y'all weren't going to tell me about this place or what? i think it's new : never noticed it in my taco searches, never heard of it, & it looked/felt newish. the employee working was new lol. she was nice and made sure she had my order exact, i appreciated it because getting onions when you hate onions is a day ruiner. they've got all the authentic usuals tacos, burritos, horchato, canned guava nectar and also chicken fingers and fries? i didn't read enough to see if that's a regular item or special. it was clean inside! lots of tables to sit and eat at although this is more of a quick grab, lunch, to-go place, imo. there's a few other businesses in the plaza, plenty of parking right in front of the door. i ordered two carne asada with cilantro & cheese they were good!.. you can add cheese, tomato, lettuce, and sour cream for .50 each. my total was just under $8. food was quickly prepared & fresh.

This definitely my numero uno taco spot! The staff is super friendly and the service has always been speedy! I was told it would be 7-10mins and I'm oretty sure I was outta there in 5 mins this trip. Prices are reasonable and the tacos are loaded with meat! I have never had a meal I didn't like out of here. The burrito and tortas are extremely filling and packed full of goodness as well. I highly recommend!

Pretty good ,decent time frame. They were down the street from my job. Big tacos, I will be back to try the rest of the menu. They do close at 10pm on weekends and like 8 or 9pm on weekdays.

The food and service was great. We got flautas de pollo, side of chips, and queso con chorizo. The horchata was delicious too.

Been itching like most to get back out...was over in speedway and the plethora of authentic mexican joints...Tamale, Gils, Tacos 46, Torta el.....thought I'd give Wichos a try...pastor was standard and tasty, Alambre ia a curious mix of meats including "hot diggity dogs"...noy my personal fav but decent....chorizo also tasty....sauces were decent....i will be back to try a few other items. These are not small tacos by any means....Pambazos..

I decided to give this place a try. Every time I drive to Kroger or TJ Maxx, I pass by this restaurant. It was surprisingly good! The tacos and salsa were delicious! I order one taco de carnitas, one chorizo, and carne asada. I liked them all. At first I felt a bit odd with the chorizo. I thought it was a beef tacos but upon eating it realized in was chorizo. The salsa were delicious. It was a good blend of hot and somewhat mild heat. The staff were incredibly nice. While I interacted with them in Spanish, the cashier understands English. My food was prepared in less than 15 minutes, but then again I went around 8pm for a late dinner. The restaurant is quite spacious. Their prices are reasonable. There's free parking outside. Order at the front and they will deliver your food at your table. I didn't see any vegetarian options, but that's due to just focusing on my taco cravings. Highly recommend this place

Shrimp taco, steak taco, fish taco with lettuce and cheese added, no onions.

Nice clean little restaurant. Good menu selection. My only complaint is price. $3.75 for a glorified street taco seems a bit excessive.

I like a dim atmosphere, but it was hardly lit enough to read the menu. It was difficult to navigate as it was mostly in Spanish. Extremely limited vegetarian options which I'm not sure I can assume were actually without chicken base in the rice, etc. I didn't even see a vegetable fajita on the menu. My vegetarian burrito sans crema and cheese consisted of little more than rice and a couple small diced pieces of avocado and diced tomato. Iceberg lettuce? I saw corn niblets and a pea fall out. Bland. Hot sauce choices not fantastic. What kind of burrito contains no beans?? Everyone else at my table received flatware. I was given a plastic fork. Once I received an actual fork & knife, they kept tearing the paper underneath my burrito. Strangely served with raw cucumber (ick) & lime wedges on the side. Edible at best. The atmosphere looked interesting upon entry, but it felt grungy, the chairs were heavy. I was seated right next to a brick wall/chimney. Service was sparse. Definite language barrier. The dish my companions received was an array of meat in a molcajete. Mixed feedback on the peppers being ungodly too hot & some of it, especially the sausage, having a good flavor. It was massive & messy. It was interesting initially but definitely didn't look appetizing to me. That came with a bowl of beans in sauce with what we later discovered were Chicharrón on top. It looked like boiled mystery chicken skin. A friend from SoCal I consulted online had no idea what it was from my photo as we tried to discern it & they didn't realize it was even Mexican food from the appearance. It was assumed I was at an Asian joint. We had to ask for drink refills far into our meal. I was given a fresh new cup. The server took another person's cup from the table and refilled it in the back. That was strange and seemed unsanitary. We didn't get everything we asked for. I'd say language was the problem except for the fact the server had understood my requests when "crema" was the only Spanish word I used. Ladies' room had room for one person at a time. The sink was backing up. It felt dingy like the rest of the building. I'm glad they had paper towels and not just a hand blower. I didn't choose the restaurant. It was one of the worst if not THE most horrible Mexican meals & experiences I've had in my life. Hard pass. I'd gladly pay more for better fare elsewhere. I can make far superior at home.

The tacos (your choice of protein) were $1.49 each. I was honestly surprised that they had plenty of onions, cilantro, two different sauces & a baggie of radishes & limes for that price. I will say, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the shredded chicken although clearly seasoned (color wise) with sazon, it was dried completely out with only a hint of flavor. I added the green sauce on the chicken ones and it gave it a little umph but then I tasted the amazing seasoning in the rice and beans & WOW. I put a little of both on the chicken tacos and that was just what they needed. All in all the tacos were an 8/10 and the rice+beans were 10/10. The rice was cooked perfectly & the best compliment to the soupy beans. Parking: TERRIBLY positioned & shared lot, spots are tight & all the businesses stay with a crowd. Service: the cashier wasn't unpleasant BUT I had every intention on sitting down and eating inside (they have about 8 tables and 4 small booths) but she assumed I wanted it to-go without asking me as she asked the family of Spanish/hispanic/latino/a heritage before AND after me. In the moment I didn't feel slighted because I think I was just so tired & hangry but it definitely is memorable now that I'm writing the review a day later. I could have very well corrected her and said I wanted to dine in but I'm not one to force it when I feel unwanted or unwelcomed . This by no means discredits the food, it was wonderful & so was the price. I wouldn't go as far as to say I'll never be back because it would be a lie - what I WILL do moving forward is speak up for myself as it could have been done unintentionally.

The tortillas had that authentic flavor and texture you just don't get from chain restaurants, and the meat was flavorful, well-seasoned, and packed into every taco. The green salsa was the star of the show for me. Creamy, slightly spicy, and absolutely addictive. I found myself putting it on every bite. Didn't I get the level of enjoyment for them, she was able to put down one ground beef and one carnita. I ate the last. Not a big soft taco fan, but interior ingredients were flavorful. I was not a fan of the salsas that I tried. They did send over chips, that were in my opinion. They were crispy. Had no flavor of either salt nor lime on them. Definitely needed salsa, but as I mentioned earlier, the salsas were not very good. Good. I had a roasted red salsa, salsa Verde, plus chili de arbol. None of them, had anything going for them. That was positive. It tasted like it was just the ingredients without seasoning. The salsa Verde tasted like just green tomatoes, and the same for the red. The spicy one, tasted like Tomatoes and spicy peppers. The menu appeared to have a nice variety of different items. I would definitely give them a second chance on something else.
