Haven't been here in years, but decided to give it a try on a whim. Ordered a family pack for takeout online today. Easy to order online and it was nice that I could set a specific pick up time to fit in my schedule. Walked in and was immediately helped by a very sweet staff member. Got home and ate. Food was okay, but for nearly $30 the family meal is about enough food for my husband and I to have dinner then for 1 of us to take leftovers to work. Overall the price was not worth the value to me. I could've easily gone to panda for about $10 less and both of us would've gotten pretty close to the same amount of food. Fresh food, cooked when you order it. That is definitely appreciated. There are items on the menu that have milder flavors than others, but I don't think it makes this restaurant undeserving of 5 stars. The only complaint I might have is that I can't order a side entree, every entree comes with sides. I like the house special, general Tao's orange chicken, and the honey chicken. Don't really know what all of the bad reviews were about... My girl friend and I finally tried this place after passing by it like a thousand times. We were starting to lose hope for any good "Chinese" food in Santa Clarita. We ordered the family meal (yes for 2 people, don't judge. Haha) which was amazing. At first I was skeptical thinking that it's not going to be that much food for the $30ish. But, dang that was a lot of food! We got the chow mein, egg rolls, potstickers, fire cracker chicken, and house chicken. Literally everything was amazing. We haven't eaten in the restaurant, only picked up so we don't know how customer service is. However, both times picking up the workers seemed nice. All-in-all still pretty great food. read more

Service kept it from being a 1-star, the young people there are hard working and helpful. The chow mein was inedible, among the worst I have had, the spices tasted like coat closet of an old man with chronic halitosis. The rangoons were inedible, tasted like they were frozen and heated up, and like the cream cheese was actually some granular "cream cheese flavored" spread they squirted in there. Wow I am still in shock about how terrible the service was tonight. We ordered an order of the Bourbon Chicken with brown rice and an order of Sweet and Sour Chicken with chow mein for delivery through Grubhub. When we opened the bag we got an order of Sweet & Sour chicken, brown rice, chow mein and 2 boxes of white rice. This is the second time they messed up our order (first time we didn't say anything because at least we got our entrees). My husband called and told them what happened. The manager basically said she would mail us 2 free entree coupons. Are you kidding me?? We are just supposed to eat the money we spent instead of the food we paid for I guess. This is the highest point value I can give this place regardless of how much free food they could give to change it. The food there is all 2 star mostly due to the method and quality control of all ingredients and cooking processes. None of the food looks as pictured and surprises me. There really isnt anything special or outstanding about this joint since its establishment is just another unironic knockoff of a parody of a chinese fast food distributor. Needless to say, it really doesn't deserve much acclaim as to say three stars. If they had actual trained chefs here, not to disrespect its employees, it probably would be getting much more attention. We are a family of 8 and order from your store frequently. The experience that I just had with your store and the managers there left me feeling like I won't return. My husband drove a 45 minute round trip to pick up dinner for a family of 8. They handed him 2 bags he asked if everything was it there and he was told it was. He got home and we were missing quite a few things from our order. I called the store and they tell me that my husband left it on the counter and we could come back and get it or they would refund the missing items. I got off the phone and my husband tells me he didn't leave a bag on the counter, they handed him the bag and didn't give him the other bag. I call back and speak to the manager Michelle again and tell her that he did not leave it behind they never gave it to him and after establishing that we were not going to make another 45 minutes drive to come back for the food she said she was going to refund our whole order for our trouble. I said that that was an exceptable resolution and we hung up. 20 minutes later I get a call from someone saying he is the general manager and that he had spoken to Michelle and that they would not be refunding my whole order but only what was missing which he didn't even have right. I told him that I could not believe that a company as big as pick Up Stix would not stand behind their managers word and he just kept repeating the same thing. I got annoyed and he took that moment to tell me basically that he didn't like my tone and how I should speak with him if we were going to resolve this. So I hung up. This restaurant is overpriced and very mediocre at best. My family ordered general's orange chicken, firecracker chicken, fried rice, chow mein and a kids meal chicken dippers w/fried rice. The chow mein was the most bland noodle dish I've ever had in my entire life. It tasted like they just coated noodles with oil....there was no flavor at all. There were also no green onion, onion, or garlic in the chow mein....HUH!? The fried rice had onions, peas, carrots and bean sprouts, but also lacked flavor; although not as horrible as the chow mein. The firecracker and generals orange chicken were both good, but they don't give you much for $9. I tasted my nephews chicken dippers and they didn't have a flavor to them either. We tried this place b/c it was close to Six Flags and we had a taste for chinese, but next time I'll keep looking as opposed to wasting so much money on this bland food. The only positive I can say about this establishment is that they have computer games for the kids to play to keep them occupied while they prepare your food (15 minute wait for food). read more

Family visits this location often! Between all of us we've spent quite a bit of money supporting a local business. Recently went in to place an order and we had noticed a couple of the cooks with their masks down during this Covid pandemic. We confronted the manager about this and he got irritated that we asked about this? He then went on to say that "Corporate" said it was ok! He then proceeded to say "what do you expect, it's hot back there" if this is the case then why is every other cook wearing their masks properly at this place and every other place we have ordered from? If it's too hot for the cooks to wear a mask over their entire face then GO FIND ANOTHER JOB!!!! Completely and totally unacceptable!!! And to make matters worse the manager was a complete jerk about it! I'd like to get a response from the owner of this Franchise and confirm that "corporate said it was ok" otherwise I will be contacting "corporate" if the manager wasn't such a jerkoff, I may of just let all this go! The food is just okay. Not a lot of flavor. The Garlic Chicken is mostly vegetables and sauce and about 7-8 small bites of chicken. Not enough for 2 people to share. Need some seasoning. On Sunday, March 27th at 1:30 pm I went to pickup my food that i ordered online since they have curbside pickup. This is what i usually do due to Covid. I got there and parked and called the number on the sign. I called 3 times and no one answered. I waited there for 10 mins. It forced me to go inside, which made me so angry (i didnt even have a mask with me since i usually crack my window when they bring out my food). I go inside to see two workers chatting with eachother. Completely disappointed with this behavior and how the workers ignored their phone when i was calling. My brother just moved out to California and we were looking for some really good Chinese food. After reading the reviews we thought hey, it sounds good; and its right around the corner. Turns out we were wrong. This food was terrible. The Pad Thai tastes nothing like Pad Thai and instead tastes like something unmentionable with an even more horrible after taste (didnt think it was possible ... but was definitely proved wrong.) My brother got their house special ... which apparently was code for "we don't even know whats in it." He ended up getting bones, and fried fat. I came here for lunch on Friday and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was...I thought it was going to be like Panda Express but it wasn't at all. My food still came out fast but I was able to customize my chicken to be extra spicy and I was able to get extra peanuts in my kung pao chicken! The girl at the register took her time explaining how everything worked and the other girl gave me a chocolate covered cookie for dessert! I'll be back for more of my lunch breaks!! read more

I live in Northern California but am originally from Valencia so every time I come down to visit this is one place I can rely on for an easy and quick meal! They have so many great vegan options and everything always comes out so fast! Today for lunch they offered me a chocolate covered cookie [i couldn't eat it but they were so cute] the two blonde girls working have been there the past few times I've been there for lunch and they're always so sweet! It is true, the boyfriend and I are now addicted to Pick Up Stix. While driving back from San Francisco last night we were hungry right around the Santa Clarita mark, so we stopped by this location for a quick bite. They don't have a menu posted, so you have to look at one of the printed ones, but this made it easier to read (as the one in Westlake Village is a bit difficult to read since it's right above the register and angled).
