my attitude" and because I dared to ask for takeout. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant in my entire life. I can't believe this guy is in business. I'm embarrassed that they are part of downtown Fort Worth. Oh yeah, the Chicken Marsala was marginal. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or just don't eat. read more

First time trying this spot while working downtown and I thought the quality was there. I had the baked ziti. Loved it. However when I went in I saw the sign for gift cards. Asked to buy one. The gentleman at the corner said, we don't have gift cards. When I pointed to the sign he advised he had never seen one. Weird but whatever. Chocolate mousse cake was rich but tasty. I'll definitely try it again to explore the menu a bit more. read more

I've eaten at the restaurant several times. They have good food. It's reasonably priced and tastes good. However, I will never, ever eat there again and will do everything in my power to spread negativity to all of my friends and family who frequent downtown Ft. Worth. Last night, while in the cigar shop of the Sinclair Building (right next door to Picchi Pacchi, I needed to use the facilities. I'd been to Picchi Pacchi before, so knew where their restrooms were and did not know if the cigar shop had any. So I simply went over to Picchi Pacchi's. I ran upstairs, used the restroom and was headed back out. I'd eaten at Uno's and their restroom was closed for cleaning when I left, so it was my intent to simply slip in and use another restroom. After exiting the restroom, there was a male Picchi Pacchi employee posted on the stairs. He began talking to me but I wasn't really paying attention. When it registered that he was talking to me, I took in that he asked me "did you ask someone to use the restroom." It was a tone and an approach that someone uses when they're looking to start a fist-fight. It threw me off. I said "no. I didn't." He kept talking and raising his voice. This idiot was taking it to a whole other level, and before I did something stupid (I was 2 seconds away from waxing the floor with this rude, obnoxious idiot), I left. Picchi Pacchi - This isn't New York, and if you want to pretend like it is - either place signs up or lock your bathrooms. You're putting your employees in danger otherwise, because if you expect them to guard the bathrooms - a.) that's pathetic and b.) they're going to get hurt. I went to visit Picchi Pacchi on July 5th, 2015. The place is nice enough, but the food and customer service leaves much to be desired. I was visiting Fort Worth due to an annual convention that had been in the area for many years now. Restaurants in the area are used to this busy season with us visiting. That day, a friend of mine encouraged me to buy food from there. As I wanted to eat something light, I decided to buy a pizza. The line was really long and was moving slowly. As we neared the front of the line, my friend noted that there were less people working there that day. She had eaten there on the Fourth of July, when they had had four people working. Once we were second in line, we noticed that the server and the black family who was at the front of the line were having a somewhat heated discussion. I wasn't sure what the issue was until I got to the front of the line. By the way, bathroom was not very clean. When I took my godsister to use the washroom, one lady working upstairs was glaring at us for some reason. (This was before we ordered, by the way.) My godsister was even asking me why the lady was looking so mean at us. I honestly had no idea what to say. My friend had decided to order for us so things would move quicker. She told the gentleman behind the glass that we would be ordering a pizza with six slices and her family would be ordering another pizza. The server interrupted her and said, "What? What do you want?" She started to repeat herself again. He again interrupts and says, "You're confusing me here. There are too many orders." She says, "There is no confusion. My friends are ordering -" He cuts her off again, "Why don't you just let your friend order? They can speak for themselves." At this point, I am truly livid, but I was trying my best not to lose it in there. (My friend is not a native English speaker, but she speaks English perfectly. I thought it was very rude of him to imply that he couldn't understand her, to constantly interrupt her and then tell her that she was confusing him.) I just glared at the server, grit my teeth and said, " SIX. PIZ-ZAS." Surprisingly enough, with my low volume and through gritted teeth, he was somehow able to finally understand that my family needed six pizzas. We finally got through ordering all of our meal. When we went to the cash register, I spoke to the lady with red hair at the cash register (I assume it was the owner's wife.) I told her as kindly as I could that they needed to work on their customer service. She asked what I meant. I explained to her that we were just ordering our food and the server was being really short with us. She started defending him, saying that it was a very busy time and they were understaffed. I told her, as nicely as I could, that while I understand it was a busy time and that they were understaffed, but this behaviour was really unacceptable and it was something they needed to work on. This man in an orange shirt came up - I think he was the owner. He starts talking in a very loud voice, "I DON'T WANT ANY COMPLAINTS HERE. I DON'T LIKE COMPLAINTS. I DON'T WANT ANY COMPLAINTS. WE ARE BUSY HERE.WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR YOUR COMPLAINTS. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT." As my mother tried to intervene and speak to him, he just continued to talk over us and repeat himself. I then said, "All right then, I'll just write my complaints on Yelp then." All of a sudden, his demeanour changed. Everyone after us starting getting stellar service. To top it off, the food was extremely oily. When we brought it back to our hotel room, my father literally held the pizza vertically and watched the oil pour back in the box. All you could taste was oil and salt. If we weren't in such a hurry to get back to our convention, I wouldn't have given them any money or eaten the food at all. To end this extremely long review, I just want to say this: "If you can't take the heat, don't work in the kitchen." If you're understaffed and it's a busy day, don't take that out on your customers. That's not our fault. We are giving you money. If you can't handle this, close for a day or something. Secondly, plan better. This was the week of the Fourth of July. I was attending a convention that has been occurring in Fort Worth (around the same time) for over 30 years. The busyness on Fourth of July week should not come as a surprise. Get your supplies ready and hire more people. Better yet, have the owner and his henchman work in the back, and find some friendly people to take the orders. It's possible that I might be reading too much into the situation, but I didn't get the impression that the staff takes very kindly to minorities, if you get my drift. I understand we were in Texas, but it is a tourist area. You can at least pretend to be nice when you take our money. I hope no one buys from them again. read more

Good place to stop by for a quick lunch. Not bad but not the best either. Their pizza slices are massive... one slice was good enough for me. They warm your slice up in the oven before giving it to you -- which I liked, my crust was nice and crispy. I did order a side salad but next time, I'm going to probably pass because I was overly full. The side salad had their house tomato vinaigrette on it which was really good -- I would've probably preferred half of the amount that they had put on it though. Come before noon if you can during the week... this place gets busy quick! read more

The food is sub par quality to that of a slice of pizza from the mall, but not as tasty and costs more around $5.00. The service which our experience was horrible. Long unorganized lines. Why did I listen to the hotel front desk! We got delivery to our hotel. Maybe the pizza is better, but the spaghetti and the baked ziti we got were nothing more than average. The food wasn't too bad but the customer service was. Along with staff. A friend needed to use the restroom and the unnecessary security guard told us we have to buy something in order to use the restroom. Which is ridiculous but we ordered a few slices of pizza and cheesecake. The friend that needed to she the restroom wasn't hungry so she didn't order anything but he had a very nasty attitude and told us " she can't go because you guys ordered the food, not her. " Also the lady employee did not have any interest when we were paying. She was distracted and never looked at us. We left and a cop was nice enough to show us the closest restroom. I work downtown and eat here 2-3 times a week. A slice and a salad with their tomato basil house dressing is the best lunch downtown.

I really like this place. It is closed Sundays however. Almost all of the food is good imo and priced ok. the pizza is the thin crust new york style (they're from the bronx) that they reheat for you in an over. great when hot. they lasagna is also very good. dining is tight some days as may office workers have lunch there. but there are tables upstairs as well. also sell beers of various types and some fruit and desserts. great place for lunch or after dinner snack or a light dinner. try it. read more

I'm usually not an individual that takes their time to write a review on Yelp but something (more specifically, SOMEONE) has been still lingering in my mind so I decided to take the time to write this review. In terms of the food quality it was a decent experience, the pizza slice that they sell was a pretty good size and filling to the stomach. Moreover, the people that were taking the order was patient and cooperative especially to customers that have never been there before, such as me. More importantly, I wanted to talk about a female cashier that was working on January 25th, 2014 around 10:30PM to 12:00AM. I entered the venue excited to try this new experience especially since I was traveling from Austin. However, as we were checking out, I have never experienced such a RUDE cashier. We ordered 2 slices of pizza and 1 drink and she spoke to us with an attitude informing us that they don't allow "sharing drinks" and so we just simply asked why? She then responded verbatim, "If you don't like the rules, you guys can just go somewhere else." I will NEVER go back to this place ever again and I recommend to those people that do decide to go, be cautious with this one female cashier because she will ruin your mood regardless of how happy you were prior to entering the venue. read more

Appreciate that this restaurant is open late....especially for guests at the downtown hotels that are looking for a late night snack (it seems everything closes pretty early here)!! We took the pizza to go and asked that they crisp it up for us so it was not soggy when we got back to the hotel (we had 2 slices of pepperoni and 2 slices of pepperoni and sausage). Attended a company function on August 2nd at Picchi Pacchi. The staff was extremely accommodating and the food was fantastic!

This was the only place we could find late night to grab a bite in walking distance downtown. The pizza was good but I found it to be overpriced for what it was. I would give the pizza four stars, but as far as bang for your buck goes had to lower it down to three. read more

The pizza is already made in a window all they do is warm it up. The only thing they have good there is the Gyro that's it. The cal zone is dry not a lot of cheese. The pizza is bland and greasy as hell. The chicken fettuccine is disgusting very bland dry noodles over cooked even after I almost put the whole thing of Parmesan cheese on there. They are wayyyy to over priced. The prices are ridiculous for what you get. The workers are not very nice either one even wiped his nose while making someone's food. Ordered two slices asked for the bottoms to be well done because well, soggy bottom pizza is gross. Perfectly executed. Crust was perfectly crisp without being too crunchy. Also ordered a gyro which was just mediocre. Pizza slices was reasonably priced but the gyro was pricey given the quality. read more

This place is in downtown Fort Worth and they have good food. They offer delivery but the problem is, they deliver when they feel like it, so it's inconsistent at best. We would definitely order more from here if we could count on delivery being consistent. read more

Affordable pizza by the slice and other Italian goodies, including some really good salads. I had the Picchi Pacchi salad with gyro meat and it was delicious! Everyone should calm down about the bouncer being there at night. This place gets a ton of drunk traffic and he's there to keep everyone safe. At lunchtime they place symphony music, the place is spotless and every table has salt, pepper and crushed red pepper shakers that are not chained down. read more

I was so excited to be back for the stuffed meat pizza, but was let down. The prices went up, AND we were told they would not sell a full pizza to us because they don't have the boxes. They were willing to sell us the pizza by the slice...with each slice being $8 for a grand total of $65 for a full pizza. :/ It was really greasy, more than usual. I also go to a restaurant in hurst called napolis and the pizza tastes the exact same, with this being said it's not bad pizza. The price could be a bit better with a slice of pepperoni pizza coming out to just under $5 no drink or anything included. The owners are okay a bit irritable at times. With the only downfall is the credit card acceptability here. You're telling me I can't use my card unless it's over $5? In all the food is good if that is what you are looking for. read more

I've eaten here several times a few years ago and it used to be really good with friendly staff. We ate here not too long ago and not only wad the food mediocre, the staff was rude and argued with us and other customers. The plate my daughter's spaghetti was on was really hot, so we asked them for another empty plate. They wanted to charge us $5 for an empty plate. They didn't care it was too hot for our daughter. There was an older couple who came in and they wanted to share a bottled water. They wouldn't let them do that. They were extremely rude towards the couple. I will not be going back. read more
