Great food, lovely ambiance...friendly staff! This is what an immigrant like me thinks of as pure "Americana". As a person of color, I'm always wary about white spaces but the staff was so genuinely welcoming, it made me feel at home and at ease.

This is a very cute niche restaurant. Love the toaster graveyard outside. The service was fast. Food was good. Wife loved her BLT. The roast beef sandwich was packed with meat. The only thing was the entire sandwich wasn't hot/warm (just the toasted bread and cheese was melted) but I would try it again. Def stop in if you're looking for a quick bite

Stopped into this charmer after a rally in the Falmouth Green. Sweet little cafe vibe with interesting items on the menu. I wasn't terribly hungry so I ordered the White Bean and Fire Roasted Tomato Hummus with lavash crisps and marinated mushrooms, onions and olives. It was just the thing. The lavash were crisp and flavorful and held up well under the delicious hummus! Add the marinated mushrooms and olives for a tangy, salty counterpoint and you have a delicious, simple lunch. Our food arrived quickly even though the spot was quite busy. Nice job folks!

Came here for a quick lunch. I like the space, it's simple but it's got some charm to it. Overall the service was rather average as was the food. Tldr; Town Hall sandwich was OK, nothing special. The Cranberry whipped goat cheese chicken sandwich was dry. Service: We were seated quickly but then didn't have water for a while and never got a refill. The food came out as quickly as expected. Our server wasn't exactly welcoming which didn't make for the most pleasant experience. I don't think we got one smile. Food: The town hall sandwich is $20. I'll keep it short and sweet, it was a tad on the dry side and would have liked the beef to be warmed all the way through (not cooked well done, I mean warm to the touch). The center was still cold. Not to mention, it's simply overpriced for an inexpensive cut like roast beef. My wife got the yogurt and herb marinated fried chicken sandwich with Cranberry whipped goat cheese and man, it made my sandwich seem like it was as juicy as some fresh cut fruit. The chicken sandwich could have been good but the Cranberry whipped goat cheese needed some kind of aioli to go with it, or simply much more of the goat cheese. It was tough to get through. Glad we gave it a shot.

We stopped in for lunch after a long hike and got a table in the window and quick service. Our server was very nice and answered all our questions. All sandwiches could be made on gluten free bread. I had a roast beef sandwich and my son had the chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were served with delicious pickled veggies on the side. The reason for 4 stars are pricy for what we got and they got my order a bit wrong (but easily corrected.) Would definitely go back!

Cute and filling lunch spot with both indoor/outdoor seating. We were seated promptly on a busy summer Friday afternoon. Service was not quite attentive but we loved to people watch while we waited. The side salad was uniquely prepared with spiral carrots and fresh greens. The town hall sandwich was packed mile high with meat, tucked in by tasty rye bread, and topped off with a great pickled onion/mustard combo. The Village Green sandwich was on the dry side. We both weren't impressed by the pickled vegetable sides, but perhaps they just weren't for us.

We walked by and decided to try- oh my goodness so so good. We got the snack plate and it was amazing especially for the price. I think it was $22 for more than enough food for two of us. Great latte and chowder too! Will come back.

I've had 2 great lunches here. Food and service was outstanding. It's not cheap but the location demands that.

Can you make a reservation/call ahead?

They did not let us do call ahead, but they did tell us there was a 1 hour wait. We ended up going the next morning at 9am and did not have to wait.

(Secret: It is in the roasting and quality of the bean itself, as a competitor once told me, and with this knowledge, it can taste just as good as a regular bean.) Many people are medically restricted to decaf, so it is not a choice for them but a necessity. This location in Falmouth has been my Cape Cod Starbucks for years. It is located in a former bank building, along the extension of Main St, to the east of downtown. The parking is easy, there is a drive-through too and the staff has generally been very good. I always go in as I like to meet staff and like to see the interior condition. It tells me a lot about the customers and staff. I was able to order my favorite drinks that I get when at home, while on vacation. I know that the products will be as close to what I normally get since the components are the same. The staff has been similarly trained and as a former retail manager, I always hope for consistency within a company, no matter the product. My career was not in food or dining but the experience is similar when facing the customer with a product. This store has done a very good job. Most of their customers are here on vacation, but I can clearly tell when a local regular comes in, from the welcome reception by name. This is a great sign of a well run shop. It's what I get when at home, too. They sell quite a lot of company merchandise and this time I decided to purchase one that I will never find at home at my local store. The souvenir mugs included a particularly pretty one featuring Cape Cod designs and since I am not sure I will be back, I decided to buy one here. It was worth the value to me as a reminder of a place I have visited for years, even before Starbucks was founded. As in every busy coffee shop, bathrooms are the least reliable part of the location. This one varies from time to time but it is always at least "acceptable." If I find myself back in Falmouth, yet another time, I will return to this shop for my morning Decaf Americano.

I feel like in the last couple of years, it has gotten worse. No matter the time of the day, and the even if there is only a couple of customers in there, it takes forever for our drink order to come out. Today, we got there in the morning, and a handful of customers were inside. Half waiting for their orders, and half waiting to place orders. We ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches and a couple of hot drinks. The sandwiches came out within 5 minutes, but then, we had to wait what felt like 30 min for them. The number of customers got bigger and bigger during that time, around 10-15 people waiting around for a long time. I think they need to do better job at staffing this location during busy hours.
