Several of the stylists I work with are Gluten Free, so I asked one of the employees for a GF menu. One star for service and poor policy. Called ahead and was told 15 minutes which is standard. I arrived 16 minutes later and was told "we're backed up on orders and can't guarantee when it'll be ready....I'm just the front and I have no control over the back. Do you want to wait or do you want to cancel your order?" Wow! Such a disappointing policy and terrible treatment of a customer. No offer of a discount or anything to help offset the inconvenience. This is my second time visiting Pick Up Stix but I've been to many others and this is has been my favorite so far. The food is AMAZING like always. The wontons are just as delicious. And the service is great. They bring your food to your table and are frequently checking in to see how it is. They've also offered to take things out of the way once you're done. They play amazing music and its very well organized.. There rewards system is also awesome! all you do is put in your phone number and that all there is to it. I've received free wontons and a dish from this. I love this location much more because of how close it is to my house and one of its employees. Shes very talkative nice and friendly. I would write her name, but I simply forgot. She has glasses and is kinda short with black hair. Started to give a 4-star rating because pricing knocked off one star but I changed my mind. The food seemed good quality and the service was exceptional. I thought I'd be cattle-pushed through, but then Brian, my order-taker blew my mind. He knew the menu big time! He knew the company history! He was amazing, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very impressed with staff. The girl we ordered with was fast and friendly. Food came out quick and was delicious. When throwing away our trash I accidentally spilled my water all over the floor and an employee came over right away and said don't worry about it he said he will clean it up and brought out a yellow sign to warn about spill while he went back to grab clean up supplies. She juggled 5 orders at once and never missed a step, never confused them and got us all exactly what we ordered. I was very impressed. Sadly, some of the worst tasting Asian food we've ever had. Way worse than any buffet or Panda Express. The chow mein was simply noodles. And one huge half-dollar-sized piece of onion. That's it. Nothing else. Orange chicken - tasted burnt underneath the coating. Bad flavor. Fried rice - no taste. Bland. Now do you ruin fried rice? Wonton soup - no flavor, 2 dime-sized baby wontons that fell apart in a LARGE soup for 2-3 people. Are we supposed to cut them in half? Soup had a good amount of carrots and shrimp. Crispy Potstickers - bland, no flavor, lame. Costco/Safeway brands are better. Wet Potstickers were ok. Curry chicken was spicy but decent. So out of 7 dishes, only 2 would we order again and the rest really did go in the garbage. So disappointed. Really was hoping for something great considering all the good reviews. read more

The customer service the last couple times I've been here has been superior. Even the last time I went here the cashier asked if I was vegetarian and noted how what I ordered with Tofu was in fact with vegetarian sauces versus how most places it is just a guessing game and I have to dig deep for answers if they have a tofu dish and the sauces are not vegetarian. Stopped in the other night after soccer practice and my daughters were not feeling Chipotle next door, so we went in here to get some Honey chicken. The food was fast and fresh. The girls inhaled their meal. Even better then the chicken was the service. The staff working that night (Wednesday Oct 14 @ 7:30pm) were extremely friendly and should be commended on their service. HORRIBLE! Went here with a coworker. We ordered our food one right after the other. They said itll be 10 minutes. 25 minutes later my cowoker got her food another 25 minutes went by and i still did not have my food. Mind you we ordered the exact same thing. I finally go up to the pick up place and tell them to cancel my order since i have to go back to work. The guy says you have you do that at the register. Now there are 6 people in line. The lady heard me and took my receipt and ask what i need to be given back...umm everything but the drinks... the staff need to be trained much better here they were frazzled by phone orders and not putting them together in the order they came in, hence the reason i left without food almost an hour later. read more

Word of advice: if someone orders curry to go, don't put it in the same kind of carton as the rice . Ever heard of a soup carton? Something with a lid at least? The curry spilled all over the bag when I got home. All that was left was the chicken and veggies. As far as taste, it was very bland. If you look at their menu, their prices say, "we aren't fast food, so we can charge more". The problem is that if you charge more for your food, the taste better justify the cost. They charge more for their food (~$9-10 an entree on average) than Panda Express but has less flavor. I would rather eat at Panda Express and I hate Panda Express. read more

It did not taste like garlic. The won ton soup should've been called veggie soup with chicken broth, there was one over cooked won ton in it and it was over glutined and fell apart. The girl at the register got my order wrong. The manager micro-managed people. i couldn't even eat the food it was so bad. I was going to give my food to the dog, but I don't want him to get sick. Ordered the Mongolian beef. Smelled great and I was very hungry. Sadly, the beef was so tough I could barely chew it. Finally gave up half way through. There was no sauce with the meat and it had been cooked to death. Chinese food 101-you use cornstarch to tenderize the meat which they didn't bother to do. It appeared that the meat was not cooked fresh and had been processed before it reached the so called chef. Service was good and the place clean but that doesn't make up for the food. Love this place! I've never had a problem here. The staff are always happy. It's always busy in here so order online or call in to pick up lunch. This place is clean, restroom is clean. Parking lot is shared with other shopping complexes so it's tough to get a spot at times. My fave entree is the Thai coconut curry chicken with house brown rice !! Soooo good. I ordered house chicken with vegetables and a side of egg fried rice for pickup. When I arrived I got behind someone at the order counter and wasted a couple of minutes before I noticed a pick up counter. I stood there for about 5 minutes 4 employees had eye contact with me but no one came forward. The cook looked at me and went back to playing with his cell phone. The others just continued doing minor tasks and ignored me. Finally someone cleaning tables came to help me. Why the wait? It took 5 seconds for her to hand me my order. When I got home I found the food not fresh but soggy- must of been sitting in the bin all afternoon. The rice had maybe 5 pieces of egg and tastde like everyday rice pilaf.
