This gem of a local restaurant has been one of my favorites for many years. We first tried it after reading the Best of the Bay awards. The food is healthy, always made to order, reasonably priced and delicious! Monica and Isabel come from Bolivia. We have been fans since our first visit, when their daughter was in elementary school and doing her homework in the shop. She is now a college graduate! Favorites here are empanadas, asparagus (no extra charge and perfectly cookedI), plantains and black beans. Flan is also a winner!
