I ordered the Italian Beef sandwich and cheese and broccoli soup. I had it delivered. The delivery was extremely fast and the driver was awesome. The food was terrible. The sandwich in photo looked like a huge full of meat sandwich. I got a small 4-5 inch sandwich with very little meat and a ton of jalapeño peppers. I love jalapeño peppers hover this was more jalapeños then meat. The sandwich was around an inch and a half in circumference. The cheese soup had no broccoli. It also had 0 flavor. When I say 0 flavor it had ABSOLUTELY 0 flavor. There was no broccoli either. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN IT WAS A $21 LESSON! read more

Visiting Norman for a week, I was told to come here because its "just like Potbelly".... well the moment you walk through the doors you can immediately see the similarities. From the store layout to the food options, its almost identical. I had the pepperoni sandwich which I thought was good, but too much cheese for my liking. I LOVE PICKLEMAN'S! And that's saying a lot cause I don't really like sub sandwiches in general. And usually I go to Penny Hill. But we've been here for office lunches a few times now, and every time I say to myself "I love Pickleman's" and wonder why we don't go here more. (Take all my money Midway, that's why lol) The bread is always just right. Soft but toasty and not so overwhelming that all I get is bread and no fillings, or that I feel so stuffed I can't move. The flavor is always there. They have so many options. The service is great. I recommend #11 the Italian with spicy mustard instead of mayo. Ive never had anything delivered, so I can't attest to delivery time, but service inside is pretty quick. I wouldn't compare this to Quiznos in any other way except the toast concept. The quality is way better. And it's not a chain. Always support local! read more

Low delivery fee is nice on lazy days! The pizza crust is crispy and it's delicious especially for the price.

The food is good, about average. But the customer service is great! I live in the dorms and often times getting deliveries here can be frustrating. I've never had an issue with Pickleman's. The estimated wait time is always 45 minutes but I don't think it's ever taken more than 20-25 minutes for my food to get here. Good prices, quick delivery, & late hours are so ideal for college students. Great job! read more

Pizza Hudl is a great place with great food. The owners and their kids are fantastic people! Every time we've been down to the place, we have been in and out in a matter of minutes with our fresh pizzas. They make it fresh in front of you, and they bake it on a wheel oven in about 3 minutes or less. So many toppings to choose from too. Didn't eat much yesterday and made a last minute call to order a pepperoni pizza and Italian club with black olives added before they closed. Got there two minutes before close and the door was locked, they told me they were closed.. I told them I had a pickup order. They weren't the happiest and slightly rude. I tipped like two dollars for the inconvenience of them waiting on me and it being so last minute. It's almost as if they undercooked the pizza slightly and left it out to get cold afterwards, rather than keep it by an over to stay warm. On top of that there were no black olives on my Italian club and it's just not the same without them. A company that already takes advantage of college kids with their overpriced products, and still can't get my order right whenever I add a tip. Lost a loyal customer that just wanted one quality meal for the day, instead I got a cold undercooked pepperoni pizza that made me sick in the morning. read more

Came in at 11:45 am on a Thursday and it was empty. We were met with some of the most indifferent and uninterested employees I have ever encountered. Pickleman's is the go-to if you want great soup (Tomato Basil Bisque & Baja Chicken are my favorites). I didn't know until I worked on Campus Corner that they also have an excellent thin crust pizza that comes in one size, I'd say it's a medium anywhere else. Coworkers and I often split a pepperoni pizza with banana peppers on one side. Delicious. I have not had a sandwich there yet, but if you get soup, I highly recommend getting a roll, which I believe comes with the soup. You can buy pickles to complement your meal and you should. The salads I have had there were fresh and packed with toppings. You have a great selection of dressings to choose from as well. You can eat there or do a carry-out order (which can be called in or made on the spot) and everything is reasonably priced. The staff was really helpful whenever I went in and the cafe was clean with some great tunes. Certainly carries its weight against some of Campus Corner's more vetted restaurants and cafes! read more

I've always had great service at this place. I've tried a few soup/sandwich combos and a pepperoni pizza. The sandwiches were all good, I like Italian beef with peppers. Broccoli n Cheese soup is decent. The Tomato Basil soup was good before but last time I threw it in the trash (to-go), otherwise I would've exchanged it. It tasted like nasty Campbell's Tomato soup out of a can. The pizza is thin crust and square in shape. It was good pizza for what it is. I ordered online and they said it would take 45 minutes. It actually took an hour for the pizza to be delivered so that wasn't too far off their delivery time. The pizzas are thin crust and it had the right amount of toppings and cheese no skimping. The pizza unfortunately was cool. First time experience. Was pretty pleased. Tip: DONT ORDER ON GAME DAY!! Took us an hour to get food per delivery. I mean it was a good sandwich but I can get a sandwich somewhere else for an hour wait. I got a chicken chipotle ranch sandwich on wheat. I got mozzarella vs provolone and I was very tasty. Good amount of sauce, and everything blended well. Ranch wasn't too spicy either so it all tied together wonderfully. This was an okay lunch, but just that. Pickleman's is in a great spot on Campus Corner in Norman, so I can see how it is busy. Also, they have a lot of sandwich, soup, pizza, and combo options. Again, great for a college campus. But, my first time the food was just average, like I said, it was okay, but that's it. I went with the chicken giardiniera sandwich and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. The soup comes with a roll, which is nice. It's soft on the inside, but I prefer a crunchier exterior when I am using a roll for dipping in soup. But, adding the roll was a nice touch. The soup itself was solid, easily my favorite part of the meal. It's not too thick and had lots of large pieces of broccoli along with cheddar flavor. I've had better soups, but I've also had much worse. The sandwich was not as tasty. Like other Yelpers note, the sandwiches here are basically Quizno's, but more inspired. I will say the types of sandwiches at Pickleman's give you more choice and are far more unique than Quiznos, but it's the same principal. You order, they run it through the little conveyor belt oven, then a guy on the other end puts on your sauces and veggies. My sandwich was advertised as being hot on the menu, and I did not find it hot. I barely found it spicy and it was certainly not hot. The bread had the crispy edges you get from the toasting, which I love. But, the sandwich was not hot all the way though. When a sub is toasted, I want it toasted all the way. If it's cold, I want it cold all the way. A sandwich with a toasty exterior but cold spots in the center was off putting. Additionally, the ingredient distribution wasn't the best. So, I got some bites with everything, some bites with just veggies, and some dry bites that didn't have any of the peppers or sauce. There is plenty of cheese which is good. If I were to order this sandwich again, I think I'd ask for extra marinara and another time through the conveyor belt toaster. The dining area is large, with either booth or high top table options. And, it was clean, and kept clean by employees throughout our lunch. I'll definitely give a try again, but I've lowered my expectations. read more

Love the soups and sandwiches here. Food is delicious. Delivery and pickup is fast as well. Staff seems to be friendly. Only problem I've ever had is when I picked up a to go order two days ago, I noticed they threw the roll that goes with the soup, loose in the bag and it was not wrapped in anything. Tried some nice sandwiches. Tasted really fresh and the sauce they poured in was good.

I enjoyed a turkey sandwich with honey mustard. The sand which was hot and toasted which I very much enjoyed. The sandwiches they offer seemed reasonably priced, however the pizza was a little pricy if that was the way you wanted to go. My friend got the Asiago chicken pizza which I had a piece of. That was very good, and full of flavor. But like I said, a little pricey. Overall it was a pretty decent experience and would definitely go back for a round 2 in the future. read more

I went in late night this last week and everything was wonderful! The bar rush from campus corner was large and you could tell it's a popular spot, but it didn't seem to overwhelm any of the workers. They took my order and when I paid they got my name and a description of who I was so they found me really easily when my pizza was ready shortly after! I also loved my thin crust gourmet pizza. It didn't have a ton of sauce on it like many places tend to do, and there were plenty of toppings. Great job guys! I ordered online and I have to admit I live about 10 minutes away from them. I've ordered numerous times and went in once, amazing all those times. Except tonight, took an hour and still nothing. Called up there and something was going on with there site, that was fine. But when he was being rude over the phone because he couldn't find my name or I couldn't pay anymore because they already took the money out of my account. Then they finally get it sorted out and the driver tells me that I am out of their delivery done, which is okay, but would of been nice if I was told before hand.
