The service is always excellent, everybody is nice, so welcoming right away, and the food is always incredibly fast. I mean, I'm able to come here on a 30 minute break, get my food and eat, and still have half of my break left. The outdoor patio, and inside seating is comfortable, clean, and well kept. It's a buffet-style setup where you choose your entrées from the hot bar, and they package everything in styrofoam containers. For the amount charged, I expected a lot more. I ordered the chicken adobo, and for the price I received only 3 pieces of chicken and 2 scoops of rice. Unfortunately, the food itself wasn't impressive enough to justify the cost. The chicken adobo had more broken bones than actual meat, and I also wondered how long the food had been sitting in the hot bar. The halo-halo was different--I'll say that--but I've definitely had better. The restaurant side is still very new, so hopefully they take customer feedback and continue improving. The market is beautiful, but as far as the food experience goes, I personally wouldn't return unless there are some upgrades made. Hopefully with time, the restaurant can match the quality and atmosphere of the newly remodeled market.

We have been ordering food for takeout from this restaurant for over a year at least every two weeks. We always order the half a chicken and the pork ribs. The chicken has never disappointed us. The last couple of times the pork ribs have been pretty dry and I have not complained. Last night I picked up the pork ribs as soon as I opened the box and I noticed the ribs were burned, not only burned but dry. I immediately called. The girl that answered said I needed to return them so they can see. I told her I live 25 minutes away. Can I send you a picture. She gave me a phone number which I sent the picture immediately. She never responded. I immediately called the restaurant back to ask what the outcome was. No one answered. I literally called five times and they did not answer, me clearly they could see my name on the screen. That was very unprofessional. I called back this morning, and I spoke to a girl that was not working there last night and in all fairness to her I did jump all over her before she did tell me that she wasn't working last night, but that she would find out what happened. I called her back. She said I need the receipt and I need the ribs back. I said I can't believe this. What are you going to re sell the ribs to someone else because I think that's what you did to me? I said I don't have the receipt but the girl last night found my order and was very aware of it. She began to yell at me telling me that I was raising my voice and that I was not respecting her. Like I said it was not her fault but the answer that she gave me that she needed me to bring the ribs back so that they could see them when I clearly sent a photo showing them. I told her I was not going to return the ribs so that she can resell them to someone else. At this point, I don't trust them. Where does customer service come first at this restaurant. All I wanted was them to give me credit for future ribs, but even if I had accepted that which they were not willing to do, unless I showed them a receipt and brought the ribs back. They probably would have spit on it. After really liking this restaurant for their chicken and the ribs prior to this I will not be returning. I have attached a picture of what the ribs look like. They were burned on both sides, charred and salty and very dry. So disappointing.!!
