A birthday night was unnecessarily tainted by a surly server who went out of her way to humiliate my partner without apologizing for her error. We came for the music and didn't mind waiting 15-20 minutes after getting menus from the hostess. When another couple arrived 10 minutes after us and the waitress happily greeted them and took their order we were surprised and not happy. An attempt to get her attention was met without acknowledgement but a brusque response - I am with them. Not I'll be with you in a moment , or oops, or I'll get someone else for you. So we went to leave . Disappointed of course, because we wanted a nice experience. As we left she continued her dismissive behavior as my partner simply stated what he wanted. Her attitude was harsh and unwarranted. Fortunately Diego, the manager made it right and brought us to the other room. He took care of us personally and the music and food lived up to all the many very good reviews . Great service was highlighted in all the reviews. Rude and haughty just isn't Tucson. The experience felt crappy -- enough so I am venting here. 5 stars otherwise. Probably some of the best splurge food in Tucson. The wine list is excellent, small plates divine and next time I will be sure to have French Onion soup. We will be back and kudos to Diego who was in an awkward spot. A server who wouldn't back down or say she was sorry and a sad miffed customer. Everyone has a bad day and it's amazing how much a genuine sorry can make things ok.

The window that overlooks their gorgeous desert landscape! They served so much food and everything was delicious! Service was great and the servers were very accommodating. I would definitely go back for another afternoon event! My only suggestion is for them to have the two time slots more apart from each other. Towards the end, we felt a little rushed (we had 11am seating and the next one was at 1pm) and I could tell they wanted everyone gone and set up for the next seating, which is understandable but I saw another table with a bigger group and they seemed they still wanted to enjoy their champagne (which was an add-on option) .
