Loaded with nicely cooked, juicy, shredded chicken. Every bite was delish. And the slightly spicy salsa added a real nice zing to the flavors. Really good tacos. My work site started featuring a rotation of food trucks on Wednesdays from 1100 to 1400. First up to bat was Llama Fusion (4/2/25). Surprisingly, the owner was doing it all. Taking orders, food prep & packaging, and calling out completed orders. Napkins and utensils are available on the shelf attached to the truck. I ordered a Wet Burrito with pollo asado (no carne asada available), beans, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Mammoth sized and easily shareable or makes for two meals. This food truck came out to our school event last night and the food was amazing! My only negative review would be the communication- they left without saying anything and we had some people pretty upset as they were going to get food. They went outside and the truck was gone! Not a great way to do business, but those who got food raved about it. Just a heads up for next time to please communicate when you have to leave an event. Thank you! read more

In association with Seattle Food Trucks, Llama Fusion was in my office this week. A green food truck - no other identifications for this food truck. Offers Nachos, Tacos, Quesadillas, Burritos et. Picked up couple of tacos and a veg wet burrito. It's a $$ food truck. The staffs were friendly. We had some nice chitchat while the food was getting ready. Food was ready in no time. Tacos were really good. It's a shame that I didn't pick up more. Chicken was juicy and d it was so flavorful that I really loved it. The wet burrito was done in a different way when comparing to the other places. Loaded with veggies, rice and beans. Burrito immersed in the green salsa and topped with the cheese. More delicious than it looked. Perfectly satisfied the Mexican food craving that day! I would love to try their other options and especially the normal burrito and the tacos. I can see they are coming back to our location soon in August. That would be nice. Waiting for that! read more

I vacillated between four and three stars here. In the end, I went with four--"Yay! I'm a fan." Future visits will see if it stays at four stars or not. This was my first visit here. I had three tacos: lengua, asada, and cabeza. The lengua was perfection. Great spicing and perfectly cooked. The asada was a tiny bit dry, but it had good flavor. The cabeza tasted great, but it was a little greasier than what I am used to for cabeza and a tad bit tougher. Cabeza (cheek meat) should melt in your mouth, and this one did not. Overall, I'd give the food 3 1/2 stars. It's not the best Mexican food truck in town, but it's good. Service was super friendly and quick. And they are trying really hard to grow the menu and improve the business overall. This is the reason I went to four star instead of three. I'll have to go back and try it again. read more

Got some yummy take out from this truck for lunch. The owner was super friendly. Ordered beef cheek taco, wet burrito, quesadillas and horchata. The kids wiped out the quesadillas in seconds so I didn't get to try. The tacos and the burrito were super good. I loved they pan friend the burrito with the cheese on top before pouring the sauce so the cheese already crusted in top. Super tasty. Will be back. read more

Had high hopes for this food truck the taco tortillas were cold and the torta had whole beans not refried beans as I always had them. Don't get me started on the salsas they were bitter and tasted old. I ordered 3 tongue tacos got barely any onions and salsa and one, yes one slice of radish and lime. Supper bummed of this place.
